We have not had a good experience with EPIC. I started my sons therapy before Covid19 situation. During covid we stopped home services for obvious reasons. However, once the regulations were relaxed by state, we started getting messages to restart even when we were not comfortable. It felt like they were more interested in their billing than the actual treatment. The billing is very unclear. We were communicated one thing and then later billed something else. Does not justify the therapy we received. Fortunately, We opted discharge. Never going back to them for sure.

The therapy providers are excellent!! However, the staff responsible for processing paperwork and billing apparently do not take the responsibilities of their jobs seriously. My sons therapy has been placed on hold at least three times in a six month period. Of course each time everything was blamed on the insurance....UPDATE!!! I want to thank upper management for reaching out to me to resolve the issue. I do appreciate the local management for also stepping in and working very diligently to move things along in the right direction.

Very unprofessional. Violations of HIPPA every other day. Office staff sharing other patient information with families of completely different patients. Horrible work environment. They gave raises throughout 6 years, and then decided they were going to take it all away and bump you back down to base pay. No incentive for working weekends or nights, you get paid the same as day shift nurses. Do not work here, they do not look out for you or your license. Too risky, apply somewhere else.
