Steve is one of the kindest body mechanics I have worked with. When I first started seeing him, he took the time to get to know me and understand exactly what I was experiencing. My first experience with a Chiropractor was in 2018 after a motor vehicle accident. The place I attended gave me a form to complete with no evaluation and no consideration about my car accident. The Doctor quickly gave me an adjustment and sent me on my way without explaining anything to me about what he was doing. I later felt in more pain than before and I did not go back to care.Years later I started feeling lower back pain and having flare ups that were getting worse. I was also taking ibuprofen daily and laying down in bed hurting after a long day. I decided that it was time to get care again.Dr. Minors is completely different from my first experience with Chiropractic care. He took the time for a thorough orthopedic and neurological examination. He also learned about my background in motor vehicle accidents, work habits, slips or falls, and any complaints that I was having. He took necessary X-rays to ensure that he would give me the proper care that I needed. After my first visit he explained what a subluxation is and showed me how many I had specific to my spine.I learned how much the spinal column and nervous system connect and how they contribute to the way my body is feeling. I am feeling so much better and I have not had any ibuprofen since the start of my care or had any flare ups in my lower back. I also do not feel the need to lay down at the end of the day due to pain. I highly recommend Dr. Minors for quality care! After taking my son to Dr. Minors for lower back pain, we discovered that he is not on our insurance plan. Instead of just letting us go and find another doctor, he met with us several times to make sure that we had a thorough understanding of what was going on with my son. He reviewed the X-rays with us on our second visit. He believed that an MRI would provide us with important additional information, so he ordered it for us. He met with us again to go over the MRI results and provided us with even more information about the issues my son was having. He then referred me to a Chiropractor who was on my insurance plan and who he thought would be a good match for my son. This new doctor was able to call Dr. Minors and review my sons case with him before our first appointment. Simply out Dr. Minors is the best. He actually cares, uses the techniques that are needed to get the job done and has the knowledge and experience to help with it all from getting you back on your feet and feeling confident about your bodies movement to guiding you through the complications of workers comp. I had experienced lower back pain after simply reaching to pick something up off the floor. As a daily swimmer and regular golfer I was scared because I had never experienced this type of lasting back pain before. After performing x-rays and leg measurements Dr. Minors accurately diagnosed the problem and clearly described a treatment program. After a course of twice weekly treatments I was quickly pain free. After coming to Dr. Minors’ treatment sessions at ChiroFX, I barely have any pain in my back at all even during workouts! I dont write a bunch of reviews, but this was warranted as I just finished rehab with Dr. Minors. I was barely able to walk and move my head, in severe pain, close to needing back surgery for compressed/herniated discs, pinched nerves. I had been to my primary care doctor, taken the various pain meds (none of which helped), started physical therapy, but was given no clear path by the various people who had every chance to point me in the right direction. Why they did not, I am not sure. I went to Dr. Minors and he laid out a clear, intelligent plan. He also included all alternatives that did NOT include him as well, so I could make a clear, informed choice. After seeing my X-rays and MRI, he said there is no quick fix pill that I (nor anyone else) can give to to take care of this, but we can lay out a plan that will if you stick with it. I am glad I did.I was on the verge of back surgery and recovery, then more surgery later. 3 months later, I am functional again. I was skeptical, but willing to stick with the rehab plan. In my head, I made it like recovering from a sports injury: trust the process, and know that every step along the way Dr. Minors was keeping track, even when it felt like slugging it out for weeks on end.Another note: Dr. Minors is very personable, intelligent, and clear when he describes treatment. He even takes his own time to make wellness night for patients, thats how much he cares. The assistance at the front desk has always been stellar as well. In this day and age of doctors for profit, it is nice to know that wellness and helping your recovery and reach your goal is his goal as well. Dr. Minors has been an integral part of my health and physical management for years. I lead an active lifestyle and have a physically demanding job. He is a trusted practitioner and advisor on so many health issues and has become the person I turn to first at the onset of an injury. He is honest and thinks out of the box to find solutions. For instance, a couple years back I was training for a trail 30 run. I developed intense pain in my left knee every time I trained. I made the mistake of going first to an ortho doc who ordered an MRI and determined that I had a bruised femur condyle. The orthos recommendation was to stay off my feet for as long as possible (a year he suggested). I have an active job and cannot do that. He then asked me not to get another opinion and to come back if the pain continued, for a shot. I went straight to Dr Minors. He assessed the injury and plotted a course of action (a bit unorthodox course that worked!). Within a couple weeks I was pain free and have remained that way every since (the knee anyway). He has worked on my ankle, feet and back as well. Most importantly, Dr. Minors is an honest and well connected facilitator of physical health. If a referral is needed, he knows who to send you to and he keeps up with your progress. If you are active and, like me, are getting older and find the mornings are a bit more sore these days, visit with Dr. Minors. Dr. Minors and staff are fantastic! Dr. Minors takes time to get to know you and fully understand your overall pain and mobility issues. I can’t recommend chiro fx enough.

Dr. Minors has treated me for various physical ailments, most self inflicted, since 2003 with fantastic results. He was instrumental in getting me to use chiropractic care as part of my regular self care.

My sons have both had extensive hip reconstruction surgery. Dr. Minors has been a very significant factor in their recovery and increase mobility. His treatment has made all the difference.In addition, both boys had orthotics prior to their surgeries. However, his fitting of orthotics post-surgery were a substantial improvement. Not only are they waterproof, they were less expensive. If anything, I don’t believe he charges enough for his services.

I was recommended to see Dr Minors after a severe Hematomas/trauma/bruising to my legs. I hadnt seen any improvement a week after the incident and could barely walk or stand comfortably for more than 30 minutes so I knew I had to trust someone. He approached my treatment with honestly and RAPID results. He assured me the ER couldnt have done anything (dodged a $$$ bullet there) but put me in an aircast. Even my antibiotics that a doctor initially prescribed me were useless. He knew exactly what our plan was after giving my leg the once-over and promised me I would be able to go on my European getaway in two-weeks time. What a sigh of relief! His right-hand lady, Estefania, was fabulous also and the two of them together got me in just about every day for a week and sure enough, I am sitting on the plane about to enjoy a Euro trip just like he promised me! His scientific approach was spot-on and I felt a difference in my walking less than two appointments later. Dr. Minors knows his stuff. Hes straight to the point and takes his time to assess your injury, you as a person and your needs. I will be recommending him to anyone who has a similar injury in which medications arent a solution. His programs are top-notch and results-driven.

Awesome! Dr. Minors provides specific treatment to your ailment. This facility is much more than your average chiropractor clinic. He provides many more types of therapy than just your standard spinal adjustments.

I have been going to chiropractors for around 7 years, desperately trying to avoid a 2nd back surgery. Im 36. Ive seen a few other good chiros in town, but this is the first time Ive been impressed enough to go write a review. I was referred to Dr. Steve Minor of RehabFX in Sept 2012 by a friend of mine who is a successful and talented doctor. I was coming off a major flare up with my lower back that I later discovered was 2 severely herniated disc. I have now been under the care of Dr. Minor since that incident and Im convinced hes the best in town for multiple reasons:1) He is talented. Even if you throw out his intellect and knowledge (not just cracking your back, but serious science/medical knowledge), he is extremely good with adjustments. Neck, back, joints, wrists... All of it.2) Its the most robust practice Ive ever been to. The amount of different services he can offer depending on your specific problem is dizzying. Adjustments, spinal decompression for your back, spinal decompression for your neck, psychical therapy equipment, little devices that attach all over you and then to the computer so they can do range of motion studies. EVERYTHING. I found myself wondering why I would go to another doctor that had less.3) The practice is not run based off the pack them in and get them out philosophy. If anything, he will keep you there longer than you intended because he really wants to take the time to determine the causes of the problem and help fix them. I get the feeling that nothing would make him happier than if one day I said doc, you fixed me so I never need to come back. His employees are great as well and make it feel much more like Im visiting friends rather than going to a doctors office.I could go on and on.
