Check-in was quick. I went right to the kiosk near the pharmacy and waited less than 10 minutes.Joyce was professional and courteous!I would recommend this location over any other for lab services!

Check in said wait in car. After waiting 15 minutes and past appointment time, I went in. Found out tech had been calling my name. I waited 15 more minutes until she came out again. She said she had text to come in..no text received. She than proceeded to ignore me and take the next person. I work in the medical field and would be fired for the attitude I received.Changed review after being seen. The tech I saw was excellent. There are problems with their systems but she had a friendly personality and did a great job.

The lab tech working here was professional and personable. I would come here again. My only complaint is that I tried calling several times prior to my lab appointment to ensure they had received the lab orders from my provider and there was never an answer or call back. The lab tech told me she is the only person there to draw labs, run some labs, and handle phones and she simply doesn’t have time with all the patients she has now. She needs more help or they need a centralized lab phone answering service!

I read the horrible reviews and almost didnt go to this LabCorp, however it is right across the street from where I am staying and Im from out of town. So I decided to chance it and Im am very glad I did! I went there without an appointment and was seen right away. Joyce (the phlebotomist) was very nice and she was training Farah (a new phlebotomist). Farah drew my blood and was so gentle I didnt feel a thing. The bathroom was clean and there was a sink to wash my hands right outside the door. Both women were personable, efficient and friendly. I would definitely go back anytime I needed blood work! Thank you Joyce and Farah!

I have been very disappointed at Labcorp southlands on two occasions. They dont answer their phones and even when not busy they wont do specific kinds of blood work. Their staff is not friendly either. I would not recommend labcorp southlands.

I come to this location specifically because of the phlebotomist. She is so kind and caring every time I come in and she always makes the draw quick and painless. I used to live right by this location, but now travel 20 minutes one way just for the service.

I made an appointment for 9:15am. Checked in from my car using my phone. They texted me when it was my turn. I walked in and was taken back immediately. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Phlebotomist was super. I have veins that roll and she got the draw on first stick. No bruise, no swelling and no pain. Not sure what all these one-star and two-star ratings are about? This is my second time having lab work done at this location and both times were a breeze. I would highly recommend making an appointment, check in using your phone and wait for the text for them to tell you its your turn. They make it super easy and super safe.

Do not go here. This is coming from a person in the healthcare industry that works with patients daily. I checked in at 4:15 and it was 4:40 when I was called back. 10 min after the close time, I already felt bad for being the last pt after close time. I had an unfortunate billing incident that I was unaware of and the tech just gave me a paper with Billing # and offered no options whatsoever. I walked to the front of the store and back while on the phone with the billing dept after being told that I just needed to make a small payment (at least until I could have them run the correct insurance), so I walked back there and knocked on the door (maybe 4 min in total since she saw me) as she was coming to the door she shut off the light (as if to indicate they were closed) when she opened the door I let her know that billing essentially cleared me. She, at this point was rude and said “sorry we’re closed” declining services to me a second time. It was already passed closing time when I got called back the first time and it wasn’t appropriate for her to decline services the first time or at least not letting me know my options (billing did - she didn’t) I’m not sure how 3-4 min changes things, but she still could’ve just drawn my blood and go about her business especially considering it was already passed her “close” time. I know what it’s like to have to stay late for patients, but I also know that it can mean everything to a patient. I also know that 5 min doesn’t change a damn thing - it wouldn’t have kept her any longer. It was definitely about her attitude and her uncaring tone. The entire time I was there; when she would call out to other patients, when she would talk to anyone. Glad she didn’t stick a needle in me but it made me very sad to know that she is part of the reason why convenient healthcare is getting a bad rep. Not all of us are rude and uncaring. Don’t go here until they can revamp their staff. 😔

Filthy. No one is cleaning the check in kiosk, two chairs in the waiting area, or even the floor. There is no sanitizer. No way for social distancing and you are stuck in the corner of the pharmacy so blocked in by their long line of customers. There is no live human to check in with. After waiting 40 minutes of no one going in or out I knocked on the door and the woman was extremely rude.

I think this Labcorp is amazing. Wait time was understandably longer than normal, but phlebotomist was kind, caring and professional. She was buried with patients and took the time to care about me. Draw was quick and painless and no bruising at all. Thank you!

Extremely long wait times. Only 4 people served in over an hour. Still waiting 75 minutes after checking in, with no way to see where you are in the cue. The Lab Tech Jax made up for the long wait by being fantastic at her job and addressing the long delay. She is a superstar!

Not clean! No sanitizer! Soap dispenser broken! Bathroom dirty and not a place to put a urine cup once you are done. Also Jax the tech didnt want to provide me with a copy of my financial responsibility page. Best to go to a different location if you can!!

Second time here, since doc lab is closed for covid. Always late. Talks at me for 20 minutes before a 1 minute draw. Doesnt care that more people are waiting after me.I get she has stuff to do, but an appt means an appt.

Worst blood draw ever!!! run away find somewhere else. My blood was taken from my wrist, needlessly.....My wrist is so swollen I had difficulty turning my key to start my car... over one hour later still in pain, wrist so swollen not able to bend it. called corporate office waiting for a call back. tingling pain in hand....

Jacqueline is by farthe best, most professional, and polite technician Ive come accross at labcorp. Amazing phlebotomy skills. I usually get stuck nonless than 3x, yet Jacqueline got it on the first try! That had never happened!While waiting for my turn, the other patients had already mentioned how wonderful this woman is, and they were right!!. Labcorp, you have an amazing asset in your company. Appreciate her!

Technician was curt if not rude. The veins in my arms are quite pronounced and usually an easy, painless blood draw. She was aggressive needlessly so obtaining a sample....because of this I was left with a large hematoma, first ever in over 60 years. Will not be going back to this location.

This place SUCKS. The lady that helped me was very rude. She didn’t let me wash my hands before I signed the paperwork. So here I am signing forms touching a pen with urine on my hand. That’s just gross. DONT GO HERE!!

I wasnt going to leave a review about how the staff was incredibly rude, or how the attendant was condescending and played really loud R&B during our appointment, but I just found out that the drug screen that I took on February 22nd was lost by this company in transit, I cant believe that a company that is supposed to be the Leading Health Care Diagnostics Company would lose something so simple and not let anyone know until it was too late to do anything about it. I do not suggest using Labcorp if it can be helped.

Worst drug testing facility on earth. Staff was extremely rude and condescending. They have strange operating hours at this location and dont tell you this until you arrive. If any of you have to take a drug screen know that they require far more than any other lab and will not provide any water like every other location if you cant pee enough...they require more pee and dont tell you this upfront then make you sit down in a plastic chair and wait with no water as of your body magically produces urine without fluids....Definately not the most professional lab ive taken drug screens at.As someone who has had to take them regularly for work and driving trucks, I recommend not having a stroke and just avoidong this place. There are other collection sites in the area to use.Several people in the waiting room complaining about the service provided by one very large and rude employee. Its a one man iperation so expect long wait times.Found the touch screen and waiting area to be filthy and uncomfortable. Not what i wouod expect from what should be a sanitary clean room in charge of handling specimens that control peoples futures.
