(health care professional with close family member under the care of Noreen Pierandozzi)after multiple attempts to request medication refills and address questions regarding treatment plan (2 weeks of attempts), patient walked-in to Noreens office and was told oh. we dont take your insurance anymore. the office blatantly ignored the patients attempts to receive their medication refill and was never notified of the change to their practices insurance coverage. patient was left without critical cardiac medications for several days. Noreens office failed to offer partial refill for the patients medications, leaving the patient at risk for adverse health event. this office does not value the patient as an individual - extremely poor patient care.
