Just a quick rundown, the front desk is unorganized and rude. dr. Horacio groisman is the worst doctor I’ve ever encountered. He complained so much about this country he should’ve just stayed wherever he’s from. Condescending type fellow and throwing false information on medical cannabis.

Today I had an appointment with Dr. Horacio Groisman, everything was excellent, he is very kind and his assistant Marian was too. Thank you very much to both, I highly recommend it.

Knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Groisman called me every single day to check on me. He guided me on what to do and did not rush me to the ER like the previous doctor I had seen.Virtual consultations were a plus.Highly recommend him!!!

I visited two other doctors and finally went to Dr. Groisman. He was very informed, caring , very professional and simply the best. From now on I will examine the google rating in different way. This doctor should be six star if there was a higher rating.

Dr Groisman is one of the few what I call “old school” doctors left. Very knowledgeable he always takes his time. The office however usually has very long wait, so it doesn’t matter what time you book leave yourself 30 min of wait time

If I could give zero stars that is what I would do! Worst experience ever! Office staff was rude and unhelpful. The doctor was rude and condescending. As a patient for over 20 years with Mount Sinai due to an auto immune disease I have never had a doctor speak to me and the manner in which Dr. Horatio Groisman spoke to me. I would never recommend this doctor I would never go back to this doctor and if you have an appointment reschedule with an actual doctor. He refused to listen to my complaints my symptoms and my issues. I have had ongoing ear trouble since I was a kid. When he asked why I was there I told him I had a double ear infection with a sinus infection and I still have not gotten better severe popping in my ears and constant ear pressure causing major headaches and me not being able to sleep at night. Car rides in closed in space is create such pressure in my ears that I really am losing it. He said my issues stem from TMJ and I need to see my dentist. Since when did ear infections and sinus infections come from TMJ. Asking for a friend. Is this really what we’re doing now in the healthcare department. He said well you didn’t go to medical school. And you’re not the doctor. You’re more than welcome to get a second opinion. So I said I’ll do just that and got up and left. Do not waste your time this guy sucks

I hate giving bad reviews but this is a must. 2.5 hour wait for 5 minutes. The staff was condescending, patronizing and rude. Doctor wasnt knowledgable. Recommended flonase. Seriously?

This dr. is condescending and rude. He doesnt care to listen to your concerns. Hes very unprofessional. I walked out with more questions than answers. The office staff is as pathetic as he is.

Dr. Groisman is a great doctor. He save my right ear hearing. I dont even understand how he has bad reviews

This Dr. Is very money driven, they always want to charge you more Be very careful when is time to pay, they dont check the insurance and tell you to pay more. Today I was told to pay $102. And in reality I only need it to pay $15.00 which is the 10% of the dr. Visit. Hes staff are very rude. Nadeska is very nice. The girl in the front yuneisy is very rude and nasty. people Should think twice before coming here. This office is Not a good option. Look for another ENT.

Such a bad experience que i needed a dr.. 100% no Professional..

Some years ago I saw him for simple issue: to clean the wax , he made 2 appointments to use up my HMO referral and when I have asked him some question , told get another referral from PCP
