Where to start…. Am disappointed. , is unbelievable that an office like this one, We’re compassionate is main key. It lacks in all spect. Front desk lady extremely rude not friendly and definitely not helpful, doesn’t even look you in the eyes.. I come from Mt. Sinai mammogram center and the ladies have beautiful happy personality. This place is a shock to me . We’re all scared to have this test praying that the radiologist fines nothing to worry about. I don’t recommend this place at all. Please , take from a person working in the medical field. We ladies need compassion and to feel welcome and positive attitude. This place is horrible. Very Rude. 🥺 .if they’re not happy working a front desk providing customer service get out!!!! Wheres the office manager?? Do they not read these reviews??

The front desk was unbelievable unfriendly. They had given me a different time on the phone for the appointment than what was in their system.When I showed up, they said I had to wait bc there were so many patients ahead of me. And my appointment was way later. No problem though, I could wait. Once it was my time to finally fill in the paperwork, the front desk implied that I was misusing my insurance card and the dr’s name on it. I will make sure to never go to this place. I ended up leaving and scheduled an appointment in a different place with a friendly front desk staff.

The only reason why I give them two stars is because my mom said the young lady that performed the exam was sweet and actually showed compassion.Walking in nobody said good morning except for one employee that was coming into work. With that being said stay away from this place if possible. I brought my mom in for a routine test and this experience just leaves a sour taste. Deborah, the front desk secretary, is cold, rude and just does not want to deal with the public. All employees wore masks but she seems to be exempted from this rule. Patient information was stated out loud with no consideration of HIPPA violation. To my belief, this is a troubling time for any woman, especially when it comes to breast health, and to be treated so coldly just puts the cherry on top of a possibly life changing diagnosis.

I had an incredible experience at this facility. I had a mammogram and an ultrasound. The front desk was quick and efficient. I was taken in at the time of my appointment and both techs doing the tests were nice and thorough.I highly recommend Comprehensive Breast Care Center of Aventura.

I really like going here. I dont agree with most of the reviews. The staff is sweet and friendly, specially Ana and Greta. They are supportive and help me a lot to manage my anxiety while doing my exams.

Terrible place . Not only they were really unprofessional during Pandemic and took them a month to call me for for only one of my results, ( they never called for the second one ) they also send my bill to collectors although I haven’t received a single bill through or a phone call . I will never go back .

Waited over an hour and a half ! Basically they messed up and passed at least 5 people in front of me ... one girl was nice and apologized but the receptionist who made the mistake didn’t say one word.... bad experience.. Not going back !

Worst place , waiting more than 2 hours, I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before.Also, while I was there they said doctor was going to see images before to leave to see if I need more images, they said not extra images need it. They sent report to primary doctor asking for more images, more waste of time and more money to pay.

The worse place ever and it’s not getting any better. Every time I make an appointment for a mammogram I always wait hours. Last time I was here I waited 2.5 hours. This time I am in the waiting room and it’s 11:30 and my appointment was at 10:30 AM. I forget how bad it is and the only reason I came here again because they have my past records.Will make a note to never come back here again.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review to recognize the above and beyond service of the Comprehensive Breast Center of Aventura Technicians. I want to specially give thanks to Dr. Valderrabano for all her support during my recent visit. Thank you for being there for me. My experience at the center was excellent and there was no waiting time, they helped immediately from the moment I arrived.

This place is terrible a wait of an hour or more is common in my experience. They are good at what they do but for me the wait is an insult. There are more places to get your testing done

THE WORST EXPERIENCE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, they treat people like if they are doing charity. I SOOOO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I m calling my Doctor so he knows best not to send anyone here. The waiting time is not the best, however it totally gets compensated by the kindnesses of the entire stuff. It is difficult to find such a nice team nowadays. Thank you

I was very apprehensive about getting a mammogram because I have implants, so much that I postponed the thing for 5 years!!! I went today to this facility to get a 3D mammogram, Marta was my. technician, the experience was great. She was careful, considerate and respectful. I cant say that it hurt, not even one bit!!! I highly recommend this place.

DO NOT COME HERE. they are crooks. The yearly mammogram that is covered by my insurance and law they wanted money upfront. Left without any help. Go anywhere else. The bad reviews are correct. Terrible service and receptionists

So far waiting for an hour with no end in sight. I asked why the delay and she said someone took my file already and to keep waiting, 30 mins later still nothing. Dont come here!!!Ok I just got the mammo done and the tech says to me as soon as she just sees my breast, it looks like you have a lump there and walks away to the machine... I mean what?!?! Can a tech even say that to a patient with a simple visual??? They truly treat you horribly. Never again.

Super upset. I called to have an exam done specifically for breast cancer since they are the experts. I was told I had to go somewhere else first to a regular doctor who doesn’t specialize in that field. Then after I pay that doctor then I could have him/her call & make an appointment with this place. This doesn’t make sense. I just need help & I’m scared & they sent me away.

My first visit here my appt. was at 11:00am still waiting, it is 1:30 pm never coming back.

This place keeps you waiting for hours. Last time for me. Front desk extremely unfriendly. I will advise my primary not to send women here. Very disrespectful.

My appointment was at 3:30 and l am still sitting on the waiting area at 5pm. Total disregard to ones time, why do they bother with appointments.
