My prenatal appointments have been nothing but great! This is my first baby and they have all been very supportive during the process. The staff is AMAZING. PA Lauren & Liani are both super sweet and really care about their patients. Dr. Howard is awesome! He is very informative with great bed side manner. Such a funny personality and truly cares about his patients. I have felt nothing but cared for at Palm Valley Women’s Care.

I am special needs but was treated as if nothing was wrong with me, like any younger female expects to be treated, everyone was so nice and helpful and made me feel at ease. SA

Kimberly was a nurse practitioner at this office. She took me in to do an ultrasound, told me she couldn’t find a heartbeat and my baby wasn’t measuring correctly. She sent me home thinking i lost my baby and DIDNT even bring a doctor to confirm my fears. She got me a prenatal goody bag with magazines and samples and she didn’t give it to me to take home. I was crying in the office asking why am i having another miscarriage and all she said was it wasn’t my fault. Kimberly basically sent me home with the mindset that I lost my baby and she didn’t even confirm with the doctor. My daughters almost 2 years old and as healthy as can be thankfully we got a second opinion and I would never go back to any Palm Valley women’s care ever again.

I love the staff at Palm Valleys women’s care. Dr Howard is an amazing Doctor. They have assisted me with all 3 of my babies and the staff has become like family to me. They are very friendly and help me with anything I need. I highly recommend this office.

The best visit to the doctor Ive had in a long time. They are patient, discreet and listen to the patients concerns. I really felt comfortable.

My wife has been seeing Dr, Howard since 03- 2020, now is almost due date, the staff is very informative and thorough with every question you might have during your visit. They respect your time when is your appointment. At the most, weve to wait is 10-15min max. The staff even follow up your health and condition while waiting for the next appointment. They even book hospital for delivery baby since my wifes due date are near, and confirmed time and date, what to bring during the stay at the hospital. The service is out of this world, the best in the AZ.

Dr. Howard is one of the most kind, caring and compassionate doctors Ive ever been a patient with. He helps and explains everything to you in details you understand. Most of all he cares about you physical and mental health and that is the most important things I look for in a doctor especially one whos helping you bring a new life into the world. I thank I him from the bottom of my heart for being a part of my medical care team!

The ladies up front are so rude. I scheduled 2 different appointments to see Dr. Howard and I was unable to see him both times. One of the ladies yelled at me. If Dr. Howard wasn’t an amazing doctor I would not recommend this office.

I have been blessed to have Dr. Howard as my OB doctor through all of my pregnancies for the past 15 years. I joke with him every pregnancy that Im keeping him in business :). We have been through a lot together over the years- with every labor and delivery being different, but Dr. Howard has always stayed the same caring, knowledgeable, down to earth person. You offer a service and you must listen to the customer, and not be dismissive to their concerns. You must also have more compassion for first time parents because no matter how much research they do, they still need help putting things in perspective. Lastly, even if you don’t offer a specific service please reassure the customer you will try to meet their needs no matter what instead of belittling the customer and finally telling them at 35 weeks you can’t meet their needs.The office staff is amazing but Dr. Howard gave us subpar service.If you want medicine go to him but if you want a normal, uneducated birth go elsewhere.

I’ve always received a warm welcome from the receptionist. Dr. Howard is by far my favorite doctor. He never rushes and makes sure I understand everything that’s going on and answers all of my questions. He delivered my daughter and hopefully will deliver all of my kids. I love palm valley

Some days you might have wait times that are unexpected but i definitely understand because he tries to deliver and be there for his patients babies and still come back to the office and attend those that need to be seen as well. So please have patients and understand that the wait is certainly worth it when it comes to Dr Howard. Ive had my share of bad times here, with my old OB Santa Maria, a few years ago. But The girls in the front are always friendly, especially to my 2 year old son. They are awesome and nice! I was seen by Dr. Wolfe, Ive always liked her but even more so now. She seemed genuinely concerned about mine and my babys well being. She was very thorough with her questions and explanations, shes wonderful! I had a not so good appointment with Dr. Davidson (he seen me go into the room to wait for him, he left and no one told me for over an hour) but next appointment is with Dr Howard so we will see how it goes! Overall I love it here this time around!

Dr Davidson is the best doctor! Him and his staff are very patient and treat you like you are the only patient in the office. I highly recommend getting services from Palm Valley Women’s care. They provide more individual attention and you see consistent practitioners.

PV Women’s Care staff and doctors are always very informative when it comes to procedures and anything in general.

Dr. Sun was originally supposed to be my delivery doctor when I was admitted but he was never on time to see me and disappeared for hours on end. My baby was then delivered by Dr. Davidson and I was very pleased with his professionalism and care. I am seeing him now for our second child and so far I am very satisfied.

My gf is currently pregnant, we came here thinking it was going to be a good place for us. But unfortunately, we feel like our voice isn’t heard by any of the doctors there. She’s having extreme nausea and has lost over 20 pounds in 4 weeks, and we know that’s not normal. We’ve done research and shows she has something else going on and it needs to be advised. When we did, Dr. Davidson didn’t give us any information to our questions and kept repeating himself. Dr. Howard will listen but push everything to the side and will repeatedly tell us “it’s normal” when we know something else is going on and it’s worrying. We had an appointment in the morning, we waited over 1 hour and a half waiting for Dr. Howard to come in, once he did, he sent my gf right out the door in 10 minutes saying everything’s okay. No test were ran, no urine test, no blood work, nothing at all. Just one ultra sound and that was it, but even then, we never get any new information other than “it’s normal”.

Everyone was very polite and professional. They called Valley Radiologists for me before I left to see if they took my insurance since I had changed insurance companies. Dr. Thelma Sta. Marie Is very professional and very kind. Makes sure all my questions are answered before she leaves the room. She has an excellent beside manner. I would highly recommend her to my friends. I came in to do an ultrasound it was my first time coming to this location unfortunately I was running 10 mins late. Front staff was very nice and helpful. They still took me in and it was an extremely quick in and out visit. The ultrasound tech was really nice and friendly too although I was late she took really good care of me.

If I could give a zero I would have. I called Palm Valley to book an appointment. I told the staff what the problem was and what I needed done. I asked her how much it was going to cost and she told me $138.00. I asked her what the fee covered she told me it was towards the service I was going to have done.I got to Palm Valley and was charged $138.00. After the visit to the doctor. You can imagine to my surprise A week later I get a letter in the post with a bill of $130.00 from Palm Valley. I called to find out what the $130.00 was for the lady I spoke to said it was for service rendered. At that point I requested to speak to the manager. I was told Manager had gone home.Manager called me back. I missed her call and called her back. Only for her to tell me that was the charge. I told her, you dont mislead a customer and then send a bill in the post. My problem was not life threatening so it wasnt urgent. I could have checked around for the cheapest place to have my procedure done before agreeing to come to you. I should be able to be giving an option. Not lied to by the receptionist and then have a bill in the post. They claimed they found out that the doctor carried out a procedure a week after I visiting.I find the service I received to be very unprofessional and a complete Joke. I FEEL SCAMMED AND CHEATED. NOW IM FORCED TO HAVE TO PAY FOR A SERVICE I WAS TOLD WAA INCLUDED IN THE CHARGE I ALREADY PAID. PAYMENT I COULD HAVE EASILY AVOIDED.I HAVE CANCELLED A SERVICE I WAS DUE TO HAVE. I WILL RATHER TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE THAN GO BACK TO YOUR COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

Julie was thoughtful and responsive to my needs. Being new to the area, I am grateful to have found this medical provider for my female health care.

I am still sitting in the waiting room 30 minutes past my appointment. This is BS and you cant expect my time to be less important than yours! Maybe you could figure out how to use time management, and not be selfish.

Ive been a patient for more than 15 years, but today I fired Palm Valley Womens Care. The doctors are competent and nice, but the wait times are ridiculous. I understand that emergencies happen and people need to be seen out of order, but more often than not Ive been left in the waiting room for more than an hour (with other patients going in and out) with another hour in the exam room. I am never given a heads up that there will be a wait. Im just expected to quietly wait my turn. This is not an issue with the nature of the medical specialty but entirely with scheduling and staffing. Ive never experienced this kind of wait at any other kind of doctors office. If management reads this: If this is all you can do, at least train your people to let people know there will be a wait and for how long so people can make choices about whether they can stay. Better yet, call ahead and let me know. My time is not less valuable than yours.

Changed care providers to Palm Valley because we had a terrible experience with another office. Saw Julie the PA there and have nothing but great things to say about her! Her compassion and medical knowledge was very reassuring to my husband and I through a difficult time. Everyone from the office staff, lab staff, and ultrasound tech made us feel welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend this office!!

Dr Howard was great. He was good from start to finish with my wife and delivery.The problem is the appointment times. Example. If your appointment is at 10AM dont expect to see the Dr till 12:30pm. Everytime. But other than that . Dr Howard was great

I love love love loveeeee LOVE Dr. Howard and Julie the P.A and the ladies at the front desk I can’t remember the ones name that is really nice sits on the right side if you’re looking straight toward the front desk lol but whoever answers the phone i think her names Debbie but she is the RUDEST person I’ve ever talked to and I don’t know how nobody else has complained about her but she has a HORRIBLE attitude how is she still working there? She picks and chooses when she wants to be nice and makes me very uncomfortable! Usually the wait time is HORRIBLE one time I was there for four and a half hours total usually at least 2 and a half !!! Other than that I think the doctors are pretty much worth the wait time. Howard reassures you and really goes extra out of his way and he did my c section with my daughter I wish I knew about him pregnant with my son in 2013 so glad I found him , very knowledgeable to the point , nice , funny and caring. Great guy !!

I saw julie for my first appointment and she was very kind and professional. I now see Dr. Howard very professional and caring, has answers all my questions. There is some wait time during your appointment since he has hospital errands as well, but I prefer to wait for a good dr. Who listens vs seeing someone on time and not get all my questions answered. Staff friendly!

The care that I received at Palm Valley womens care was excellent. All of the front staff was very kind and professional and Dr. Howard is amazing! He was able to get me in for surgery very quickly and took excellent care of me. I was up and functioning like I hadnt even had surgery 2 days later and was back at work. I would recommend Dr. Howard to anyone looking for a great OB-GYN.

Awesome doctors everyone is so friendly I went here for all 3 of my pregnancies and everyone treated me so well and took good care of me and my little ones. Dr. Sun is an Amazing doctor and truly shows he cares. I would definitely recommend this office.

The front Office was awesome. The MAs brought me back and were quick and to the point. Very fast but knowledgeable. PA Julie was awesome and very kind and very understanding to my worries and concerns. Tech who did my blood work was also very knowledgeable and had a great fun attitude. All PAs and techs I saw were wonderful. So happy to be a patient here.

Horrible wait times my wife is 9 months pregnant and in weekly for regular check ups, the last two appointments she has waited an hour or more for the doctor to come in the room for her exam. It is ridiculous to leave a patient in a room naked from the waist down waiting for an exam for over an hour, I understand they may have emergencies or certain things that come up but its been multiple times now and is not acceptable! People have scheduled times for a reason and plan other events in the day according so if you cant get to patients within a timely manner I think you need to schedule lighter and not have your patients waiting more than half an hour for the doctor to attend to them. She is 9 months pregnant and often has to take our 3yr old son with her, have you seen a 3yr old after being stuck in a small doctors office room!? This is supposed to be a place of comfort for her to provide medical exams and helpful service throughout her pregnancy not a stressful place where she has to wait over an hour to be seen! I hope someone from your office reads this and can help make improvements to better serve your patients!!!

I highly recommend this facility. Ive been a patient at this office for 6 years and Dr. Howard has delivered going on 3 of my children. He is the best! I wouldnt trust anyone else. Im not always the easiest patient to deal with but Dr. Howard and staff always treat every patient like family. He never rushes through his appointments and make it a point to build rapports to provide outstanding patient care.

Dr. Howard took his time listening to my concerns and answering questions. He seemed like a genuine caring Dr. Im glad Ill be seeing him for my pregnancy care that I know will be high risk but he made me feel very comfortable. The wait time was a little bit long but thats understandable and worth getting quality care.Update: I am on my last weeks of pregnancy and have received nothing but outstanding care from every single staff member Ive had interaction with. Every single visit all of our questions, concerns and doubts have been addressed. Dr. Howard truly is an amazing doctor, not many doctors know much about the condition I suffer from as its not too common and I was glad when I found out he had knowledge about it. Knowing that he has some understanding as to what I go thru is what made me feel confident in choosing him as my provider. He has gone out of his way in helping me find ways to feel comfortable during my pregnancy while making sure my baby is safe. The few times weve had to wait a bit longer have been when hes out delivering a baby but have always been given the options to wait for him if hes on his way back, reschedule our appointment or to be seen by one of his PAs. Also my husband has been going to every appointment with me and he likes Dr. Howard as well. He makes him feel very comfortable as well and includes him in everything, explains everything to him as well and speaks to both of us while allowing us to make decisions together about the care of our baby. It has been a great experience and he has enjoyed being apart of our care during the pregnancy and being taken into consideration as with our previous pregnancies and Drs they would only speak to me and not really include or acknowledge him. I know everyone has different experiences and opinions and these are mine. With that being said I absolutely recommend this clinic without a doubt and will continue my womens care with them after my pregnancy as well.*Sorry for the long post. 😉

The hold times are outrageous. Made worse by an automated voice thanking you for your patience, every ten seconds. The receptionists are incredibly rude. Doctor Davidson is inconsiderate, condescending, and tried to go against my birth plan. He also will not return my calls to answer my question about his decision to manually retrieve my placenta, which lead to hemorrhaging. Dr. Howard is wonderful though. He was my OB throughout my pregnancy. I got stuck with Davidson because he happened to be on call when I went into labor.

Been in pain for over a year! The Dr I did see there was AMAZING but suddenly she was gone! I saw Dr Sun who never answered my questions, he just walked me to check out to schedule hysterectomy. Then saw Dr Howard who I am still waiting for him to return my phone call from last month about my hysterectomy that is scheduled for tomorrow. Guess He will know I am not coming in when he shows up to do surgery. And the Customer Service is ghetto mentality, Very Rude! I would not recommend this practice to anyone! Now I know why the Other Doctor couldnt stay in the same practice with these clowns.

So I have been going to this doctor since the 2nd-3rd month of my pregnancy. Dr.Howard is always gone or a hour late for each appointment in which i was given a different doctor most times. The times i did see him was a 5 minute visit of vitals and a ultra sound. I didnt mind because the other doctors were nice. However 02-26-2019 (Dr.Howard being a hour late with a full waiting room full of women) I was supposed to have a glucose drink and i did my own research on the drink by nutritionist and decided i didnt want to take it. I was first seen by the student who assisted him yesterday who was nice. Once Dr.Howard came in he was red in the face and shaking and very aggressively asking me why I didnt want the glucose drink. I explained it to him. He proceeded to tell me that he was going to send me through a similar process in which i was not OK with. Every time i asked him to explain what everything was i was given bland answers with no real explanation. He basically told me that me and a few other women where HOGWASH for not doing the test. He proceeded to tell me that he wouldnt be my doctor if i refused to take the test.I asked him why he was angry when its not his body nor his baby and he barely took the time to see me for the visits i was given for the past few months. I asked him if he was getting paid more to give the glucose test as a doctor. He then threw in my face that because i had Mercy Care he didnt get paid a lot for me anyway and to find another doctor. Dr. Howard stormed out of the office like a child and didnt finish the appointment which was supposed to include another ultra sound of my baby. Honestly the most disrespectful doctors appointment i have ever been to. I wouldnt recommend going to Palm Valley Womens if your life depended on it.

I have been with Dr. Sun for the past 10 years. He is always on top of everything, very knowledgeable, professional, has great bedside manner, and always makes me feel comfortable and taken care of. He is the best! This office would not be the same without him.

I don’t ever rate places but where to start ?? I arrived 10 minutes early for my 330 appointment; after waiting 50 minutes finally got called back. Now have been waiting for almost an hour in the room. Still have yet to be seen. Won’t be coming back.

My daughter is seen at the office on 107th in McDowell Dr Howard is her doctor and is an amazing doctor but the staff here is the worst. Very rude and unwilling to help patients. I dont ever want to come back to this office.

I Love Palm Valley Womens Care! The girls up front are very respectful, and My doctor, Dr. Sun made me feel very appreciated to be back, he was very Happy to see me. I feel very much confident and comfortable coming to Palm Valley Womens Care for all my appts!

I was very happy to have insurance until I visited this center. Upon my first visit, the Dr. Adenle pressed down very hard on a scar I had during an exam. She did not apologize, but just moved her hand and then proceeded with the exam. This made my pain worse. On the second visit with a different doctor in the office, the Dr. dismissed my concerns with my health, patronized me, suggested a hysterectomy right off the bat, without even analyzing the situation, and could care less about patients. Her name is Dr. Sta. Maria and when I asked about other options instead of this major life-changing surgery, she interrupted me rudely and said, If you do not agree with me, see another doctor.The office also looks at everyone in pain like they are criminals and does not provide any management of pain. If asked, they look at patients like they are fiends instead of realizing that they have legitimate pain. The office manager was no better and patronizing. Even though the doctor did not do an exam, she said that I took up the time so I still owed the copay of $60.00. Do not go to this clinic if you want real answers. They are all horrible and could care less about women.

Ive had tons of pelvic ultrasounds done but was never given a detailed explanation of what they were looking at and teaching me about my own organ and what was normal etc. I usually just get a phone call later saying everything was normal. Would definitely recommend!!

My wife sees Dr. Howard and he is very upfront and to the point. East coast humor and a pretty cool guy.

Why does it take 20 minutes to get someone on the phone? The avondale office has like 3 people in the front. Also the main front desk lady is so rude everytime I talk to her. If you get annoyed then you are in the wrong place of work

I love Dr Howard. He knows his stuff and his bedside manner is wonderful. He always takes the time to actually talk to you. On top of it, ladies we all know its awkward going to the OB. He makes it not awkward.

Dr. Sun has been my dr for going on 13 years and a old dr who no longer works through the company. Never had any problems the Ladies are Really patient, friendly, always on point.. The wait time can be a little long but most women should understand they do run late due to delivering other babies that’s more of an emergency if you asked me just remember what if it was your baby that needed to be delivered.. over all if I could give a 100 I would... thx for your support Dr.Sun and your staff

This is my 2nd pregnancy, (had a miscarriage last year) & I can say so far Ive had a great experience! Just a big FYI for some people, I have Dr. Howard which is an amazing OB, sometimes hes not there for your appointments, BECAUSE hes a busy man. He does so many deliveries every day. Theres a reason hes always delivering, because hes a great doctor!!! There has been MAYBE 3 times that he hasnt been there for my appointment, but I understand because hes bringing a new beautiful life into this world whenever he misses my appt. Dr. Howard is a great doctor & answers any questions myself or my husband may have!! He makes us feel comfortable & he definitely knows what hes doing!But anyways, this office is very clean & the staff is very friendly & helpful. My husband & I are definitely going to come back whenever we decide to have a second baby. They answer all of our questions respectfully, & are really nice. I definitely recommend anyone to come here!!

Went in quite nervous for a procedure that I was going to have done that day. Dr. Adenle explained everything thoroughly and took great care of me, distracting me to alleviate my anxiety and being careful to not hurt me. Her staff is also very friendly and make you feel comfortable and safe.

Ive seen Dr. Howard for the last 9 years. Ive always felt important and educated on any questions. Pregnancy and birth are alot easier with peace of mind from having an amazing Dr. and staff behind you.

I waited 50 mins past my appointment time, to get called. I arrived 20 mins early. When I went to check with the receptionist why its taking so long, she had a nasty attitude. Finally I get called, then Dr Sun, comes in the room and spent a few seconds talking to me. I was so concerned about a lump in my breast, he barely examined me. I had so many questions and concerns. I didnt get the chance to talk about them. Then I had to call after my mammogram results, and again I get a attitude from the receptionist, and after 4 weeks I was still waiting. I had to go get my own records from the radiologists to find out whether something was wrong. I should have trusted the bad reviews of this doctors office, it wouldve cost me a lot less stress. I wish I could give 0 stars, cause there was nothing positive dealing with this doctors office.

Horrible wait times. Twice we have sat around for greater than an hour without being told that we would be waiting. Usually dont get seen by the doctor until nearly 1 and a half hours after the appointment time.

This is by far the worst place I have ever been too, I regret switching over to this office. Just to be called back takes 30-45mins then once your called back it takes about another hour. Their excuse is they are behind schedule, but since I been coming here its always like this. SO RIDICULOUS......!!!!!!! WHY DO THEY SCHEDULE SO MANY PEOPLE IF THEY CANT KEEP UP WITH THE WAIT TIMES!!!!!!! IVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM @ ANY OTHER DR OFFICE I BEEN TO USUALLY IN AND OUT, THIS PLACE IS SO HORRIBLE I CANT EVEN EXPLAIN MY FRUSTRATIONS WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!

Theyre lucky to even get a star. Worse experience ever! Nurses and doctors dont know what theyre doing. I was misdiagnosed and given the wrong prescription. All my appointments were rushed, they didnt last longer than 10 mins. I went to a different doctor that are professional and know what theyre doing. Got a call today regarding my transfer the lady that answered Viviana seemed very upset that she had to go through the transfer process and cancel my appointment she didnt let me talk and then hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Dont not recommend anyone to step foot in this clinic.

I have been a patient of Dr. Howards for over 7 years and absolutely love the care and attention I receive from the doctors and staff. The office is a 20 minute drive for me but well worth it.

I’ve been a patien for 7 years now and I’ve had no issues. Loved my OBGYN Dr.Sun delivered my 3 children was always so nice and professional. I always recommend him to family & friends.This office is very clean & staff is very friendly.

I have absolutely no complaints. Dr. Sun is amazing the entire staff are kind helpful and caring.

Went to the Phoenix office was ready to be seen and the nurse took my temp and said I had to leave number one if you take my temp 5 min after I walk into the door from a 120 degree weather on top of me being nervous because I have had multiple miscarriages im gonna be running hot asked the nurse to give it 10 min to take my temp again she said ok and another lady comes in and said that she has to reschedule me and while she is rescheduling me the nurse is talking to the doctor saying that she is going to get covid funny thing is I went home and took 15 min and took my temp it was 98.5 horrible service I am very unhappy 😡

Its awesome here! Dr Howard delivered my first child and it was such an amazing experience that he will be delivering my second as well!

If you enjoy sitting in a waiting room endlessly waiting for your appointment, this is the place for you. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited for more than 40 minutes before even being called into the room. Still waiting...

Dr. Howard is awesome I would give him 5 stars. But some of the staff are snotty and rude. The reason for a 1 rating is for the wait times. They are absolutely ridiculous! Longest I waited for the Dr to see me was 2 hours! I would not recommend this place at all 👎

I have been a patient of Dr. Sta Maria for over 6 years now and have NEVER had an issue with staff or Dr. They know me on a personal level and treat me well. She delivered both my children, and my pregnancies were not easy. She was with me every step of the way. Her methods might not be what everyother OBGYN might have but thats the reason why i liked her so much. She is good to her patients and as i can see NO ONE ever gave her a chance, so please get to actually know someone before making such harsh remarks. She must be good because I have recommended her to all my family and friends and they all see her.

I dont reccomend this office at all. I was seeing Dr. Sun until i switched obs & offices at 18 weeks. To start, no one had ever gone over the basic information-what to avoid eating, required testing, never did a pap smear or a pelvic exam on me, etc. I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hemorrhage at 8 weeks and healed by week 10. Knowing that I have had issues with bleeding in the past, I had bleeding and cramps at about 17 weeks. I called and asked what they felt I should do. Didnt get a call back until 4 hours later, 15 mins before they closed, to tell me to go to the er. I was just getting discharged as they called.Another occasion, I got the panorama testing done. Something I had to ask Sun for. It was never discussed with me except for OK go get it now. I was never told about the other genetic screenings I couldve had done at the same time. Was told that results would be available within 2 weeks. Called several times for the results. When the 2 week mark hit, I called again to only find out that my blood work hadnt been sent in until 6 days after it was drawn.The recetionists are rude. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Theres no communication. If I called with a question, I wouldnt get a call back the same day or at all unless I call multiple times.

Well it’s been two weeks since I had a biopsy here to check for cancer and I have yet to hear from them. Left an email, two voicemails and even drove to the office and still nothing. As if they don’t care that the time is ticking here... They originally told me I’d have the results 7days after the procedure. I wish I would have never went there, I should have gotten a second opinion elsewhere.

Dr. Howard performed surgery on me 2 years ago while I was visiting a friend in AZ. Now that I have relocated to AZ I have returned to Palm Valley Womens Care. Everyone is very helpful, professional, and friendly.

I had a great visit with Dr.Howard he is a great doctor.

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would have. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this place or the people staffed. Save your time and go somewhere else. Trust me

I have been going to Palm Valley Womens Care for years now. Everyone has always been professional and friendly. Dr. Sun has always been great!

The staff at Palm Valley Womens was very appropriate and professional.However, I tried to tell Dr. Sun that my pregnancy was very uncomfortableand felt very different than any of my other pregnancies and especiallyb/c I was older at this time, I was concerned.Unfortunately he was dismissive and it turned out there was a problemwith my amniotic fluid leaking and my baby had to be suddenlyinduced

I see Dr. Howard and he is such a great dr. He listens to me and makes me feel so comfortable. On top of having such an awesome dr everyone else that works their are really nice. Really glad I switched to Palm Valley Womens Care.

I rate a 9 this time because I didnt had to deal with the ladies who you have to schedule apt for the next follow up because they always look mad and not happy and talk so rude, that they cant even smile back.
