This place is overpriced. Most of the products they carry can be bought directly from the vender so why bother. The store brand they carry is inferior product. The return policy at this place is a joke. No customer loyalty at all. No points or any type of reward programs. I’ve spent at least $500 at this place, and they were totally against returning a small item for me. What is that about? Should have a sign by the register that says “all sales are final” so customers can see what type of business they run. I will never purchase another item from this place. Do not waist your time with this place.

First time there at Brodie, there was a new guy who was nice & trying to be helpful & a woman who was an expert who really helped. we liked their products. today 9/24 /21 5:15 pm there was a clueless, drab, uninterested, must-be-new girl who got what we asked for from the shelf but didnt know the answer to any question, & another girl who just ignored her & us. perhaps time to try the competition.

Just called Sunset Valley location to get info about the North Austin store, since I couldnt get through. The rep called the N.Austin persons cell phone to ask about stick of a product for me. Such a small gesture but I have such a HUGE appreciation for it. Quality customer service is hard to come by these days.

Very disappointed in this shop. Bought a Vape product, it malfunctions and they won’t replace it. They say “There’s nothing we can do”. Yes you can, replace it. You should at least stand behind the product you are selling. Not good karma!!

I was there to shop around and gain more information on CBD products. Joshua Hollers was more than helpful in this endeavor. From gummies to creams, he was able to help me navigate the vast number of CBD products. He was even able to help me narrow down what would be beat for my body type! I was truly amazed at his knowledge of the different products, and what would beat fit my lifestyle! I was also very impressed on how the store was so clean and tidy. Definitely going back to this store in the future and looking forward to speaking with Josh more about CBD.

Do not buy Delta 8 from here!!! They sell carts for $60 when other places sell the exact products for $30 within a 2 mile radius. It’s ridiculous

Came in take a look around and Samantha was so welcoming. She gave in depth info on the products I was inquiring about including what to expect with what I selected. The prices are better than other places I’ve been to. I am very happy with my purchase’s.

Wildly overpriced. Can get the same flowers (even delta 8!) for literally HALF of the price, all over town. These other flowers are also the highest quality and Organic

Numerous red flags made themselves apparent upon my first trip to this shop. I was thrilled that a CBD shop opened in the area. Upon walking in I noticed how pretty the store looked.Talking to the salesperson, I got the impression the industry was new for him. Not a great sign. He claimed that broad spectrum CBD oils aren’t ever mixed with MCT, but full spectrum are. ❌ WRONG. I told him I prefer the taste of MCT and the results of broad. He told me the broad they carry is mixed with hemp oil. I went ahead and spent $$ thinking that it might be worth giving it a shot. Before purchase he mentioned they source their product from Kentucky (I think). I asked if they’re considering changing since growing hemp in the state of Texas was legalized last year (6/10/19). He said no and that it’s been legal in Texas for two years ❌ WRONG AGAIN. I walked away thinking no more of it.I tried the broad spectrum oil I bought and it tasted rancid; it was gross. I took it back a few days later and told him it wasn’t something I liked, that it was off, and that I wanted my money back. He looked offended, said many people like the flavor, and it couldn’t possibly be off. He also said they don’t refund or exchange if a product has been open. He didn’t relent until another customer walked in and could listen to the current situation. Since his boss wasn’t around, he’d exchange the product as long as I came back as a continued customer. I agreed and left. The broad spectrum oil tasted better, but it’s pretty ineffective for me (perhaps due to the mg, but I doubt it).The last and biggest strike against this brand/company is the QR code on the CBD bottle. The QR codes on CBD products are meant to provide information on product testing, and the farm and harvest the product came from for transparency. Green Herbal Care’s QR code doesn’t take you to the Certificate of Authenticity, but to a website promoting their brand. Very shady. ❌Life’s too short to give these misinformed middlemen our money for products that can improve the quality of our lives. They make the industry a sham. Question your purveyors!(Added one star because I like the honey they sell, obviously not their brand).Owner’s clarifications within this review thread would be most effective and would demonstrate the transparency expected from industry participants.
