The doctor was very defensive and rude. He barely let me answer a question and was already asking another. He sound as if he was sniffing coca!ne. They denied me but I got approve by another company. Also they still haven’t returned my money and blamed me for it claiming I probably had bad credit (I don’t ) or it was the banks fault. Very ghetto!

There was no social distancing and the waiting room had 4 people within 3 feet of each other. The doctor was practicing social distancing and very kind. The 1st time I was at this office 6 months ago, it was lovely. I was sad that they were not Covid compliant.

Delilah and Darlene are amazing employees. They helped me and my elder wife go through our renewal process and help us renew our card cause we are old and forgot our passwords and all that. These girls really need to be acknowledged and praised. Location is clean though might need more chairs and some lighting. Dr.Lieberman was a sweetheart and explained everything.

Everything was going well until I needed to use their customer service.After a Saturday visit to the doctor to update my records to have access to flower in the end of July I went to my favorite dispensary on the end of the following week to buy flower.The salesman at the dispensary told me the Doctor did not fill out the correct field on the State of FL system and he could not sell me any flower, he instructed me to call Marijuana Dr. to ask them to fix the system. After leaving the dispensary I called Marijuana Dr. customer service and was told it was an easy fix, but the Doctor would have to do and promised the system updated by the following day.I week had passed and once again I tried to visit the dispensary with intention to by flower. Same thing happened, I was advised by the dispensary that the system was still wrong, and an update was needed. I called marijuana Dr. once again and heard the same thing, the system will be updated next day.This time I visited Marijuana Dr. more than a month later from last visit, guess what, same issue. I called marijuana Dr. customer service asking to speak with a supervisor. I told him the whole story, he apologized and asked me to wait in the dispensary for 15 minutes that he would solve my problem once for all. Guess what, after 45 minutes waiting no one called me back and I decided to called customer service once again asking to speak with the same supervisor. They put me on hold and after about 8 minutes waiting, I decided to call customer service again asking for the same supervisor.They told me they could reach out to the supervisor and noting would be done now and I should try again next day.Conclusion: more than 50 days after my visit to the Dr. I cannot get what I paid for. It’s clear that Marijuana Dr. doesn’t give a damn about its patients. Looking forward to renewing my card with a different Dr. Avoid these people, all they want is your money.

Do not give these people access to your bank information do not give them your debit card they will hold the information for as long as they want to before submitting it to the bank months later causing overdraft fees and blame you USE ONLY CASH oh my mistake i will clarify not just this clinic ANY clinic affiliated with marijuana doctor .com it comes out your bank as tampa medical they are doing a card drop they will tell you its a glitch in there system its not im not the only person they did this to i have found others if youve payed for the 7 month plan up front then they might have done this to you also i find it shady i wont use them again just saying be careful with your bank info use cash and after writing this i have been getting harassing phone calls and emails from somebody calls himself the owner well owner bring it on

Luna & Laura, who manage the office on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach have helped me on several of my visits. Both of which are very nice and seem to have no issue going the extra step to make the Doctors office expierience more pleasurable. They assisted me with smiles and upbeat personalities which is rare when ones expecting a doctor or dentist office visit. They seem to have the office pretty organized and all patients in the office were be attended to. I manage a large property in Miami and from the hospitality industry aspect, these two young ladies are an asset to any major company. My doctor whos name I wont state at this moment truly has a pair of great colleagues in his office.

I was there 2 days ago I went cause there was not a doctor in my area in Doral and I read so many great reviews. It was all a very relaxing experience Cecliy and Alex were very helpful and informative. The doctor is wonderful went through my labs and explained to me the whole process and what would be better options for me. The whole experience took 30 minutes 15 with the front desk and about 15 with the doctor. They helped me register for the card and I immediately received a confirmation for payment and I should be receiving an acceptance email very soon. Dont think about it twice this is the #1 medical doctor 👍

I am aware of the challenging charges for a visit. But to have a conversation with someone named Anthony who just took my call. He was a bit rude and sarcastic. I booked an online appointment. And when I go to check it there is no appointment. Something is not right here. Your system and a bad apple. I had my updated appointment at the Aventura location. Never again. That location has temp Doctors. And being one of their first clients. This well aged doctor, Wich I could hardly hear, kept saying things about cream and pills. I couldnt get him to realize that I have been using the products for a few years now. The lady (receptionist) cacil I think is her name was awesome. She new what was going on. She said call her if I need anything changed. She said it would only take her a second to enter it to my chart. Well it wasnt until the end of the week before I went to dispensary. Thats when I found out that that dr. Offered me the things I can purchase anywhere, without spending ALL THAT MONEY... When I receive a call from them, and if this is straight. I will only go to the Aventura location
