Sam Sneed (and the entire team at Next Level) is phenomenal. I had an anterior cervical discetomy & fusion several years ago. Not only did Dr. Sneed treat me and rehab me post surgery, he has provided therapeutic care to keep me pain free and at the same activity level ever since. The staff is warm & welcoming. Their trainer, Ryan Varner is also terrific & very knowledgeable in strength and conditioning. HIGHLY recommended.

The doctors here provide a variety of services but one of them is they perform detailed and excellent evaluations for individuals whove suffered physical injuries and both work with them and provide helpful recommendations on ways to recover, increase durability and flexibility. Their fees are very reasonable, they treat people respectfully over the phone and in person, and are extremely accommodating in regards to scheduling a client for a visit.

My name is Daniel Velazquez & I was involved in a horrible motor cycle accident in 2012 went head first through the truck rear windshield @ 60 mph of the suv that cut me off. Long story short Doctor Samuel Sneed is the only Doctor whos been able to put his hands on me & make the pain go away & make me feel better. Hes Awesome & has Great partners.

These guys know what theyre doing! Ive worn down my rotator cuffs from Crossfit and NextLevel came highly recommended. From what Ive experienced, its for good reason. They did some soft tissue work to help the healing process and then some good training to develop the stability needed to prevent these injuries in the future.

These guys are extremely knowledgeable about body movements and what is necessary to both recover from injury and prevent further issues.

I love this place! I went to Next Level because I had a lot of pain on the left side of my body, neck, shoulders, hip, everything hurt. Dr. Steven fix me up in no time. I was a little hesitant about the dry needling, but it is absolutely amazing. You can feel the results fast! The whole staff is super nice and the vibe is relaxing and welcoming.
