Lisa G was the best! She was very friendly and made the process very easy which I appreciate bcuz Im a big baby! Would recommend this Quest location to anyone getting blood lab work done.

Was sent here by my doc for a few blood tests. The appointment process wasnt great, because you cant reach anyone by phone at all. I was able to book online for a few days out.Finding the place was tough because it shares a building with a business of another name and there is no sign outside. So I thought the GPS had sent me to the wrong building. I called and of course couldnt speak to a live person but at some point in a lengthy automated recording it said they are located inside such and such heart center.The check-in process was clunky. I received a text telling me to check in then wait in my vehicle or inside. I went inside at my appointment time and had to check in again on an ipad (no live person here either) and wait a little bit.The phlebotomist was calling patients in by the first three letters of their first name. This caused some confusion obviously as nobody understood what name she was calling.She was very friendly and efficient taking my blood. Then the urine sample was weird as the instructions on the wall said to use cleaning wipes and other things which were not provided. I was told to leave the sample in a box in an office, which I did but then again there were no live people to tell me whether I was done or needed to sign anything so I just left.Overall the process was pretty unprofessional. This is not the sort of environment where all employees can be eliminated. I feel sorry for anyone who is elderly or has impaired vision because that would make using their technology for check in difficult.

DO NOT GO. The phlebotomist hit a nerve in my arm during a blood draw that has caused lingering pain and numbness for nearly a week.

Horrible experience, gave them my paper work from the VETERAN AFFAIRS order. That stated they didn’t have anything to help me with. Sent me to LabCorp across the street, not where I’m supposed to be. Called the VETERAN AFFAIRS office for assistance for the order number. Simple as faxing the sheet over and them taking my blood. Wasted a whole hour for a appt that should only be 5 minutes

5 star is not enough they deserve more! My 6yrs old daughter had her blood drawn here and her 1st time and she did not cry at all. They are very attentive to her. It was a pleasant experience for her. Now she feels more confident that her next she will do great!The facility is clean and nice. Checkin is a breeze too.Keep it up

Outstanding experience! I waited less than 10 minutes even though I had no appointment (early on a Saturday). Friendly, caring staff who helped me save $ on the test. The blood draw was efficient and left no mark or bruise! I highly recommend this lab.

Went in with my 2 year old to get his blood drawn and everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The lady that ended up drawing his blood was a slender, above average height, African American lady and she was amazing, I told her I was nervous since it was my sons first time and he might put up a fight but she told me exactly what to do and was so reassuring. She made a very scary experience a lot easier, thank you so much!!

Nicole drew my blood today and it was a great experience. I got in quickly (after making an appointment online) and got out quickly. Nicole was so nice to me and I can tell that she cares about her patients and her job. I highly reccomend this location. Also, someone told me the elevator is really slow, so take the stairs.

Need a lab with competent phlebotomists? This isnt it. Five different times Ive come here for my sons blood work and been told no one can accommodate him. Do not go here if you need your small childs testing done.

My baby has a genetic disorder that requires bi-weekly visits. There is only 1 lady that can successfully draw his blood...everyone else is TERRIBLE. (For some reason, only she has access to baby needles too? Which is wierd). Weve literally been turned away by other techs who told us they arent comfortable doing it and we should come back when shes there. I cant plan my life around her schedule! Were now drawing his blood from home (we were trying to avoid this) just to avoid those other techs.

So they do NOT open at 6am, those hours are wrong. I also heard that from someone who worked at the hospital, but no one was there at 6:20am and the lights were off. Not their fault necessarily, but wanted to save people the trouble / would have liked to have known beforehand.

I am not one to ever write reviews but this location has been completely unprofessional.. and this comes from a medical professional so I find that I am more forgiving than most. I have tried to get my child’s blood drawn more than once - being turned away because they couldn’t read the doctors handwriting and instructed ME to call them myself (unreal). Conveniently, it was 13-min before closing time and they didn’t want to deal with it. She legitimately asked me how far away I lived as if the inconvenience of rushing from work/school with children in tow wasn’t enough. We then showed up the following week at 4:03 and they already had the doors locked. I understand making appts are beneficial but there is nothing available for after-school hours for weeks at a time when I go on and check.

Went for a yearly lab test. Blood and urin. Took less then 10mins from time I signed in and then left. I didnt have an appointment because online said none available. Quick polite service.Was most likely a slow time since they have chairs outside the office door. So an appointment would probably be wise.

Went for bloodwork with no appointment, was called in very quickly. Staff seemed friendly, my phlebotomist was very good. However, the condition of the office was less than pleasant. The waiting room had worn, stained carpet and seats. The exam room I was taken to was also in bad condition, with stains on floor, amongst other things. There was also water on the hallway floor on the way to room, which no one seemed to be in a big hurry to clean up, only was told to watch out for water. Overall the place felt very unsanitary, for this reason I felt very uneasy about getting blood drawn. Dont know if I would come back here...

Last week on March 16th, 2015 I went in to get an pre-employment drug test taken. The receptionist was accommodating and pleasant, however the technician who conducted my drug test and the manager showed lack of professionalism and consideration for my patience and time when their computer system was not cooperating due to a recent software update. I understand things out of our control can happen, however the way they both were focused on trying to resolve the problem caused neither of them to acknowledge me now having to stand there silent trying not to get aggravated an extra 10-15 minutes unsure of what was happening, and if it was going to cause an inconvenience in properly submitting my test results. I did not get any eye contact or a thank you for your patience or sorry for the inconvenience after they got it resolved I was completely disregarded, and eventually just handed my papers and told have a good day! WOW. I definitely wont be using that facility again.

Came here for a drug test and there were 4 people ahead of me. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Quick and easy.

This is inside of a building that says Heart Institute. So confusing never again.

This was the worse experience ever!!! I went in on a Saturday morning to get blood work done to determine the length of my pregnancy; this was to get done every 48 hours. & I shouldve received the news on a Monday however they turned me away because of a $15 payment so My results were delayed to that following Wednesday. However, When I handed a $20 bill to the receptionist; she rudely informed me they dont accept cash! Monday I went in to my doctors office & was told by my OB that by law they could not turn me away for blood work no matter what! I was extremely pissed!Then, just yesterday I went in for a pre employment drug test. And I gave the receptionist (different lady) the order #. She had me take a seat. I waited for nearly 30 min. When it was finally my turn. I went in locked my belongs away, washed my hands, & waited patiently for a cup for them to inform me the order # i provided to them was EXPIRED!!! Why wasnt this told to me the moment I walked in & have to the receptionist????? Beyond aggravated with this damn facility! These ppl are so rude & do the most!
