My experience with this doctor’s office is not a pleasant one, first is really hard to get them on the phone, the day of my appointment they put me in a room for about an hour without any updates as when the doctor would see me. I went the next day and had an ultrasound and now is more than a month waiting for them to give me results or at least schedule a follow up. I have called several times, left voicemails and requests online and nothing. Now I got a bill I have to pay and not even for that they pick up the phone! My ultrasound was required prior a procedure I need to go through and its like these team does not have a sense of urgency or is not aware of the field they work in. I totally regret going here, it’s been a nightmare.

Although the office wait was long it was worth the wait. Dr. Howard is amazing. He listened to me and we are now taking action. He explained everything so well so I can understand. Him and the staff are very kind. So thankful my friend referred him to me.

My visit with Dr Howard was great. He is a very caring professional. He answered all my questions. He explained my upcoming procedure. I feel confident in his knowledge and expertise. The office staff was professional and helpful. The nurse that schedules surgeries explained her procedure on handling scheduling.

I love my Obgyn dr. Howard and his nurses they are the absolute best. Very flexible with time and doctor actually cares about you and your well being. He relates explains any questions or concerns whenever you have then. Personally he’s been the most informational then others. I’m thankful I was able to find a team like this. Thank to all of you!

Best Doctor out there! Have had him for two pregnancies and births and would recommend him to anyone! Plus Palm Valley Women’s Care is such a great office to go to!

Dr. Howard is by far the BEST OB/GYN I have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable and has amazing bedside manner. He is very patient and takes the time to not only listen to his patients but actually hear what they are saying.

Dr. Howard always is attentive to my concerns and explains issues very clearly.

EDIT TO UPDATE SINCE LAST TIME.While Dr Howard was always a wonderful dr, his staff lacks so much. Front desk is the worst still, I’m always coming back the repeat appointments because there aren’t any notes and such 🙄 now I switched to a midwife and it’s been such a joke to get all my records. There’s made up notes of conversations that never happened. Just unprofessional.Every time I’ve seen Dr Howard and had things done have always been up and beyond! Throughly explains everything, very kind and patient. His PAs are great too. But I have the opposite opinion about his front staff. They are the worst and have had multiple things messed up because of poor communication and lack of care.

Dr. Howard was very thorough, had reviewed my history, and had a lot of information regarding my issues.

I am satisfied may I go home now?
