0 star...and it goes especially to the receptionist Carolina who was not only rude and unprofessional but incompetent. I called to make an appointment and told me they did not take my medical plan and she stated she had never heard of it....After double checking with my medical health plan that they were in network, I called back Dr. Alexander Krawiecki office to better explain my medical health plan and to attempt again to make an appointment. Carolina took my call and after her telling me they did not take my plan, my medical health representative called them on a three way call to better understand why she was saying they were not in network and explain to her, again she was rude, would not transfer us to Olga, the manager who she said we would need to talk to, and put us on hold for more than 5 minutes to where we had to end up the call. Please, make sure your staff is knowledgeable and professional.I would have self paid the visit if they were really not in network and would have given me a reasonable and professional explanation.

This Dr. is the best hand specialist in Miami. The staff are very helpful and friendly as well as the doctor, who takes the time to explaining to you in details what is the cause of your pain. Additionally he explains well the treatment you will need to have and if not necessary he will NEVER asks you for a MRI. He first will check on you and if there is no need for a MRI, then there is no need. He is definitely not a pick pocketed doctor and his professionalism is outstanding. He should be proud of himself. I have met very few doctors in Miami that is professional like him. Thank you for taking care of my husband and I.

Doctor Krawiecki has miracle hands. I had a hand injury which wasn’t repaired and finished(different doctor), causing me to have complications. Dr.K used his best knowledge and professionalism to identify the problem and cause; he then did what he did best, which is fix my hand. Bless this doctor, because he really does a good job and takes his work serious. So if you want an amazing doctor who will do what’s necessary to have you up and running. Dr. Alexander krawiecke. You lost a patient today 9/10/20 due to your unprofessional and deceptive staff. I called before I came to my appointment , that I was running late. When I got there they told me that they didnt have any refferal they will call me when they get it, but they never did send my notes and codes to my primary to get a referral. I told your unprofessional office manager also. I wasted my time, money and put myself at risk due to your staff being so unprofessional. I will request my records when I find another hand specialist.

I went to see Dr k about a year ago. He is a very caring and amazing hand surgeon. I highly recommend him after seeing a string of not so nice doctors. He takes his time with you, he doesnt rush like other doctors. I went to see him for basal thumb surgery. He operated on me and did an excellent job. Thru out my recovery he always had time for any questions. The office staff is very nice and helpful. Thanks to Dr k today Im pain free and have use of my hand again. You will not be disappointed if you need a hand surgeon. Hes your guy.
