I got a full body massage from a young black woman and she didnt even do my feet. The irony of have foot massage in the title of your job and not massage the feet when you choose the full body massage. If I go back i will ask for the asian lady to do it... I wish people cared about customer service like they used to.

This is my first ever negative review. But this is not a massage it’s a rub skills level is extremely low but it has nice looking inside clean good music and lighting environment is a plus massage needs lots of improvement sorry to say

I originally wanted like a 30-minute maybe an 1hr chair massage but they only had 20 minutes. I explained I was having neck and shoulder pain mostly. I asked if there was a longer duration that I can pay for. She suggested that I get the 30-minute body and 30 minutes foot massage. I agree because I went to one of the place and they were booked and I was in pain so I figured some relief is better than none. Well the 30-minute body massage was just a bunch of up and down emotions ..she was not trying to find any kind of knots or release any kind of tension. Then she moved on the legs and massage my legs and thigh area. Then I was told to get dressed and well complete the foot massage. I was giving a foot detox and then like a 2-minute massage.. one one minute for each foot and was told I was done. I wasted $50 for absolutely garbage service. I would not recommend this place to anyone this is the worst massage... if you want to call it that I have ever had. Take your coins somewhere else.

My wife has been going to this location for the past 2 years and the last visit was her worst experience, her therapist named Liz had rough hands which caused scratches, her message was 2 hrs and pressure was to intense even when asked to ease the pressure. Therapist appeared to be on the cell phone when massaging with one hand. Technique was horrible, will not return.

Mona was amazing. Went in hurting. Left feeling relaxed with alot less pain. Highly recommend letting this young lady help you

I absolutely love Mia! I have excruciating plantar fasciitis and shoulder blade discomfort and everytime I have come here I am never disappointed because she massages the pain away temporarily. Overall the staff is always friendly and goes above to satisfy the customers need. Whenever I do come, I always either do the 30 min body and 30 min foot massage. Every now and then I will do a foot detox. I’ve brought my mother and boyfriend here and they love it! Overall my experience everytime I leave has always been very relaxing and rejuvenating.

I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will say that it could have just been the person who did my massage (she never told me her name) but I doubt she was licensed to practice massage therapy. I’ve had plenty of deep tissue massages because of a back injury I have and this was the absolute worst massage ever. All she did the entire time was dig her elbows into me and rubbed her forearm across my back (this I know can be used in addition too) but not once did she use her hands (except to rub some oil on me) to apply any strokes to my back, steady pressure to my back, no attempt to locate any tension or knots... there was no technique whatsoever to what she did. I waited for it to get better and it never got better. Then it was over!The only positive was I was able to get an appointment on Christmas Eve about 15 minutes after I called. Just go around to Massage Envy ...you may have better luck for the same price!Not worth the one star but you have to put something...

Horrible! Ive been here before and the first time was just okay. This time was the worst massage I have ever had. I was very reluctant to pay but I got a service, good or bad, and I paid for it.If you dont like or know how to do your job then find another job. The person who massaged me, sat the entire time, worked on exactly four parts of my body. And basically all she did was rub oil on me and then wipe it back off.Ill never go here again and this will be the last time I go to a Chinese or Asian run massage.She didnt touch my neck, feet (its called Mama FOOT massage), didnt massage my arms or both sides of my body in any way..... Im so mad i had to give my money to place who is clearly taking advantage of people.

Worst unprofessional job to work And the services are even worse the owner Mia has unlicensed workers there and paying under the table she also fired and employee do too her having to care for my child and not being able to be at work in the mornings but can work in the evenings so because i couldn’t work in the mornings i was fired

I’m not sure what happen to my review earlier I took my daughter for a couple massage Friday it was terrible my daughter said the person did her she could not feel it the lady did me rubbed my back most of the time like she was straight wrinkles out of a sheet i don’t believe they are certified to do massages based on the experience we had it needless to say it was a $120 gone down the drain 😡

Just came today for a couples massage. Even though we were early we were shown to a room right away. Very relaxing yet invigorating massage- my therapist did not ask me if there were any areas of focus, however, after the first initial glides across my back, he had identified my problem areas and immediately got to work! When it was over, we were advised at the front desk how to sign up for their rewards program and thanked for our time. We will definitely be back!

Very friendly and can be a great massage. But, sometimes there are distractions: therapist has to answer phone or coordinate rooms. I understand its a small business, but the 60 minutes should not be interrupted. And remind people coming in to be quiet. But, I enjoy the massages and will come back

Mia has an fantastic technique with her massage. She has really helped me decrease my chronic low back pain from my past military service. She is polite and very well trained with massage. I will definitely be back. Awesome therapist!

I am very picky about my foot massage and decided to try Mamas.All safety procedures were taken and I was glad to see that.There were 3 women there and I got Sarah and could not believe what an awesome foot massage it was.Pricing is very reasonable and I just melted how relaxing it was.I would recommend Mamas to anyone and if you have to make a little drive to get there, I would make it because it is worth it!!!

Worst ever. Too much oil then took all oil off with a lukewarm towel. THEN used hot stones which were hot but didn’t glide. Said it was 60 mins but it was 50. Charged me for 60, I paid reluctantly the 60 in cash and I was asked for a tip. I told them it was the worst I’d ever had. Asked multiple times for harder pressure and didnt get it. And the towel was cold, did I mention that?! Awful

Today was my first time visiting Mama Foot Massage and I will definitely be back! One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had in my life! The people were kind, polite and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I recommend this place to everyone!

First time I went, very good massage. 2nd time, I dont even think the lady was a therapist, I think they ran out of people and the receptionist gave me a massage. I like a medium touch, she was giving me deep tissue even though I kept telling her too hard. She also kept answering the phone and going to check the door. At one point this guy called and sounded frustrated that she wasnt available, she soon after said she was done. She discounted me $10 for a experience where I felt more stressed and sore leaving than coming.Omg, just happened to read another review right below mine, SAME SITUATION. But instead of making it right, this establishment made it like they were doing them a favor by doing it rougher than they wanted and also accused them of not making it clear to there therapist. I for sure made it clear and how do you explain the constant going to to door and answering the phone.

I first went to Mama massage about 2 months ago for a foot massage. I told my husband how much I enjoyed Mias foot massage. My husband surprised me and brought me back in July for my birthday. We had a couples full body massage. Mia was AMAZING!!!!! I immediately booked a 60 min body massage for the following week for my husband. My husband also LOVED his massage with Mia so much that he added an extra 30 mins while he was still on the table. I returned today for a 90 min massage with Mia. Once again, I had a wonderful experience and my body feels renewed everytime I leave her. I had been having sciatic nerve pain, tightness and pain in my left shoulder blade. I asked Mia to focus massage in these areas and I have no longer been having pain in these area after 2 90 massages with Mia. I have so much energy after the massage and feel rejuvenated the rest of the day. My husband and I look forward to returning on a regular basis. THANKS MIA!!!!!!!!!!!

I was not impressed the least bit! There was no soothing music and the massage was sup-standard. The lack of technique and lack of massage skill tells me that I will not be back... I have no knowledge of the foot massage so try it out lol If u like the mild touch then this is the place for u...

Second time at this place and no regrets. This time incorporated stretching, which I found out I’m quite stiff! Need more water and to stretch more. Lol.. Overall, I will definitely be back, great service, great massage by my masseuse, Sandra!

Mia was my therapist and was excellent. Plus she was super nice and friendly. I plan on coming back soon. Hot towels and hot stones was an added plus. Prices very reasonable.

Came here hoping to relax and get rid of some pain in my shoulders and upper back. The massage therapist repeatdly massaged the bone. I would say it hurt and shed continue to massage the bone. She would massage way too fast to the point it felt like rug burn, didnt even touch my feet. But the most annoying part was when she took 2 phone calls while massage me. Absolute worst massage Ive ever had. If there was an option to put zero stars, I would. Save you money, go elsewhere.
