I was working in that building for a company called FIP Management as a Maintenance Manager and it was the worst experience I had because the manager in charge was the worst person i ever meet. who has no idea how to handle a team work and even less how to create a healthy work environment between the workers. The name of this manager is........ Earnie Diehl..... i repeat ......EARNIE DIEHL.......EARNIE DIEHL...... an old and unfriendly man who more than moving that building forward and looking for succes, I think he will destroy it, Im prettY sure of THAt, even more he will destroy the esteem and desire of the co-workers who really want to work hard and grown up. It is the first time in 5 years working in charge of maintenance that I see someone so incapable to do this type of duty. To finish this review, this manager and also the building, the elevators there are really difficult to handle for the old people who frequently go there. This manager is the kind of person who creates the most ridiculous work ORDER that may exist in Florida state. Remember the name of this manager and run away.
