Everyone was very friendly and pleasant! You can tell they enjoy working there which made it a positive environment! They opened before the time listed which was great because I got there early. Everything was easy and smooth! Spent less than I expected! Great experience will definitely be back!

Had the procedure for dry eye and what a difference. I was skeptical when Dr. Anderson brought it up, but it was worth every penny. Hadnt been able to read or work on computer for months, already half way through new book.

I went in to get a routine eye exam and glasses. Doctor tried to sell me on a $5000 (was quoted $2500 per eye) procedure for my eyes that isnt covered with insurance because I have dry eyes? Then went on to say I couldnt wear contacts anymore without it. When I refused (duh) his attitude got worse. I got my glasses & contacts at the end, I told them I couldnt see multiple times before I left the store and he kept telling me my eyes would adjust and to call them in a week.. I work in graphic design and have been wearing glasses for over 20 years- I know when I can see and I cant really afford to not see for a whole week... called him and told them I still couldnt see at the end of the week and they were rude about me wanting to switch them out. Finally went back and they corrected them (made them stronger) and the doctor told me I MUST have been lying on my eye exam test?... yeah ok.Only giving 2 starts because the front desk/receptionist guy was wonderful and patient while I was picking out frames. But the doctor has a bad attitude, doesnt listen, and has a bit of an ego.

Scheduled my appointment online. Came to my appointment at the scheduled time and they said that the appointment didn’t come through because they were having problems with their online software. Come back another day. I told them not a problem, came back on another day, got my eye exam, ordered glasses. I came to pick up my glasses at 5pm. The store closes at 5:30, says so online and on their door! But the store was closed. This place is SUPER unprofessional, don’t waste your time.Update: I went back the next day to pick up my glasses. The frames didn’t fit. Guy said the temple was too long. I’m sorry what?! Shouldn’t this be something worth knowing before I purchased the glasses. He said I could either pick another frame or he could give me my money back. I asked about insurance and he said, “I do claim reversals all the time”, which is frightening in itself actually, but whatever. You know what, if you have an insurance company that will only accept a few eye places. Look at the reviews and make sure you get a good outcome. For example if you must go to this place, make sure you call to make your appointment, make sure you call before going to pick up glasses or appointment as they seem to have a lot of “family emergencies” which renders the place close when they should be open. And also make sure that they measure the frames you’re getting so that they fit your face when you receive them. This place is as unprofessional as they come so be prepared.

Needed a repair. Optical Gallery staff were friendly, helpful and fast. I felt the price they charged was unfair------to them! It was so much lower than I expected I almost felt I should insist on a higher payment (but I didnt).

Glasses arrived today! Only took 3 business days! My experience has been wonderful. Highly recommended No huff or gruff. Straight forward. In and out. And best of all. Honest. Thank you!

I called and asked about repairing my glasses, asked if they were busy. I went into the store and immediately received assistance. My glasses were repaired and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Great Doctor with great care and knowledge. I was very pleased with my whole experience. I have had Kaiser Ophthalmology care for years and I could never figure out why my eye glasses were hard to get used to. Come to find out my script had been too strong for my vision needs. Glad I found this doctor thanks to my wifes new coverage.

First experience at an eye doctor in 10 years. The doctor was pleasant and informative. Got my first ever pair of glasses, they let me take my time to find a style that was right for me and covered by my insurance. They also helped me re-order when I lost my 2 week old glasses on a road trip. I will refer anyone here!

Chose this location because my insurance changed and my optometrist of over 30yrs went out of network. I called in to order contacts, that part went smoothly. My schedule is very busy and Saturdays are normally the only day I can get there, I arrived 10 minutes prior to their scheduled closing time and they were already closed. I called and left a message, no one returned my call. Went in today for my contacts, explained what happened, there was no acknowledgement or apology for closing early or not returning my call. I wasnt offered a starter box of solution or even a bag for my contacts. Very obvious there was no concern for me as a new client or maintaining my business.

My wife stopped by on a Sat. morning to pick up her new glasses and they didnt fitcorrectly. The younger guy behind the counter laid that glass on the display caseas told her they were fine and there was nothing he could do. I had my wife show mewhy they didnt fit correctly, and notice the frame needed to be bent slightly in orderfor them to fit. I took my pliers, bent the ear piece. In less the 3 minutes I fixed herglasses. Poor customer service, and we will not be back.

Got my daughters glasses and the frame cracked while he was adjusting them and then after the new frame was ordered someone else came and picked up her frame and they are saying that it was us when it wasnt. Unnecessary hassle, do not go here.
