The new store is amazing, completely renovated, ample, beautiful and large selection of lenses.I had a super thorough eye exam with Dr. Kriger, super happy with the technology available at the store to make sure my eyes are in good condition. Also the staff is the best, great customer service.After the exam, Elias was very helpful with my new lenses, I’ll recommend any customers to ask for him if you’re looking for new lenses!

I adore Dr. Rebecca Kriger! This is probably my first review ever and definitely long overdue. Who would have thought I’d enjoy these annual visits so much? Dr. K shares a plethora of information related to latest medical breakthroughs, eye products and resources. She answers ALL of my questions and takes her time with me on every single visit. She’s simply the best.

So the experience my girls and I had was AMAZING!!!! From Dr. Rosenthal doing our exams to Renaldo helping us pick out our glasses we literally felt loved. Renaldo was so patient and found the perfect glasses for my 8-year-old when she was torn on what she liked. He explained everything and I had no questions walking away. I’ve been coming to Lens Crafters in Aventura Mall for the past 15 years. I’ve always had a good experience with Dr. Rosenthal and his staff so much all my family members are seen at his office. I most recently worked with Janeth to fit my new glasses. She was so pleasant to speak with and took her time to explain what was and wasn’t covered through my insurance. I would recommend at any family member.

This is my third time coming here and all three experiences were wonderful, great appreciation to Bianca for her assistance. Always a great experience.

My lifes worst experience for glasses; I paid $ 1300 for two pairs that I requested identical to the one I already own. The glasses that I was given supposedly of correct quality have very bad lenses. They are unusable as they are, and the Aventura lenscrafter store asked me for an additional $ 1800 for the upgrade. This is not acceptable. I really dont recommend.

Great experience at LensCrafters in aventura mall . Staff was professional with a large selection of top tier brands to choose from. Eye exam was excellent. Ended up with both prescription frames and sunglasses.

I had a great experience with Dr. Charles Rosenthal he was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about what your needs! The staff members are committed to great service specially Jessy she was amazing super friendly and attentive,Awesome atmosphere, would definitely suggest their services to anyone.

So unless you want to be ignored and treated like the staff doesn’t have time for you don’t come to this store. They just want to sip on coffee and talk and sell you on over priced frames. I spent over 3500 on glasses here and when they broke after less than a month I came back only to be told the only person who’s able to put the screw back in is a technician and they don’t know when they’ll be able to get to it. Now I’m just going to Walgreens to fix my own glasses even though I paid for protection plan. This place is full of stuck up sales reps with no interest in helping anyone

I have been seeing them more than 8 years, they are extremely annoying people, don’t go there, they gave me a wrong prescription, I saw the doctor two times still they couldn’t figure it out the right prescription for weeks and when I ask my money back they pulled on me it has been more then 30 days thing.. It is sad I spent thousands of dollars at this place..

After being treated poorly at a different location i’m glad i made the drive to aventura. I was attended by Xiomara she was so sweet and she helped me choose a frame that i felt comfortable with. Ive been going to LCs for over 5 years. Its a great 1 stop shop for your eyes. And everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly.

My dad is in Florida and I am in California and my dads fillament on his semi rimless glasses broke. He didnt get his glasses there but they fixed them super quick. They were super helpful, kind, empathetic and quick even though they were super busy with limited staff. When I called about my concern of my dad being without his glasses they were professional and helpful! Thank you so very much!

----The professionalism of tne staff at Aventura Mall Store is excellent----, Also, the variety of frames.But, unfortunately, LensCrafters is very limited in terms of Optics. (?)For example, they are unable to go a head with my prescription.However, another smaller optician was able to fill my prescription. Furthermore, they do not have the courtesy to include a spectacles cleaning tissue when you make a purchase.Its a shame. I would not recommend them to anyone.A great disappointment !!!!

I normally would not review but I was on my way through Macy’s on the way out of the mall and stopped to look at Ray Ban eyeglass frames. I tried several different frames on and went to another section. A female associate came out of a back room and spoke in a loud, demeaning voice and tone “Don’t touch the glasses, we are closed.” I have to clean the glasses you touched”. She chased us off like we were loitering outside a convenient store. Nothing else was said by her. I understand due to Corona the position and protocols that need to be taken and did not know I could not touch the glasses. There is nothing posted from LensCrafters in any area not to touch the glasses. Due to the tone and rudeness she portrayed, I will never use LensCrafters. Put signs up LensCrafters and retrain your employees to be nice if you want sales in this hard time. Maybe she had a bad day or did not like her job. Idk but she was not a good reflection upon your company. 7-1-20
