I had a great experience at this location. I decided to come as soon as they opened since I figured my chances of getting checked-in and getting blood drawn (basic lab work) would be quicker.I did not have an appointment as my doctor just told me to show up. They use a check-in device on the left side of the front desk thats easy to use and understand. After 15 minutes, I was called. Jake was friendly and kind — made sure I was feeling ok. I truly appreciate this especially since I was not running on any breakfast due to my doctors requirement to fast prior to my appointment.If I were to point one thing out: the waiting rooms design is not a direct open space and its sometimes hard to hear if the front desk is calling your name if youre seated around the corner. Luckily for me, the person seated closest to the front desk repeated what the front desk called and I knew where to go.

This place is amazing! I have always dreaded getting my blood work done because my veins are small and hard to find. Dawn is especially amazing and super patient and always accurate and has gotten it on the first time! Highly recommend this lab!!

I was sent here after being told my daughter was too young at another location and was happy they recommended here. The phlebotomiest checked found a good vein and did what she needed it was great and my daughter didnt even cry! She high-fived and was waving at both phlebotomiest after.

When you can go to ANY type of medical facility and be in and out in just less than 15 minutes, that’s a win.I had my blood work done yesterday here and it was quick, easy, didn’t hurt at all. I can’t imagine what all of those people are complaining about.

The WORST billing experience I have ever had. They used the wrong codes, insurance rejected the claim & now they sent me to collections for their mistake and getting them on the phone again is a nightmare.

I get massive anxiety from blood draws but Viv was AMAZING. I felt almost nothing and she got 2 vials in about 5 seconds. Will be going back for her specifically.

Clean facility. Good service and nice tech took care of my bloodwork. She made me at ease during the procedure.

I had a 5 start experience! Its so nice to be treated well by people that are doing medical procedures on you. It puts your mind at ease. Kayla was spot on with her client services. She politely kept order in the line of people in a hurry and ready to get in. She checked me in and then she drew my blood and I never even felt it! She drew it changing out about 5 vials and I never had pain and didnt bruise. Every blood draw should go just like that!

I had the most painless experience ever in doing my lab work here. Eve was my phlebotomist and she did an awesome job, I didn’t feel any pain and she was the sweetest. I highly recommend this place. Staff is very welcoming and they are efficiently practicing social distancing.

KAYLA did an excellent job! I have very difficult veins and usually need to be stuck a few times. Kayla made it quick and painless! This is such a big deal for me because I dread getting bloodwork done due to my stubborn veins. She is a great employee who made me feel comfortable. I was out in five minutes.

I have never seen a CPL run the way this location was run. It was obvious they were short staffed and busy because they were running all over the place. I got in line and waited there was a while and one of the ladies said that the other lady would help me. Okay, no problem...I waited. Then the other lady called me up to the window, ask for my ID and insurance card and then asked me to have a seat. She never asked if I was fasting, which I was supposed to for my labs. But whatever, I sat there and watched people that came in AFTER me get seen BEFORE me. How does that make sense? So I go back up to the window and the lady asked if I was already helped. I said yes, the other girl took my name but Ive seen several people go in that came after me. She just said, Im sure she got you. So I sat back down and literally saw EVERYONE in the waiting room go in before me. The last other person waiting was someone who was taking a glucose test and didnt need to be seen until a certain time so she called her name but then realized she couldnt be seen yet. So she goes back in the office and starts asked the other girl about me. Of course I could hear everything and the girl tells her that Im in the system and Im just going to have to wait my turn. And then the other girl says that she just doesnt need people yelling at her or having attitude because it throws her game off. Well, if you had to wait for almost an hour to be seen, and EVERYONE else after you was seen before you...you would have an issue too! I finally was seen and the lady did a good job but DANG!! This has nothing to do with Covid or whatever....you see people in the order they came in usually. Never going back there!

The blood draw was almost painless. The technician was highlyefficient and professional.

When I tried to check in for my lab test Eve was extremely rude and chastising. I normally don’t write negative reviews but the management of the lab needs to look at their reviews and make an effort to do some team training in how to communicate with patients.

I called cpl in regards to pricing and to ask for directions due to there being two different locations around the same area. Eve was very unprofessional and very rude, when asking her questions she responded with attitude and hung up on me. I called once again as her co-worker Molly took the call once again I received the same attitude and rudeness. Once I asked to speak with a manager her attitude and tone completely change. I was told her manager was out for lunch. Horrible experience!!

I had a safe and amazing experience at the CPL across from AAOBGYN. In particular the manager Kim went above and beyond to help and be prompt and informative. Highly recommend this location of CPL.

Horribly horribly antiquated entity who never has my orders in the system when I show up at times that the doctors offices, different ones, have sent the orders into CPL correctly. Additionally they stretch legal boundaries by stonewalling any patient who wants to get their lab results from CPL by next day, when a CBC and a comp is usually available, that should legally be handed over as soon as theyre produced and should be immediately given to the patient if the patient asks for them. At best, they like to put you off by having you submit a request in writing and you get them eventually mailed out to you in 3 weeks which is completely unacceptable.

Stabbed both arms, zero draw. Searched for veins for what seemed like 10 minutes. Stabbed and hit something, now left arm is sore. Two staff members attempted.

Ive had a lot of blood work done at this lab during this pregnancy and have never had a bad experience. Wait times have been reasonable and the phlebotomists are great. In the past, Ive had experiences where Ive almost fainted when others havent been able to find veins, but Ive never had a problem like that here. I had a 3 hour glucose test here last week, and everyone was so kind and absolute pros.

For one reason or another, I end up at this lab at least 6 times a year. Sometimes there’s a long wait. Sometimes not much of a wait at all. The volume flows primarily with the appointment schedule of the VERY busy OB/Gyn practice directly across the hall from them. That being said, the staff always seems to do a good job of moving through the line. I’ve always gone for blood draws, and they’ve been quick and efficient and pretty much painless. They’re phlebotomy pros as far as my experience has been over the years.

Had to write a review because I was afraid to go here when my doctor told me to because of the bad reviews. My experience was great.Went on a Friday afternoon. I had to wait maybe 15-20 minutes total. The receptionist was fine, not rude. The person drawing my blood was super nice and made the experience pretty easy. No complaints. I can see how it would be more crowded in the mornings when people are trying to get fasted tested, but my experience was pretty positive.

Ive had blood work done here for years, and the office did need some changes. Now, they are on the first floor and totally remodeled much larger. Office employees and plebomnist were great.

I had the worst experience yesterday. Robin was the lady taking blood. She had the personality of a cold rock. I told her that I thing about needles.. she let out an annoyed sigh/puff and stuck me with the needle without considering my reservations. I have been going to this place for years for follow up blood work and she is the absolute worst employee I have encountered. Usually, they acknowledge your fear and tell you to stay still and talk you through it. NOPE- she just stabbed me totally disregarding me. Terrible bed side manners. If you hate your job- QUIT!

Impressive string of Consistently Disappointing Customer Service after checking in. 5+ times orders were “not received” or paperwork was missing. Watched every patient checked in after us get treated before us without being acknowledged. Once we went to the counter to get attention, miraculously things get done. Techs were fine but please get a lesson in patient management. Go anywhere but here. See anyone but these folk.

This facility does not have level of expertise. My wife has been there three times for blood work. Each time, it takes the nurse to poke the needle at least three times to be able to draw the blood!

CPL Labs has absolutely the worst technology systems Ive ever seen in healthcare. They wont let you look up outstanding bills per patient level, but you have to rely on receiving a paper bill for when you have an account number. Another issue occurred with the system being unable to verify my standing order from the doctor. I had to make several trips here for no reason. Would NOT recommend ever.

Person at front desk always seems like she is bothered by you even when she calls your name. I retired early from the Medical field (PA), and so far the technicians have been pretty good with their skills on blood draws, and quite friendly. Dont be in a hurry, there is always a bit of a wait.

I was hesitant coming here because of all the bad reviews, especially at 8:30am on a Friday morning while I was fasting, but I went anyway. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole experience! I checked in at 8:34 and was out the door in 15 minutes. My phlebotomist was AMAZING and chatted with me the entire time to take my mind off of the work. I hate having my blood drawn and I barely felt a thing. I appreciate her so much. The receptionist was kind and a different phlebotomist greeted the entire room with a “Good Morning!” when bringing her patient back. Perhaps my experience is an anomaly, but I will definitely come here again! THANK YOU CPL STAFF!!

I have had nothing but great experiences with this facility. While my doctor’s office staff seems to drop the ball sending orders and retrieving results, the staff has been most professional and helpful in expediting the tests and resending results. Today, the woman who helped apologized even though it’s not their fault, AND she called me “honey” and THAT, my friends, made my crappy Friday a little brighter!!!

I did not like the unfriendly mannerisms of the staff!!! At all, pretty tacky for waiting for doors to open at 7 a.m. next time, I will come with my full papers to not be offset by their supposed computer sign on slow ways. Just totally unfriendly. The woman that assisted me for drawing specimen was very gentle and quite an expert! Which is why I have to go back. I only wish she was friendly.

My visit today was in and out. Super quick and friendly receptionist and phlebotomist. Great!

Overall, not a great experience. The staff has a lukewarm personality with no desire to make you feel comfortable in the office. As for the blood draws, I was very disappointed. While my veins were difficult to spot, it took five different attempts, with two different technicians alternating between arms before ultimately leaving me with large purple bruises on both hands. Given a choice, I would choose an alternative lab provider and would not consider this CPL location.

This CPL is the worst. You will wait 45 minutes to an hour just for them to call you to the window for check in. You better hope all of your paperwork is in order and has already been sent to the lab, otherwise, after you waste an hour of your time sitting in the waiting room you could be told they cant take you. The woman that works at checking everyone in is rude and treats all the patients like they are beneath her. Do yourself a favor and go to a different lab.

Lets be fair. This is a walk in lab (no appt necessary). The staff has no way to know who or how many patients it will see on a given day, or what time will be their busiest. This means you might have to wait a few minutes to be seen. This also means they dont have to deal with patients running late for an appointment and holding up everyone else up.Yes there were 15 patients ahead of me when I arrived at 8:45 am but thats not their fault. So I had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen..... during that time I saw the staff working diligently to help those that showed up without copies of orders for their lab work to be completed. Not the labs fault patients didnt get/bring a copy with them, just in case. My draw was one stick and I was done.I give the staff an A+++ for being courteous and friendly to their patients and the one stick blood draw.

Worst lab. They send information wrongly to insurance company and because of that you will be inappropriately charged, and they dont even take the responsibility to correct the information. Very bad service.

I thought I would come to this location since it was closer. Wow this lab is far understaffed. Fasted for labs. It was so filled no where to sit. Came this morning and was told it would be an hour or more. Went next door to check something for 45min, she said sorry I just called your name. You will have to get in line again.... Seriously? Never coming back

Terrible front desk customer service.

I had to wait about 45 mins to get my blood drawn on Friday morning. Other than that, everything was great. Front desk lady was super nice and the Indian phlebotomist lady was very good too! I would visit again. Just remember to bring an iPod, book with you to bear the wait.

They have this tall young man that is so fast at blood draws.

This is probably the worst experience Ive ever had at a lab. The office is so ghetto looking and run down, not to mention whenever I go theres always a really long wait. Im never coming back unless I absolutely have to. Quest is far superior in terms of quality, no wait times, and the staff are much nicer than anyone at this CPL location. They all look miserable.

It is seriously impressive how slow and dangerously incompetent the staff is at this location. The one who does the draws keeps leaving saying she needs a break... No wonder it takes over an hour to get through 5 people!

Their billing system is a scam. Im poor and we lost our electricity and all our food because they threatened to send us into collection for a 192$ bill. They dont offer payment plans and told us to either pay in full or be sent to collections.

Avoided their location near UT due to bad reviews and came to this one. Was processed quickly. Blood drawing skills C- but overall an okay experience.

These folks are not competent. For weak patient, there is no common courtesy. Having to do urine sample and blood sample on different days? That never heard. Why we have to bring patient again for blood work when they already drawn blood previous week. I need to report to their management on these kind of people.
