Nice and quick! I was skeptical because I hadnt scheduled an appointment ahead of time, but I checked in at the kiosk and was seen within minutes! The process was very efficient and most of everything was digitized. Masks required! Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Great visit! Waiting room was clean and open with adequate spacing between seating. 2 automatic check-in kiosks checked me in quickly just by scanning my license. Team explained all the estimated charges before any tests were done, so I could know based on my coverage what to expect. They were able to see me even before my appointment. I was in and out from check-in to walking to my car in less than 10 mins. Very professional and friendly staff, will go back for any future lab work.

The lady answering the phones should be fired. I got hung up on for calling to see if they take walk-ins. Called back twice and they hung up without even saying anything. Now the 4th time I get sent directly to voicemail. I just had a simple question. Called a different location and immediately got sent to voicemail. smh.

SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE MARIETTA LOCATION! Ugh. Wish I would’ve just came here first. Appointment availability is a lot more open, way cleaner waiting room, incredibly friendly front desk receptionist, and the phlebotomist was quick, accurate, and friendly. I had to drive an additional 10 miles to get here and I’d do it all over again. Way better experience all around!

If I can leave 0 stars I would! I had to take a drug screen test for a job I’m starting in two days. I stood at the front desk waiting for 15 minutes with my kids. The lady FINALLY helped me and asked me to check in at the kiosk which I had no idea because I’ve never been there. She had an attitude and told me children weren’t allowed. I explained to her I drove and long way and I tried calling numerous times to see if I can bring my kids but they never answered. She said “patients only” in a rude way. Even other patients said she was rude. I guess she hates her job.

I had my concerns about the location considering the reviews and even when I got there, the atmosphere seemed pretty intense. Keenan Jones (location X71018) checked us in. When he couldnt locate our orders from the doctor, he was very patient while I went back and forth outside to contact the office. Keenan was our technician as well. Its always hard to draw blood from my 92 year old grandmother however, he was very professional and compassionate in dealing with her. As soon as the needle penetrated, the blood came out without a glitch. Keenans positive attitude and excellent customer service made the visit a wonderful experience.

The office is sweltering. How they can maintain sample integrity is anyones guess. The automated system calls you in and you still wait 30+ minutes to be seen. A lady in lobby had a 2:45p appointment, she still hadnt been seen at 4:30p. DO NOT USE this location

This location is horrible! They close at 4:30pm, I walked in at exactly 4:00pm for an employment drug screen and was told by the lady with the blonde cut that the systems shutdown at 4:00pm (she was very rude and she was obviously lying). This isnt my first encounter, the first time I showed up it was lunch time, she basically closed the building with me still inside and didnt say if I would be helped or anything (she turned off the TVs, wiped down the chairs, Turned off the lights). Im looking like, does she know I am still in here?!?! During all of this she doesnt even acknowledge me. Customer service is very poor in this location. They act like they do not want their jobs in this PANDEMIC, because I know a few people who do.

This location is horrible. I was told by the lady at the front desk (glasses, blonde hair, dark skinned) to call my doctor and get a list of codes for every lab that was listed on my order sheet. I had a scheduled appointment and I drove 30+ to come to this location. I ended up going to another LabCorp location where I was provided excellent customer service without codes. I was also informed by the other LabCorp location that they insert all codes, so the lady at this office was giving me a hard time, I hope that she has a better day.

Rude staff (black lady with short hair cut). Appts serve no purpose because you still wait at least 30 mins. Workers seem like they hate their jobs & the customers then have to deal with attitudes/snobby behavior

Check in was smooth on a machine, or you can check in by phone but the staff doesn’t know how to instruct you to do so. I was in and out in no time. The only complaint is that THE WATER WAS BROWN! When I was asked to wash my hands the water came out with a brown noticeable tent. When I inquired about it the rep said “we just had work done, that may be why” which I think is crazy sense this is a health facility.

Just be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait..... Well past your appointment time. They have mobile check in but when you get the text to come in, they make you check in again and then sit in a packed lobby. Going to LabCorp is liking doing taxes, it sux, you have to do it.... Just prepare for it!

I was super nervous making an appointment after reading all the reviews, but I gave it a shot anyway and was pleasantly pleased! I made an appointment for 9am online (super easy process), arrived on time, did the express check in (awesome!), and after sitting there for 15 mins was called back. The staff was super friendly, the facility was clean. They drew my blood, and sent me on my way. Quick and easy! I would suggest making your appointment for close to when they open because there are likely less people then in the afternoon.

Went to do a labwork, that was scheduled on their website. Checked in on their system and waited on the car. When there was already 30 minutes of waiting on my car and not receiving any text to come in (because covid, etc) I went in, and saw a sign saying they were closed due to power outage. No message, no email, no call, no nothing to report that, before I had the trouble to go all the way over there. Terrible waste of time, at least I didnt had to be fasting for this one.

Customer service is HORRIBLE !!!!!!!! I called to retrieve specimen results. The facility could not assist. They gave me another number to call, but that number did not assist me either. Moving forward, i will NEVER send another employee to this site EVER !!!!!!!!

Took over an hour for a drug test everyone else that arrived after me was assisted and still kept me waiting!

This location is the best Labcorp office I’ve ever been to. Their office is super clean and up to date, coffee & water available, easy sign in, etc. Their staff is fun, kind and efficient. I’ve been there for my own appointment and with my son, who has sensory processing disorder. They were very kind, patient and helpful with him. I’m not sure why this location has such bad reviews but I have personally never had anything but a good experience here!

The woman working as a lab tech was very rude. I was on a very important call when she called my name and when I went back she said, “If you’re gonna be on the phone, you have to go back outside.” So I did and ended the call in 2 seconds. They called 2 other people before me and now I’m just waiting. How about next time you inform me that I would lose my spot if I continued my conversation. When I did go back, the tech was so rude, short with her words, and so impersonal. Thank God I don’t treat my patients this way! She needs to be retrained on how to interact with patients. There was a nice receptionist behind the desk though.

Its a lot faster and the new facility much better than in 2015. Neat and clean waiting area, online scheduling available so that you can move faster, staffed adequately at least on the non-peak day of the week (I visited on Thursday)...Without an appointment, it may still take 2 hours for routine labwork. So make sure you take appointment visiting their website.What I heard there is Mondays are typically busiest. Water and coffee available in the waiting area.

I was unaware that there was a kiosk for checking in. And after waiting at the front counter for about five minutes, I knocked on the counter to try to get someones attention to let them know we needed help. We were rudely asked why we were banging and then we were told about the kiosk. And for the rest of our visit it was rude glares and shortness.

The site supervisor told me that kids are not allowed in the back but that is not what the sign states. It states they are not allowed in the restroom. I brought in my stroller so that I could strap them in and take the test. Why cant they sit right outside the bathroom door for a test that takes seconds. I do not understand. The lady at the front was not understanding or accommodating at all. I am a single mom and work from home. My daughter is ALWAYS with me. I will not leave her with a stranger as she suggested. So I assume your company does not accommodate single moms. I will go with another lab from here on out. Worst experience ever!

I was a walk in, and the staff was very friendly. I came to get lab work, and Im a hard stick, which means that my veins are small and they move. The staff was Great.

Had to do a drug screen for my employer after accepting my job. Terrible service. Really slow despite scheduling an appointment. Unfriendly staff. Had to wait an hour after my appointment.

I didnt experience the service that the other reviewers have described. Arrived at my appointment time - one gentleman was ahead of me. Quick check-in by Beatrice (who was my phlebotomist). Waited all of 5 minutes in the lobby while Beatrice checked in the other patients. My blood was drawn and I was finished - less than 2 minutes in the chair.

I am not sure what other reviewers are talking about. I had a great experience here as a walk-in for pre-employment drug testing. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was in and out within 30 mins which is pretty good for not having an appointment.

I went for a pre employment drugscreen. Kiosk check in was easy. I was checked in, drugscreen performed, and gone in less than 20mins. The Black lady, with the Brown afro was really nice.

These are the most lazy and unprofessional people I have ever seen in Georgia,just plain lazy,rude and unprofessional people.They are nasty and dont know how to talk to people.They schedule you a slot for blood drawn at 12:00 knowing lunch starts for them at 12:30 and when they are lazy and cant commit to their schedule they get very nasty and rude and be rushing to lunch Well if they take the time to organize instead of being lazy and talking on the job maybe they can get some work done. They need a training course on how to treat patients.This place needs to close until they are well trained.

What’s the point of having an appointment if you’re still going to have to wait nearly an hour to be seen. The staff was nice enough, but they were incredibly understaffed and one girl told me the reason I️ had to wait was because the other girl was “doing something.” Stay away from this location go somewhere else if you can. There’s only speed at this location, and it’s freaking slow!

Sadly i cant give less stars, the lady working at the lab lost her phone/ she forgot where she put it... and she thought i had it! And besides that she touch me where she doesn’t supposed to looking for her phone. There is a big lack of professionalism in there. If you can go somewhere else do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Hold your breath when you walk in, it stinks, its nasty. They close at 4:30pm, and they mean it strictly!! We got there at 4:33pm, 3 minutes late and the lady behind the desk said were closed, and they wouldnt take us. They not gonna do any more bit work than they have to!!!!! Dont use this location. I felt like I caught germs just walking in there.

I see why the ratings are so low. I showed up for a drug screening and was informed children were not allowed. The lady at the front desk said there was a sign indicating this.I didnt see a sign. When she came out to the waiting room, she couldnt find it either and just repeated herself, children arent allowed. So, now Ill have to wait until next week. What a joke.

They close at 4:30pm and i literally walked in at 4:00pm and was told i would have to come back monday for drug screen. At this point, make a sign or place on the website this info because i cannot get back my time that was wasted . smh

All I can say is that I have been here twice now and the people that work here have made it very pleasant and fast...

This was the worst place to go. I have been waiting for an hour. And I am still waiting.And their is only one person working 13 people waiting.The whole idea of these lab places are to get in and out quickly.They need more staff. I would never come back to this place again.

There really needs to be an option for 0 stars. Incredibly slow and RUDE staff. I politely went to ask about the wait time and was yelled back about being rude to people waiting before I could even talk. I was not the first or last person to be yelled by this lady.

This facility smells old and is all I could think about. No air circulation makes it worse. I made an appointment to sit and hear them tell a woman “you don’t have to have an appointment”. My appointment time had passed by 15min but the walk in was already seen.🤢 I’ll find another location and deal with a further drive.

This location is Always running behind! Even if you have an appointment it means nothing because you will wait regardless!! They seem to only staff 2 people at a time! If time is a factor for you please try another location. The ladies do the best they can but, Labcorp needs to hire a receptionist! The phlebotomist shouldnt have to be a receptionist/phlebotomist at the same time!

Not only do they not answer their phone for questions prior to coming in. Both myself and my lawyer tried calling with questions. As directed I made an appointment to come in, nowhere online or in the confirmations does it say to request a test. Priscilla at the reception is agressive and hostile when speaking with people, and seems unable to tell you what paperwork is missing without acting unpleasant and bringing in other staff to continue the verbal abuse. Labcorps website is lacking in complete information, combined with staff that are highly unpleasant, I will not be returning to this location. I would rather drive an additional 20+ minutes in the future rather than waste more than an hour of my life again with these rude women who make an exception for a man named Theo in high pitched squeals despite turning people away repeatedly for not having appointments.

They deserve ZERO STARS! I was sent here by my allergist to get some blood work done. There lunch hours are 12:30 to 1:30 and I arrived at 11a. I signed in and waited to be checked in. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk. I stood there while they let the phone ring and missed 3 calls. I could hear them talking and laughing in the back instead of checking on patients. The service is unacceptable. Needless to say I left without gettingy bloodwork done. I also called once I got home and received no answer. I will not be returning!

What i’d Like to know is why on the website does it say “walk ins welcome” yet I show up for routine lab work and she proceeds to say it’s appointment only. Where does it say that on your website? I asked when this changed and she tells me it’s always been that way. I said no it hasn’t because I was here 3 months ago for the same blood work and I walked right in. No appointment. If you’re going to be solely appointment only, have it on your location.

This has got to be the slowest Labcorp I have ever been to. I arrived at 8:25 it is now 9:25 and I yet to be seen to complete my drug test. The older lady with the gray hair at the window is slower than Christmas. I gave her my paperwork soon as I got here. There were 6 other people called back before me. I hope I never have to come back here....unprofessional and slow!

This is very slow. Took them an hour. Waited on many people before me. Worse than slow they are rude and seem to be angry. Levore finally called me back. Did an okay draw. Lab Corp you need to send these two for training.

Closed due to Power Outage note on the door but no communications to people with appointments from the company!? I drove 30 minutes to get here...just to have to drive another 30 minutes to another location to be put on a walk-in waiting list waiting which I’ve been waiting for over an hour with 15 people ahead of me.

I really dont right reviews but this place is unacceptable. The workers are very ghetto and unprofessional. I have been in customer service over 10 years and if i presented myself at my job the way they do I would be fired the same day. Im almost scared to get blood drawn here. Unacceptable!

DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible service, and slow is an understatement. Whether you book an appointment or not you are seen in the order you sign in. I ended up walking out after waiting and then realizing it would take another hour for me to be seen at the current rate! I did not even tell the receptionist I was leaving, as she was gone most of the time.

This is the absolute worse labcorp ever! The employees talk over you, tell you that youre not listening if you make a mistake and write something incorrectly, and are just rude. To whomever manages this location please meet with your employees and address what common courtesy and customer service is. I will not return here again. Terrible.

Although I had an appointment (for which I was on time), I still waited 59 minutes to urinate in a cup and sign 3 forms.

They really need some help! Waiting for 2 hours just to get blood drawn is ridiculous! My elderly mother was waiting 2 hours to get blood drawn after fasting all morning.

Even when I made an appointment, they were unprepared for my testing, I actually had to leave and go somewhere else. So much for my morning!

Got there at 9:45 and still waiting at 10:55. Call all other appointments before there time. If you are going to run this business ,then staff it the way it should be.Why set a schedule for someone ,and then call people and random. I am very displeased with this LabCorp.

Its LabCorp... what do people expect! There are a lot of rude customers sitting here that egg on the over-worked staff (over-worked in the sense that this place is loaded).
