I’ve been seeing Dr. Ditto since May 2021. I called because I could not get rid of the pain in my neck/back. By chance, they happened to have an appointment within one hour after I called. Thank you God for getting me in to see Dr. Ditto! His staff is wonderful and after being assessed, turns out I had a pinched nerve due to my spine starting to crumble. Initially went to Salus on a friend’s recommendation. 6 years and still going. Dr. Ditto knows his business and not only solved my chronic neck and shoulder problems for which I originally sought him out, but has twice gotten quickly back going after acute injuries to my lower back. He started out as my Chiropractor and has become a true friend. His staff is always excellent, professional and wonderful at interacting with patients. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Drs. Ditto and Ashley are PHENOMENAL!!! I was very hesitant to use chiropractor services, but my husband talked me in to giving it a try. Dr. Ashley was very patient and supportive. She answered all of my questions and took the adjustments slowly, at my pace. I couldnt believe the progress I made over the next few months with my neck and back. I stuck to the exercises and adjustments and hadnt felt this good in 15 years! I could actually see the improvement on my x-rays! I have been going to Salus Chiropractic for several years now, and I always have a pleasant experience. They have adjusted me through two different pregnancies during my time with them, and Dr. Ashley always listens to my concerns and has always been receptive to my needs. They are very family-focused and even adjusted my son during his first year of life!

Ive been receiving chiropractic care for 20 years. I recently moved to Cedar Park and was looking for a new chiropractor. Im very fortunate to have found Salus. Even though I had been getting weekly adjustments prior to moving, I had been experiencing a lot of pain and muscle spasms for over a month. It was difficult to sleep through the night or get in/out of bed without intense pain and spasming. After my first adjustment from Dr Ditto, I was able to sleep (hard) through the night and got in and out of bed without having any muscle spasms. He listened to my concerns and explanations of past problems and successes and adjusted his approach accordingly.Even more impressive, is that Dr Ashley is the first doctor Ive had who suggested I might be suffering from ankylosing spondalytis. I got MRIs to confirm it and am now getting further care from a rheumatologist. Without Dr Ashleys careful attention to detail and concern for my health, Salus would have been like every other chiropractor who just saw me for regular adjustments. Im so grateful for the extra attention and erudite approach.

I have been seeing Dr. Ashley since about mid-pregnancy after my tailbone/glute pain got so consistent that I couldnt take it anymore. I had never been to the chiropractor before, so I was scared of the unknown, thinking it would hurt. It was so much more gentle than I could have expected, she talked me through everything she did before she did it, and made me feel 10000% comfortable through the process. I have seen her consistently since then (now 38 weeks) and I havent had that pain since. If youre pregnant, please go see Dr. Ashley - shes a mama too and she gets it. You dont have to be uncomfortable - you can enjoy your pregnancy because constant pain and discomfort is NOT normal.In addition, every time you walk in the door, you feel welcome. The front desk ladies are so kind, they remember you, and even with masks you know theyre smiling because the whole environment simply feels warm. Every single person Ive come into contact with at every appointment has been kind and warm and I have never once felt like I was just another customer.I cannot recommend Salus Chiropractic enough!

I feel an obligation to write a review for Salus on my 14 months of care starting 4/2019 by Dr Ditto. I started care for mild neck pain on one side and pain on the top of my shoulder. Even with his experience, he continued extremely high velocity adjustments on my neck and atlas bone, and I thought I was a hard adjustment, so unfortunately I continued care. What was really happening was severe ligament damage to several important ligaments in my neck. What I ended up with after 14 months was severe 24/7 head(occipital) and neck pain, increased shoulder pain, and facial pain when I left his care. This was later discovered an MRI, along with Chiari malformation which was new, after leaving Salus and finding upper cervical Chiro care that would figure out what was going with me. I have always been a Chiropractic care advocate and knew Dr Ditto meant well. I am writing this review to tell people that you should never have to be cracked so hard that you feel like you head could be snapped off and karate chopped at your atlas bone to get your neck in place. Even with getting worse during his care, he never asked for help, reevaluated the situation, or wondered why I was getting worse. He continued to bill insurance for maintenance care as I came more often at times and paid thousands out of pocket. I am now having to spend tens of thousands of dollars to get regenerative therapy to regrow my torn 2/3rd torn ligaments. I am forever changed and just had to warn others that you dont have to get the large cracks to get an outcome and if you are being cracked in a way that feels over and beyond what your gut tells you should be happening. Leave this practice if that is happening... I should have sooner. I wouldnt want this to happen to anyone else in any Chiropractic office.

I LOVE this office! Dr. Ashley, Desiree, and the rest of the team are so great. I walk in and they welcome me by NAME, they remember conversations we have had, and are always so kind and happy. It doesnt feel like what you would get at a chain. I had a bad experience at another office for severe back pain and was nervous to start chiropractic therapy, but they completely changed that. I always leave the office feeling better when I leave both physically and mentally. HIGHLY reccomend!!!

I’ve been to many chiropractors in my life and Dr. Ditto is by far the best. He’s kind, informative and, most importantly, great at his craft. The treatments are helpful but their business practices are terrible. On my last appointment I made sure to notify Salus that I had a family emergency and had to travel to Phoenix. I said do not schedule me for any appointments and I would reschedule when I returned. I have received non-stop calls and emails confirming appointments which I do not have. Looking back prior to when I first came in should have been a red flag. Their tactics are worse than used car sales companies!! Salus provided a wholesome solution to my problem. I saw other Chiros before with a come-and-go fashion. I was not explained well the root of my problem nor was guided with proper exercises. So, my pain never really went away. Now, my sciatica is managed, though not completely went away, but much much better. So I highly recommend Salus Chiropractic.

Its like being with family! I have been pleased with the treatments given (no knee in the back … at least that I have observed!!!). Its such a very Bad experience with the front desk. Long wait and didnt honor my time. My Schedule were not maintained properly on their system, happen to return back twice. Every time the Front desk person were little rude with me and they keep on saying its my mistake and never agreed for their mistake not having my appointment updated with wrong time. i understand their mistake due to busy or some other reason. But i shouldnt be handled like a stupid man, on top of that my times is completely wasted twice almost 4 hrs back and forth. Decided to dispute.

So, I’ve been to the chiropractor before for an issue but I never knew if it helped or if the issue just resolved on its own...I didn’t feel any different when I would leave. Prior to coming to Salus, I was always extremely skeptical of chiropractors. As a last resort for back pain and discomfort, I took the advice of several coworkers and made an appointment to see Dr. Ditto @ Salus.Youre quickly evaluated and an x-ray is taken to help illustrate any issue(s). Dr. Ditto will then walk through the information with you and clearly explain what is happening and (more importantly) why its happening.Personally, I had some major issues when I started. I had pain and deadening in my arm for months. Then the tingling began in my neck and shoulder. My family doctor didnt even know what to do. Then I visited Salus Chiropractic. At a university health fair, I learned that my neck wasnt curved properly. Id had pain in my shoulder for a long time, but thought it was simply from stress. Like a lot of people these days, I became prone to frequent neck & back pain which I attribute to being in front of the computer too much. Dr. Ditto recommended a course of treatment specially created for my needs which he determined by studying x-rays of my neck & spine. After completing the prescribed course of treatment, I feel so, so much better. I have better range of motion, I havent had any debilitating back spasms and overall, I just feel my body moves like its supposed to. I now try to go in once a month to maintain this great feeling or more often if I feel the need. Dr. Ditto has also adjusted my 10 year old son who has indicated pain in his neck occasionally. Really I think chiropractics is essential in this day & age of so much time spent in front of computers, video games, smart phones & tablets. Dr. Ditto and his staff are great to work with... I believe they all truly care about their patients.

This is the best chiropractor I’ve ever been too. I’ve used to suffer from severe low back pain and migraines 3 to 5 times a week! After my treatment with Salus my migraines have reduced to a couple times a month and my low back pain is gone. I highly recommend paying them a visit!

First, I would like to say Dr. Ditto & Dr. Ashley are AMAZING!! The office is ran smoothly with their great staff and I am able to get in & out all during my lunch break being able to return to work feeling refreshed.I have had back pain for years! I had thought it was something normal that happens with age. I was also scared of chiropractors because of a traumatizing experience when I was 6 and my aunts boyfriend (who was a chiropractor) thought it was a good idea to pop a young girls neck without any warning! After having my daughter, the back pain got worse and then the daily headaches or extreme migraines soon followed. After having a two day migraine that keep me out of work and having to have someone else care for my daughter, I knew I had to do something!!I took a long shot and called Salus Chiropractic. After x-rays I learned just how out of line my spine and hips were! Explains why there was a consistent pain that I had just learned to deal with for so many years. The doctors set up a plan to get everything back in its proper place and they even worked out a payment plan with me for the amount my insurance didnt cover.I have been going to see Dr. Ditto or Dr. Ashley for the last month, and I can say I have never felt better!! I tell anyone who will listen how great it has been to not hurt anytime I move and to wake up with more energy!! The best news, I have not had any migraines in the last 3 weeks and only have had a few headaches.So if you are in pain, but havent considered seeing a chiropractor out of fear or thinking it doesnt really help, I suggest you give Salus Chiropractic a call!! During my first pregnancy, I had serious problems with my hips that led to me being on crutches from 26 weeks and essentially bedridden by the end of the pregnancy. I am pregnant again, older (40), and a friend recommended Dr. Ashley to me because the pain started kicking in earlier this time around. I am so happy that I made the call to Salus Chiropractic. Adjustments with Dr. Ashley have improved the quality of my life incredibly, and Im still averaging about 10,000 steps daily, which is phenomenal compared to my previous pregnancy. Most of all, I dont end every day in pain, crying. I tell everyone I know who is thinking of getting pregnant to go get adjusted!! Bonus - everyone at the office is super friendly and understanding.
