It takes days of waiting and hours on the phone, on hold to get these quacks to do simple tasks...like refill a prescription.I get better service for my DOG at the VETS!

Dr. Welch is literally never there. I’ve had multiple appointments canceled because she doesn’t show up. Pawns off her responsibilities to the PA, who then has to text her/call her for advice. Apparently cannot read a chart to realize she’s prescribed me the medicine for a health condition, so when there was an issue she wanted the specialist to handle it ( which I’ve never seen and provided info I couldn’t get in for 2 months to see )I’ll give Erma 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ stars! The receptionist/ medical assistant. Who met me at the door, took my lab report, and noted everything I brought from the hospital visit. Because it takes months to get into that clinic I needed someone to advise me of how to safely increase my medication. Erma called the next day to advise me Dr. Welch wanted the endo to handle my medication increase I reminded Erma there was no specialist, I’d never seen one, she had the PA in the background texting Dr. Welch to remind her of such, then Erma called me ( not the doctor) and provided the dosage increases. She is the epitome of a medical professional! The doctor should take lessons!

I have just called this location as a new patient to set up an appointment and the receptionist that answered was very disgruntled and after giving my last name and informing him I was not a patient he dropped the F bomb. I do not know how this is acceptable at any doctors office especially one specializing in mental health. Incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable way to deal with individuals, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I’ve been very happy with my psychiatrist, but my primary care physician never had time to take care of all my medical issues. She’s very nice, but IMO she is overbooked. I waited 3 months for one appointment & she cancelled the day of. Waited 2+ months for next appointment but she didn’t have time to discuss several of my health issues, do a Pap smear or write orders for a mammogram. She wanted me back in 4 weeks, but her next opening is in May. (This is February.) 2 wks ago I called & left message that I needed antibiotics for a URI. They never called back. Yesterday I left a another message. No response. I called again at 3pm today & was told by staff that I would have to come in. Next appointment was in May. They would not send me a RX for antibiotics even though I’ve been a patient for 3 years. The person I spoke with was.VERY rude. After I hung up I found myself a new doctor outside the CC system. I’m done.

I highly recommend this clinic I have been coming here almost all my life. The doctors and staff are very nice. 🙂 Thank you for all your help

I need help. I’m trying to contact the therapist who has never called me. I called the clinic several times and the assistant who was there put me into a phone number that put me in hold for an hour. Please help!!! I had an appointment at July 29, 2020 at 9:00 am and nobody has called me!! Please answer the phone!!!

Doctors are fantastic, the facility clean, but wait times are very long. Also god help you if you need to actually call and get any sort of information. You are always routed to the main community care number and then you wait there. The name of the game is waiting with them.

No one answers phone.... on hold for 20 minutes still in eternal hold....

Once you can finally get an appointment (it took me 6 months) the staff there is very nice. I always do have to wait too long to be seen and especially for lab work. The worst thing is you cannot contact the clinic for any reason. You have to call their service which often takes more than 10 minutes on hold (I have held more than 30 minutes) to actually talk to a human. They then take your message and hopefully (but definitely not always) the staff at Oak Hill returns your call. Prescription refills are a joke. I went through a horrible withdrawal from an antidepressant because communication with these clinic was almost non-existent. I do like the staff at the clinic but communication has to be greatly improved.

It shoud be a half a star, they dont respect your time my appointment was@3 been here for an hour and a half very upset this always happen hate comming here....

Eviten el lugar!!! Pésima atención y discriminacion. Por lo regular no tienen citas disponibles cuando se necesitan, cuando llamas te dejan mucho tiempo en espera con una grabación. El trato de los médicos es excelente una vez que asistes a consulta pero lo demás sobre todo una recepcionista de lentes déspota sangrona y poco accesible y comprensible.
