How are you going to have an employee only bathroom and deny use of the restroom to an 8 year old kid shopping in your store? For a store catering to low income and people with disabilities you sure are ableist. How am I supposed to shop when my child with a medical condition needs to use a bathroom. Shame on you, Arc!

Who doesnt love a good find?! This specific store has been a spot to find your everyday household needs. Customer service is average. Great prices. 50% Deals all the time.

The paid employee at donations (white male, blonde hair and glasses) was extremely rude, gave me a lesson about trying to donate a working tablet that had a crack in it. Some kid could have used it, but this guy was on a power trip. The volunteer was really nice though.

I always have a great time there; whether Im seeing a familiar face among staff/neighborhood clients, or finding that little treasure that catches my fancy. Two of my favorite stores are Colfax/Florence and Mississippi/Sable. Plus you can give a few cents of every purchase to charity.

I arrived at this location at 552pm and I found the doors locked. Not only does the sign say open til 6pm but the manager Charles was rude to boot. I understand the pressure of working retail but there is no excuse for poor customer service. I will be making sure myself as well as everyone I know starts going to goodwill instead.

Ridiculously over priced. Thrifting is no longer thrifty! Found a huge garden pot for more than the same one was new at the garden store. Nothing on the floor was the color of the half priced tags. Sad to be able to find new stuff for cheaper. Takes the joy out of treasure hunting. It really is a shame. All the clothing is priced by label, instead of quality. It should all be the same price according to shirts, pants, etc.

I found some exclusive stuff. So if your a sneakerhead or a graphic tee person come thru. I wasnt disappoint ed

Nicely organized clothing department. Dressing rooms are open. Lots of summer tops & shorts & dresses.

First of all I dont know whos pricing in this door but I dont think they were told that this is a second hand store second of all as Im checking out theres a roach crawling across my order I left the whole basket there that is not okay. Pricing is ridiculous as well

After a bad snowstorm they are the only place that had their whole parking lot cleaned up, snow plowed....etc They did a good job. They care about their customers and they know what they need to do to generate that money. Very impressed!

Actually a nice arc and its huge. They seem to also organize stuff by type. Like electronics are basically alone in a case. Didnt see or talk to any rude employees.

Found two very unique glass fish for a really great price. But was surprised at the high prices for mens jeans. Theres always a vast amount of items to browse and I love to hunt for treasures to give as gifts. Lots of near new clothing and very nice cashiers. Saturday is 50% off. Make a list before you go and you will be surprised!

This ARC location isnt the best. The Mississippi and Sable location, and the Buckley and Iliff location are way better. It is a cool place to stop by every once in a while. Its not a very good place on Colfax though, a little rough.

Go on Sat for the 50% off sales.

I have gotten some great finds at this store. Its in an extremely rough neighborhood though, so please be on guard.

I tryed to buy a item without a price tag and they would even try to give a price so tgat i could buy . i got my vase i needed and left . how do items get put on the floor without a price tag ?? I have shopped at these store for well over 3. Yrs .

It was hoppin!! I found just what I wanted and was in and out in 15 minutes!!! Very friendly staff and general positive vibe!!!

Very careful about safety (dressing rooms arent open, everyone wearing masks!) Staff was quite helpful when I couldnt locate a section.

Found some wonderful items in store got to register realized I had lost my debit card long story short manager was kind enough to pay it forward loud shout out to you ever grateful and will pay it forward!

I love this location. Theyve got the store together...all sizes are in the correct spots, its clean, and 9 times out of 10 the people that work there are curtious.(And thats saying a lot, considering the location and the people they have to deal with!!) Overall, one of my favorite places.

This store sells items that they know dont work. And store manager said no refunds or exchange. After about 15 minutes of weining finely got store credit. Then they put items back on shelf to sell to someone else. Knowing items dont work. Bad for business. Check what you buy from this store

Super clean store, the clothing is neatly hung, not a assortment of random items haphazardly hung. The store was quiet without being uncomfortable . There were just enough employees and, I didnt feel like I was in the way. They were genuine. Be the only thing I can think of is better daily sale signage. Used to be my favorite Thrift -- they have dropped a notch or 2 -- shoes are often ruined by written prices on the bottom (large and not removable) -- this seems to be an ARC trend -- not a good one -- great Cashiers -- helpful. Furniture section looks great BUT drop off and pick up is slow. Overall I will continue to shop the store because they get some great stuff in --

I come here weekly to get books for my Stephen King collection and the prices are great. The one problem I have is the stickers, they are so annoying, they destroy book. I feel like they could put up a sign, like all hardbacks are 3.50 or all paper backs are 1.00.

Ran in to look around. This place has a lot of stuff. Mostly in good condition. Their prices seemed reasonable enough. I like to stop by these places to check for crafting supplies. Location was relatively clean and organized. Apparently Saturday is half price day.

This place was a honey hole for thrift shopping! We love a good find when bargain shopping. This is the place to go. Had a great selection and even do percentage off certain colors to make better deals!

Everyday, a different chosen color of price tag indicates which items have gone on sale for 50% off. This not only includes clothing, but also the variously colored price tags on electronics, furniture, etc. And whenever a Saturday rolls around, it gets really #buckwild, with all tag colors throughout the store going on sale for 50% off.

For books, this place is a secret hidden treasure trove. They have a whole section for mystery books, which are my favorite, and philosophy section. Got some gorgeous new kids chapter books for my nephew. Love the organization, thanks staff

As far as thrift stores this one usually has a nice selection of kitchen items and seasonal decorations. Also I usually find a great selection of books, especially reference and cooking books. Every now and then some awesome electronics. Love this second hand, well third and fourth sometimes. Only reason i dont give it 5 starts is the security guard is quite rude everytime I go there

This store is one of the cleanest and most nicely organized arcs in metro Denver. And always lots of designer stuff if you get there early.... Probably shouldnt even share, dont want my deals being stolen!

More like 3.5 stars. Not a lot of expectations for any thrift store that I visit. This one is nice enough, sometimes I get lucky, sometimes not. The workers are usually nice and helpful. They needed more help on the registers, but the solo worker did well.

The prices here are consistently higher than other ARC stores. This doesnt make any sense considering its in a more run down looking area than some other ARC stores. I know I shouldnt complain because hey, its a thrift store. Its still frustrating though.

Great selection of books, jackets, miscellaneous thing. Saturdays are 50% off a certain color tag. Good for kids books, clothing, kitchen stuff, furniture, electronics, videos and cds. Convenient location. Neat place to hangout and window shop. Proceeds go to helping others out.

Its nice to go to the thrift store with a few bucks and get a pair of shoes, slacks and shirt for under $13. However, I dont understand how a pair of used shoes have prices of $12 or more. Nothing notable like a known brand etc. Be selective, check your product closely for tears, stains etc and you may be a satisfied customer. Cashiers have been polite.

I Bought Three Movies There Today.

Called to inquire about their clothing inventory and was transferred to a gentleman in the furniture department (makes zero sense) was incredibly rude. I was kind and respectful the entire time and tried to navigate the confusion, but was met with disrespect and refusal to answer my super simple and polite question. I am all for supporting local shops, but when not ones that treat people so poorly. They will not be receiving our business as long as they treat people that way.

Its ok there is good variety in there however, theres never any tools. There is just something wrong with that. Theres always tools. If didnt know any better, id say someone is taking the good tools before they make it to the shelves. They used to have good selections. Not any more.

Pricey for used clothing. A top i thought i might want was 15$ on sale...23$ originally. Not what i was expecting. You can buy a brand new top for that price. And they would not let me put clothes on hold for more than an hour. I would recommend going on Saturday when it is half price. Any other day and you will more than likely overpay.

I would give 0 stars if I could.Understand that if you are not the thief, then you should not be profiled as one. Any store that decides to adopt an policy of treating its customers as thieves, and approaching us as thieves. Stating that you have to leave your bag or pack at the door. This store needs to close. PERMINANTLY!! Not just the arc. On top of that. They get EVERYTHING freely donated, then act like theyre trying to sell you something that they paid for. Whose habit are you supposed to be paying for?

Definitely a change in management has happened. Store is cleaner and more organized than my last visit 6 months ago.

Pros: Great prices and an eclectic selection, never sure what youll find there. A *lot* of kitchen goods, utensils, nick-nacks, etc.Picked up a great coffee table (solid wood, nice finish, plenty of storage) for $30.Cons: Apparently this is an issue in a lot of colorado, but the recliner I got had some kind of lice/nit/bedbug problem in it. It was on the curb the next morning.

What a great store! Large selection of nice things that turns over very quickly, and prices that beat the heck outta Goodwill up the road!Give ARC a try, particularly on Tuesday (50% off for Seniors over 55) and Saturday (50% off for everybody)

Unhappy with manager. Found a pajama set that I want but the seam in the pants had been ripped apart, price was $6.99, she said she could only give me 10% or .69 off. When I said I didnt want them, she looked at them and said guess Ill have to get rid of them . Really!! rather get rid of them than sell at a lower price. You got them for free.
