Great place to work out. Staff is super friendly and supportive. Chris the trainer is always available and helpful when I have questions. His hospitality is unmatched and always makes you feel welcomed . His upbeat and energetic personality makes the gym a great place to work out and continue to work on my goals.

Its a small one, but they seem nice here. I came to see if my son can come with me on my buddy pass. Whats hilarious is because hes 13 he has his own account. Once hes 16 he can come on my buddy pass. Doesnt make sense but ok.

I joined EōS a few months ago after taking a long break from the gym life. I needed some assistance getting back into a routine that felt good. I met with Gabe, the fitness manager, who informed me of the different personal training packages. We discussed my fitness goals and did an assessment. Gabe paired me with Chris as my personal trainer. I have enjoyed my workouts with Chris. They are challenging, but fun. Chris explains things well and answers all of my questions. The workout plan that he created for me is top notch and I am already starting to notice a difference in the way I feel and look. I am really glad I made the decision to join this gym.

Love the facility just constantly trying to up sale. It gets annoying and we did not get our package explained. A lot of extras have to be added.

Machinery is kept in good working condition, never seen worn out padding like some other gyms. There are enough disinfectant sprays to wipe down the equipment. Best of all this gym is open 24/7, so you can go at off-peak hours to avoid the crowd.

I take cycling classes with Cynthia! Shes amazing!! One of the best instructors Ive ever worked out with.

I am a long time customer of this location and have watched its unfortunate decline in quality. There have been some really nice improvements over the years as well, but the equipment really needs some attention. I really like this location for its proximity to home, but have also decided that driving to a different EoS is generally a better decision.

Got a great deal on a membership, 9.99 dollars a month, 1 dollar to join, and first month free. Exercising in the heat was just to much! Notice they had the A/C set for 75 degrees, felt great so I was sold.

Its actually a good place and theres always lots of parking and not much people.

Good equipment, good prices, nice staff, obviously good hours. Its a little chilly but that can be handled. I wish this location had a hot tub but thats a first world problem, I know...

Incredible gym jam packed with features and just about anything for people of all types. Sadly it’s also jam packed with people 18 hours out of the day, looking forward to new locations being opened to alleviate the crowds

Im new to this gym, so far, so good. What Im looking the most is all of the amenities. Child care, cinema, indoor pool and the personal training.

Its a nice place for a gym. Wasnt too crowded today, I was able to use the equipment I wanted, when I wanted. Of course, as always, there are still people that dont clean the equipment after they use it. Over all, its a nice place to get a workout.

I have been using Eosfitness in Avondale, and have recently opened my P.E.A.C.E.(Pandemic Escape And Cultural Edification)classes and have been teaching more and more students than ever. This month ever since I started teaching the offensive strike maneuvers(fist strikes, and leg strikes) attendance has skyrocketed. My current high is 358 viewers.

I just signed up for this gym and went for the first time and was disappointed. I don’t know if it’s the staff doesn’t care to keep up the establishment or if it’s just overcrowded and understaffed…possibly both. I walked in at peak time and all I saw was one front desk employee. The machines look old and worn and the establishment just did not look taken care of. I hope this was a fluke and maybe I just went at a bad time, but reading other reviews…I am thinking this is the norm.

Not sure if the AC is broken or if they just arent turning it on. Thermostat said it was set to 70 but read 80 for the indoor temp. Prone leg machine has also been broken and removed for over a month. This is usually my go-to gym and used to be pretty nice but its slowly declining.

EOS Dysart has the OLDEST and always BROKEN equipment.Down-hill when it comes to Sanitizing! I had to go to the front-desk to tell them 3 of their paper-towel dispensers were empty! Even another member was like..what the heck. Hand Sanitizer is usually empty! Honestly, the worst EOS ive been to in Arizona.

These guys tell you what you want to hear. They lie and there is basically no recourse but to cancel. Management is a joke and the staff just gets away with their lies. Management tried to just turn it back on me and indirectly called me the lier. I’ve filed a formal complaint and I hope that corporate will fire this manager. She doesn’t deserve to be in the industry.

Ordered take out, had a issue with our pizza and I spoke with the manager and We came to a resolution, the manager refunded all of my money. The staff was great through the whole experience.

Currently left the gym before even starting my workout. While using the restroom, another gym goer was having a very loud phone conversation detailing flu symptoms that she and others close to her are experiencing. The conversation made me very uncomfortable. I don’t care if you wear or don’t wear a mask. BUT IF YOU ARE SICK STAY HOME!! I told the worker at the front desk, all he could say is that there was nothing that they could do because of their no mask policy and recent vaccinations. It is very frustrating to me as an ex gym employee (during covid) that there was no concern for health and safety of others in the gym. Please stay away from this location if you are covid cautious. There was no manager involvement and nothing was resolved when I left.

Most of the equipment is old and has been put through the wringer. Overall, its a strictly okay gym. However be extremely carefull about which credit card you use to sign up.They are notorious for crazy cancelation schemes.

Machines are always working and clean. Staff is very helpful and professional. Overall, has a good workout environment

Humid and hot especially in the movie theater, the matrix treadmills automatically slow to cool down at 30 minutes. I brought in a temperature gauge that has a humidity feature on it.

The gym it self it’s great, everyone is friendly. I gave it a 2 star the the fact that they kept charging me after I moved state and I canceled my physical training.. I don’t recommend getting a physical training under the same company... I would hire one that is not under thier contract. But my trainer that I had at the moment was excellent I would hire her any time out of this EOS fitness environment.. Angelique is amazing.. my issue is getting my money back I’ve been waiting for weeks they are ripoffs when it comes to refunds

On Wednesday, March 3rd 11pm,A maintenance man was going around dusting the whole entire place because the vents were VERY DUSTY. I was just trying to workout and the maintenance guy kept getting in my way and dusting all around me 1 ft away and a lot of dust got on my backpack, my skin, my hair, and my eyes! My eyes were red from scratching them, nose stuffy and I was so irritated with this man. He went around dusting in front and around people while they were working out a feet away from him! I emailed the gym about it but now it’s been a week and no response! I have pictures and I recorded this incident. People moved from him and then he just kept going near them again and dusting the top vents. The maintenance man even looked at his eye in the mirror and it was red and if you were doing that, imagine how others felt! Very unprofessional and you could’ve done it at-least on the weekend!

Im happy to be able to workout in a controlled safe environment. The only issue I have is the group classe commit to dance instructed by Kenya is so in demand it fills up very quickly with no openings. When I miss the 6:15 sign up I go anyway just incase there are cancelation. Kenya and Nikki are very high energy and great instructors.Note of consideration adding a Step class would be supper great to this location. My wish was answered thank you.

This gym isn’t bad at all it’s just the people who run the gym, everytime I come to this gym the janitor always closes down the restroom for atleast 30 minutes and doesn’t let anyone in

Been so busy this pandemic slowed life a tiny bit for me but last year Jared Horn area manager helped with a renewal of a grandfathered plan and this year when I went to call for renewal Haley was the same as him! Excellent customer service, thank you two!

The Dysart and Thomas is horrendous dust, dirt, mold in the sauna, rusty outlets, just to name a few, the only nice thing about this one is Aubrey McKnight she works herself so hard, she knows everyone by there name, she works the 10p-6a shift.

The gym itself is fine. They sell you on the low monthly payments and no contracts but they actually end up charging you a ton of money with annual fees/sign up fees/ etc etc. Its ridiculous. I was there less than a month for personal reasons and had to cancel. In those 4 weeks I was a member they charged me over $110 .... Thats insane. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Joined in January and have been trying to cancel my membership since April 2020 it is now SEPTEMBER AND I CANNOT GET THEM TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!!! I have emails from April 14 showing I wanted to cancel. I called the club, showed up in person, and now after getting another call to 1-888 number... theyll list me as pending cancellation after 30 days. With their start up fees, their yearly membership renewal fee and all.... that adds up!! Heads up when dealing with gyms like this ... its like a timeshare nightmare!!

This place is in its last legs. Coronavirus has driven s stake in its heart. The loser az Leaders have seen to that.

Imagine dropping 135lb on the deadlift. Screaming while doing it, not racking the weight and then just leave like you broke the deadlift world record because that’s what I just witnessed.

Adam J the Body Pump instructor is great. Full of great energy, his instruction actually makes sense. I like that he keeps the workouts SIMPLE but challenging. KEEP HIM!!The girl at the front desk has a huge attitude problem. She never smiles and looks bothered when we ask a question.

This is the most excellent gym I have been to ever. I am here for 6 days every week and they are awesome. Pricing is much better than all the national chains, small group personal trainings are well-planned and focused. Having served in military, I can assure you that there no gym with better pricing for veterans. Any experience level, any age.

I visited from out of town, and loved how welcoming and helpful everyone was, especially the facilities manager, Daniel or David, I can’t remember his name. He showed me around and even let me borrow his barcode to use the towel service since I didn’t have one. I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in town again.

Just moved to the area from out of state and needed a temporary new gym. I called and spoke with Dustin and he told me to come in and they would take care of me. Excellent gym and even better customer service provided by Dustin and Fernando. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new gym family! Great layout and selection of machines and weights. Excellent facility.

Its a dirty gym with old equipment, and if you plan on canceling good luck. They will keep charging you for the next 6 months.

The staff was so friendly and nice! I thought I was going to a power yoga class, but accidentally went to a hip hop class! I am the most uncoordinated white girl ever and was not made fun of or shamed in the slightest. The instructor was so kind and sweet and did not single me out even though I was the worst in the class! We laughed about the mix up afterward along with some of the other sweet ladies from the class. Apparently, there is a whole seperate Yoga Room! I will be going back to try the yoga at this location (I will spare the members of my horrid dancing skills). The kids club staff was super nice too and the kids immediately asked to go back!

Great gym, I love the price and the atmosphere. Staff are amazing, equipment is always clean and the center is very well taken care of. My only complaint is when I tried to call the phone rang for 3 minutes straight and when I called back two more times nobody answered.

Good place, clean. Was able to get in and out, do my lifts and cardio without having to wait on machines. I usually go about 9pm on weeknights.

Definitely an awesome gym. This place has the best coaches that are both motivating and thorough with their cues. Not only are they highly trained coaches, but they are also very professional and it doesnt feel like its your first time visiting their gym. Always offering a solid balance of skill, strength and endurance training, the workout programs keep my exercise challenging and fun. Highly Recommend!

Not a bad gym, however the management at this location has caused nothing but problems! Constantly charging us for unnecessary and hidden prices that they never informed us of, and when we ask they tell us Oh yeah, we forgot to mention but thats a charge we do for...blah blah blah SUPER frustrating!!!
