The staff are very caring and hard working. I appreciate the service they provided me with filling several prescriptions at an unbeatable low cost for my daughter. Thank you and God bless.

Would not use this location pharmacy. Called today to ask for a price on a medication without insurance. Person who answered had me on hold for almost 10 minutes. When she did answer no introduction of who I was talking to. She told me to go on goodrx and look for the prices. I asked her can you please look for me now to see how much it is with your company as I was waiting so long . She told me she didn’t have her computer near by and could not tell me the prices. From her speaking to me seemed like she really didn’t care and didn’t want to help whatsoever. The phones are by the computer so the excuse was just ridiculous. She could have placed me on hold and checked. I would not recommend such a place with lazy and rude service . Yeah no thanks horrible service! Winn Dixie should really check on people who work there acting like this as it makes the company look bad.

I have been using for nearly 10 years. But the service is now terrible. They are understaffed, long waits on the phone to actually speak to someone, and then sometimes do not have the medication in stock. I am a loyal customer, but not stupid. I am going to Walgreens from now on. Dennis

Useless. They dont answer the phone. Called twice. 1st time didnt answer at all. 2nd time put me on hold never came back.Useless. No wonder they are going out of business.

Why will the pharmacist Scott Kaplan, at Aventura Pharmacy make a transfer on My medicine Jacques Mandowsky -Minociclyn to 110 Nw 7th Avenue without placing it in the system and without letting me know?That is UNACCEPTABLE to the level of quality that Winn dixie keep in Aventura. Ok

Worst pharmacy in the world.They tell you that they dont fill out the scripts automatically and that you need to call for them even if u pick them up on time every month.When you call to order them they dont get them ready .I ordered the script at 3 pm and requested they call or send a text when its ready .I did ot get a text so i tried callingfrom 3.30pm until 7 pm they did not pick up the phoneat 7 pm it went to voicemail telling you the pharmacy is now closed.I sent my son there and they told him just call tomorrow ..meanwhile this has been going on for two days.I dont recommend using this pharmacy .. will need to transfer my scripts somewhere else.

Decided to try Winn Dixie’s pharmacy for a change since I shop in the supermarket and Walgreens wait lines are awful. First I read the reviews and was a bit scare since they arent good at all.There was no line (I went at 4pm) and only waited 5 minutes. Carla was the pharmacist who took care of my prescription and was very nice and efficient.Not a 5 star because every time I need a refill I have to either call on the phone or come in and let them know about it, would be nice to be able to do it with an app.

Stay away from this pharmacy , they are very rude , under staffed , and they do not answer the phone or look at you to say hello when at the counter . Many other super markets around the area like publix where ateast you get a smile and common courtesy. Again stay away from this place and take your business else where . They dont have time to listen to your medical concerns because they only work 1 at a time . One pharmacist all day and they switch days . ........ Go to Walmart they smile there at least....

The 2 only pharmacists that work there are horrible. No customer service, and extremely rude . They dont care about there customers / client care . Also the worst thing is they do not answer the phone , because they cant afford to have an employee help while the pharmacist fills prescription. When you asked to speak to the store manager Hendrick he comes to you with a bad attitude and tells you he is busy and does not have time to speak to you . They should all be retrained or have them terminated from there jobs . Be aware dont shop there. I had to go as far as to making a complaint with there corporate office. Dont shop at Winn Dixie......

Very unfriendly staff. I am a Winn-Dixie customer so I started to use the pharmacy for their interesting prices and while shopping for groceries. Due to the latest cold welcomes with long and unjustified waits I am willing to pay more elsewhere to be greeted with more politeness and consideration.

I love this pharmacy. They know everyones name and they are extremely helpful. They take the time to answer every question.Its like a throw back to the old time pharmacies. Thanks Scott and Damaris. Keep up all that you do for us. I so appreciate it!

Employees are not friendly, they do not greet you or thank you after the purchase. They are rather impolite. an this goes for the Hallandale Beach store but specially for the 20417 Biscayne Blvdon which the blond assitant manager is the most rude person I have ever met.
