I went as a walk in and was able to be seen within an hour. Everyone was very nice, listened to my concerns, and the care was top-notch! Even though I was still in pain when I left, I felt better and appreciated the care and professional demeanor of everyone. The facility is clean and well-kept.

The place is never crowded and I never have to wait long. The whole staff is very pleasant, they are genuinely concerned about your health issues. After seeing the doctor, I was really glad I visited the center. I will come back.

I appreciate the fact of the reason why I went and you guys felt that it was urgent enough for me to go to the emergency room. Not just play it off meant a lot to me and still do thank you so much even though I end up staying in the hospital. 😄

The only thing I would improve would ensure that the medications are into the pharmacy. I would suggest a QA process in place to ensure that the medication is called in properly. I had to call back up to the side and have them call the medication in again. Overall the Doctor/PA was fabulous and knew right off the back what was wrong with me. The staff was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and I would definitely come back if I have an need to. :-)

The wait was 15 minutes from the time we checked in and was seen. We did not have an appointment and was seen pretty quickly. The staff,PA and Nurse practitioner were kind, professional and attentive to my granddaughter s needs. I would go here again if the need were urgent. Thank you, she is better.

The staff was great. Just open office on time. The lady in front was on time. She came in at 7:20 am but, for some reason she couldn’t get in with her key. So a male and another female came and they entered the building. By this time it’s 8:00. I asked the male are they going to open and he said they are waiting for the doctor. And she finally come and it was then 8:15.

I took my elderly father who was feeling poorly. The Medical assistant was very nice and very attentive to our needs. He listened to our concerns and answered questions. The Nurse Practitioner was very thorough and helpful. She took her time with my father and we didn’t feel rushed. I felt like my father was in good hands. Thank you Emory Peachtree Clinic staff.

I went to Piedmont urgent care at 7 am initially and of course to no fault of their own, they had reduce staff working that morning. I put my name on the list to be seen at 10 (they open at 8 and there was 8 people ahead of me) and proceed back home to wait. but as I was driving home I noticed Emory’s Urgent Care. Went into a short wait, nice staff, awesome service, knowledgeable professionals and I’m glad I had this option.

The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the person treating my son. I understand right now everything is slammed, but they went above and beyond to assist us, and I am super grateful for it.

Update: The office manager reached out to me directly to not only apologize for my experience but to actually help me with my simple request. Truly appreciate when people are just decent.Not sure what is going on with this location lately but the service has taken a decline. They cant handle simple requests. I called today after never receiving the requested callback only to be placed on hold for an hour and then transferred. I only needed a referral phone number.

I arrived at 3:41 pm on 8/1/2021, and I was told that the wait would be 2 hours. I decided to wait in the car for comfort. I went back in at about 4:20/4:30 to inquire if I would have enough time to run and get something to eat. The gentleman behind the desk informed me that he was going to start inputting my information into the computer l and the wait wouldn’t be that much longer, stating I shouldn’t leave. It is now 6:17 pm, and I am still waiting to be called inside. I understand that wait times at Immediate care facilities can be lengthy. However, it would be nice to be given a realistic wait time (especially after you checked in for clarity).

I loved the experience I had at Peachtree. The doctor was amazing. I have a complex and severe medical condition going on right now and she spent a good period of time listening and determining the best course of action. She was very reassuring and made sure the medication she prescribed was safe with any possible medication interactions. I will definitely be back for immediate needs.

I hadn’t made an appointment but took a chance anyway knowing my office would not allow me in the office without having a Covid test. The wait wasn’t long and I got to see a physician too.. double peace of mind! A great facility!

Always a pleasure at Peachtree Immediate Care Austell!My family has been here multiple times and the staff is always AMAZING!Ive never gone without an appointment so Im not sure about wait times without one. The longest Ive had to wait was about 25 mins with an appointment. Id highly recommend.

PCR for Travelers/ There is not walking in PCR testing. They are asking to get a medical order from a Physician to take the test. Keep in mind that youre gonna get the results bet 2-3 business days.Update: This in response to the owner. We are just posting what happened to us. I can understand what is in your policy. Unfortunately, facts were different when we walked in and we were told clearly: There is NOT walk in, you have to schedule a regular appointment or get a referral from a Physician.

I was able to walk in and get a COVID test within 1 hour. That’s awesome considering my next available appointment was two days away.

The staff was amazing the treatment was effective and the front desk kept me informed on the time.

Everyone was calm, caring and welcoming. At each step, the attendant explained what was going to happen. The attendant who conducted the nasal swab was gentle. The attendant who presented the results was very knowledgeable and thorough in her communication with me. The whole staff was very professional and I was very pleased with my experience.

In and out very fast. The nurse who gave me my results was outstanding she gave me good advice on stomach virus I was having took her time and explained everything to me. She was great because I was not able to an appointment with my Dr. 5 stars for this young lady taking the time to talk to me and help me!! Thank you so much ! I am very Thankful for her help.

I visited Peachtree Urgent Care yesterday for a Covid test because I was having symptoms of a cold. I just wanted to be sure I did not have Covid. They not only did my Covid test but without me asking, they sent the doctor in to check my breathing and be sure I didnt have pneumonia. The doctor gave me advice on how to care for my cold and asked what medication I was taking. I was very pleased with my visit. My Covid test was negative. My visit including wait time was Excellent!

I came here on a Saturday morning and I was pleasantly surprised that I was the only patient there. I was in and out quickly and the PA-C I saw was very kind, listened to my concerns, took the time to examine me, and came up with a solution. This will now be my go to urgent care clinic.

Came here just for a Covid test, but actually saw an MD who discussed my results (negative), and looked at my other symptoms. I would definitely come back. Office waiting room and exam rooms were clean and warm. Doctor and nurse were great and listened to my health issues.

The nurse n doctor that took care of my baby was good b had great bedside manner. The receiptionist was nice as well.

The Austell location is great. Friendly, caring personel. Wait time minimal. Very clean lobby, bathroom and clinical area. Ill definitely use this location in the future.

I went for a PCR Covid Test! The process was very easy and quick. They swabbed our throat on Wednesday and we had our results Thursday morning. We travel Friday. I will always use them. They took our insurance, so no out of pocket cost.

Greeted when we walked in. Friendly and attentive. I know this is not required but get Stubbies for water. It doesn’t have to be the regular bottles. Some people get dry mouth while waiting and due to the Covid and coughing, no one wants to cough out loud any more. So having small bottles of water would be very ideal!

I’ve had to get multiple CV tests as a requirement for work. Peachtree makes it so easy! Pick an appointment, upload your documents, then show up & get swabbed. It’s that easy. They’re typically very quick through the entire process. Even though they’re working outside on unpleasant days, The staff is always polite & professional. I really appreciate everything that they’re doing.*Heads up verify that the location accepts your particular insurance prior to visiting.

Went for a rapid covid test. Nurses were efficient and amicable. My results were explained and all questions answered to my content. They even congratulated me on being negative. Will be getting all tests here. Was on and out in less than an hour.

I think that the staff here was very warm and kind. I was impressed by how patient they were and how they took the time to ask questions without making me feel rushed. They made me feel like a person and not a patient even though it was a late appointment. I am truly grateful for that. The nurse was calm with the procedure and helped me to calm down. The nurse gave me my results without rushing me away and still checked to make sure I had no symptoms. That made me feel like they were trying their best to keep me and my community safe from this virus. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Thank you so much!

I came here two days in a row. The first day was for me and the second was for my 11 year old daughter. The staff is very friendly and professional. My daughter was afraid but they made her feel very comfortable while doing the test. The young man that did her test explained to her what he was going to do before he did it. Easy to schedule and appointment also. Test results were given within 30 minutes. Great place to do Covid testing.

I couldnt believe how organized a drive through testing site could be, but it was and everything was so well put together. It was amazing to see everyone working together. It started with the online registration which weas effortlessly. I couldnt believe how quickly I got an appointment.The drive-thru testing site was just as easy where information was verified, testing and temperatures were measured then we were told to park in a numbered spot while we await test results. It was a great experience and the nose swab was not too bad.I would say this...youll want to take a snack or a meal because that hour wait for results would seem longer than it is if youre hungry.They should have had excellent as a score because they deserved it.

The procedure is carefully planned out to make it clear to the patient and to allow staff to work efficiently. Although it was quickly done, the caring, friendly staff did not make me feel rushed or pushed through in any way. I was extremely pleased and I appreciate all who worked to make this task the best that it could be. I hope the vaccine program will be as proficient as this one.

This location has easy registration and many available slots. You can get both a rapid test and PCR here and the wait is fairly minimal. Everyone has been nice so far.

Ive been here for about 3 hours and the young man at the front desk seems clueless. Hes losing peoples paperwork and cant give me an approximate time of when Ill be seen. Im NEVER using this facility again and feel as if I shouldve taken my chances in the E.R.

I started feeling unwell on Monday. I went to the Austell office on Tuesday after work sent me home. The facility was extremely clean and everyone was super thorough and made sure I was alright. I appreciate them doing several tests to make sure I didn’t have covid or anything else going on. I appreciate the diligence to X-rays confirming pneumonia and prescribed meds and rest. I did a Televisit as a follow up with Peachtree as well on Friday when i was feeling worse. I appreciate the time of the staff contacting me a following up making sure I was improving. I completely recommend seeing them if you are not feeling well. It’s hard to get into my PCM and it’s nice to be seen when you are not well.

The people were very efficient and friendly. We had a very good experience. They were polite and professional, and we were able to get tested and go about our day quickly.

Very nice staff. I went twice for rapid covid testing. Drive thru, quick and easy. My roommate wound up testing positive. 2 days later, they send a text asking if she would like a virtual doctors appointment. She hit yes and immediately spoke with the doctor. Very very pleasant and thorough and offered a follow up with Emory (BTW....I LOVE Emory). I love the flow of things and how they use electronic and personal communication. Thumbs up from me!UPDATE 7/11/21I went back on yesterday as I was exposed. Drive thru is no longer a thing. You now have to go in the office which was fine. My only issue was the front desk clerk. She was abrupt. Had to joke with her to calm her down. Otherwise, all else went smooth.

By far the BEST experience I’ve had since this pandemic hit, now over a year ago. Not only were These health employees pleasant, they were patient knowledgeable and kind. Even with lines wrapped around the building, just like every other facility I have had to visit.

Had a smooth experience. In and out in about an hour and some. The longest part was waiting for the result but that wasn’t a big deal. Better than waiting 3-5 days like before. The attendants were friendly and informative.

The drive through moved pretty fast. The only thing I’d bare in mind is that the testing is fast; however the wait for results can take up to an hour. PLEASE DON’T eat or drink a whole lot before going. Because you have to stay in your spot. You can’t leave. Aside from that, you’ll be fine.

I arrived early, pulled in line... waited very few minutes and a very pleasant young man came to my window, asking a few questions, and I moved to the test center. Again, found a competent, pleasant young woman who directed me thru the straps. When finished, I was assigned a numbered parking spot and waited for my results. A third pleasant young woman walked to me door with the good news. I left impressed and grateful for the level of care and courtesy shown me. Total time, under an hour! I did not overuse the word pleasant, as you are anxious taking such a step to insure your family is safe...

My appointment was for a follow up Covid test so I could return to work. Since it didnt take any longer than the initial test, I was happy. The nurse/PIC representatives were caring, considerate and knowledgable - even though it was cold and raining! I have visited the Hiram PIC location several times over the years and have always departed satisfied. On a side note, the hour it took to get test results was spent listening to the car radio. When I was ready to leave, stress on the electronics prevented the car from starting. A wonderful lady patient gladly provided a battery jump and I was on my way. Did I mention it was cold AND raining?

The staff were friendly, polite, and caring. There was a long line for testing, but I got there 20 minutes early as I had been instructed. After getting swabbed you wait in a numbered spot for results, they warned it would be a bit of a wait. The doctor came out to explain things and ask a few additional questions. You must wait for the results of the rapid testing, some people seemed annoyed they couldnt leave but the instructions when you make the appointment were pretty clear. It took an hour total from when I got there 20 min early to getting my results and I went at a busy time. Plan accordingly and please dont take your frustrations out on our over-stressed healthcare workers!

Went for a rapid Covid test with my husband. Online registration was easy. The day of they had three people working the line, one gathering information, another doing the swab test and the last one taking temp and oxygen levels. We waited around 30-45 minutes for the results, in total I think we were there for about two hours. Not bad since they had a steady line that was wrapped around the building.

I was seen immediately, and was given test results within 25 minutes. The tech and nurse were very courteous and helpful.

This was absolutely painless! We scheduled our appointments online, and made a plan to be there the 20 minutes in advance, as required, and we had three test to be administered. Trying to schedule all three appointments online, ended up giving us three different testing times (35 minutes between the fist and last test) but they administered all three test at the same time, while we sat in the vehicle, and we continued to sit comfortably in our vehicle after being directed to a designated parking space. It was maybe 20 minutes later that ALL THREE test results were delivered to our vehicle by the PCS, who took the time to answer every question we had, and how we should proceed going forward to keep ourselves safe( everyone in my household has been extremely vigilant during the dark horrible seasons of this pandemic, but the nurse provided us with even more practices that would assist us in keeping this virus at bay!) They have a process in place that WORKS, and were extremely thankful for the great customer service we received. Please take the time to get tested. YOU and YOUR family are so worth the time it takes to be certain that youre not infected, and if you are then you can get the help you need to battle this thing right. Stay safe family!

Went and got tested for COVID after having dinner with someone who tested positive. Made appointments for myself, my husband and our two year old. Appointments available 2 days later during lunch time or late afternoon. We went with lunch time. Drive thru parking lot to “check in” where we did paperwork and a lady came and did the nasal swabs for all 3 of us (she was great with my two year old too! Made it a game of tickle your nose so no tears). They ordered us to park in a specific spot and within 30 mins someone came out to tell us our results. Never left the car. Super easy, convenient and fast. Would recommend!

I have come here twice for testing. Both times in and out within 30 minutes. It was super cold and the staff were swift , yet very courteous.

Everyone with the Peachtree Immediate Care were friendly and very professional.We have to use patience in these trying times, and even though it may take a while to finally get through on a drive through test site, it is certainly worth the time.I am impressed with the volume they are able to wirk with and complete testing.We appreciated the way they work and commit themselves to getting everyone through when the days are long and weather can be tough!

This facility is extremely slow. I’ve been in the car line from the street since 2:30pm, it’s now 6:27pm and I’m STILL WAITING!!! I did the test 40 minutes ago, but I’m currently STILL waiting for the results. Apparently, you get your test results the same day at this facility, but I’ve been sitting here over 4 hours. Had I known this, I would have did a testing site that sent my results with 72 hours. I did not plan to spend my day here! I’m extremely frustrated. I’m by myself in my own vehicle, I can’t leave to use the restroom or anything. This facility should have had signs telling you an approximate wait time. There is a rotating staff of 4 women under the tent. I’m not sure if this is a short staff day or what. I would not suggest this as your testing site.

My experience was very good. The systems put in place was excellent. The personnel were very patient, explained the process and executed the test quickly. I only wished that somewhere in the registration process I could have been informed of the cost of the test prior to getting there since I was without insurance.Overall, I really appreciate the efforts and professionalism of all I came into contact with. I was super nervous because this was my first time getting any kind of Covid test. I was told that this sight was not bad and they were very gentle. I was nervous for no reason. They swabbed my nose and I got my test results back within 30min.

My test was comfortable and painless. I felt like it was very efficient.

It was easy to make an appointment. When I pulled up at my appointment time I was immediately greeted and asked questions. The nurse came out and took my test. I waited almost an hour though to get my results.

Maybe we went on a good day (11/27), it was only about an hour from waiting in car line to getting results; and there were 3 of us being tested. Aside from my daughter getting a positive test, it was a good experience. The staff was very helpful and considerate, very nice. I agree tho, it might get frustrating having to wait a long time for results. Unfortunately this virus doesnt care how many people need to be tested, nor how inconvenienced we are, nor does it care about our feelings ~ sigh. Thank you P.I.C.
