A top notch surgeon with a great bedside manor, very thorough, answers all questions never in a rush which at times means a little wait but well worth it. Conservative approach and isnt quick to cut. Did wonders on my hand better than new and when my youngest had an unfortunate accident didnt think twice as to where to take him. Incredible staff as well

I got there at 12:10 for a 12:30 appointment, the lobby was full luckily there was a seat for my mom. I was told it would be an hour to 1 and half wait. I filled out my paperwork by 12:35 and asked Id I could drive my mom him because she had to go to work. I was told I must be back by 1pm. I made it back at 1:03. Amazingly there was no-one in the lobby when I returned but 2 people did what I did and started to come back and then taken before me. I was told I MUST pay before I would be seen $36,25 . Stood and watched the impeachment on t.v. until they called me in. The doctor finally came into my room at 2:15 pm and said wow what a wait huh? I said yeah exactly 2 hours, After 36.25 a 2 hour wait I was told to go to get a bag of Epson salt.I had to ask if I should come back they said yeah I guess in a month. YES I HAD TO ASK!I WANT A REFUND AND WILL NEVER GO BACK EVERWOULD GIVE LOWER THAN A 1 IF I COULD.

Dr. Alexander Krawiecki always treats his patients and his staff with tender loving care. He is amazing,understanding,caring,charming and very professional. He is one in a million!

Horrible service my mom has been calling everyday she needs a surgery in her left hand they order a MRI and the insurance have to approve that but because they dont even answer the phone not even to the ensurance they need more information but no one answers not even the doctor this clinic sucks
