The Aurora Office is extremely busy - Dr Burke & her assistant go none stop! If u r patient they will get what ever medical issue u might have resolved in the office or over the phone.I was fortunate in having a real professional working the front desk, today!! Thank you Maam

Where do I begin... This place must have a hiring requirement for staff to be this rude. The woman at the front counter seemed me me arriving was the biggest waste of her time and was beyond unfriendly. It was like her actually doing her job was an issue. The tech was also quite arrogant. When trying to make small talk he would respond short and made the whole situation awkward. If I wasn’t here for a pre-employment drug test I would have walked out. This place needs to really change the staffs attitude. It is now obvious to me why I was the only patient in the building. IT’S BECAUSE YOUR SERVICE IS HOT GARBAGE!

The staff member named Jan wont accept any information from me and was rude about cash pay. I said just tell me what private insurance works best for them and I will get it but that brought on a whole new onslaught of rude and indication that my life is worth nothing to them. It sounds like they dont have appointments any time soon. Jan was insistent she could not speak to me, only to a Dr. A Dr. contacted her for the referral information she demanded. Both I and the Drs office were clear about the chronic pain. After weeks of not hearing from this place, I called to see what was going on even though I was told by Jan never to contact them. She claimed they called several times and left messages but my call log shows no calls from them and no messages. Today Jan said they cannot treat chronic pain. She should have said that from day one. It was a waste of the Drs time and resources to fax her referral information when she already knew they could not take me as a patient.

Make sure they bill your insurance and dont sell your debt. Im in collections because of them.They sold my medical bills to a third party less than 30 days from the time of service and miscoded it. When my insurance compamy asked them about the debt. They say they were paid and dont care.Just to contact the company they sold the debt to that isnt any help.Not a single bill sent to me from Dr. Ghazi office

I’ve been seeing Dr Reinhard for the past year. He’s very empathetic and responsive to needs. Highly recommend seeing him, he’s thorough and takes the time to listen and provide logical answers.

I would like to give this place a 0 star for how unprofessional this place is, especially the staff member named Regina who is rude. How do treat the patients with so much disrespect and get away with it. I highly recommend anyone who wants to come here to go to somewhere else. It took them a week to return her phone call in regards to a rash that developed after taking the medicine this Doctor prescribed. The phone call was a waste of time because Regina (office staff) had no answers for her. Told my Mom she needed to make another appointment to see the Doctor knowing that she already has an appointment with him next week to get her procedure done. Even after all this nonsense my Mom was nice of enough to even say thank you for calling her back. Regina decided that she was better than that and hung up on my Mom. How do you call yourself professional and work for someone who is suppose to care for their patients? Not his place, they seem to think they get away with mistreating their patients and not do their job professionally. Its people like this who makes patients feel as though they are not important enough. I can guarantee my Mom will never come back to this place because of the staff (specifically Regina). Please take your business elsewhere, go with a place that has a respectful staff who actually cares about you.

I do not understand all the bad reviews, the staff has been wonderful. They are friendly, polite, professional, and have brought a smile to my face both times I have been in. Dr Reinhard has been incredible. He has set me up with everything I need to recover from being hit by a car. He is kind and thorough. I highly recommend these wonderful people, especially if youve been in an accident. I couldnt be happier with the entire experience.

Sierra in the front with glasses and short hair was very rude to someone on the phone while I was waiting for my sister to go back. It is not professional coming from someone with an Human Resource degree. If I had an employee talk to someone like she did she would be gone. She isn’t following the code of ethics in the business and I don’t feel comfortable with talking to her knowing she can be that rude. Till then this place overall is amazing and has been helping my sister.

Im covered by private insurance and was willing to pay cash, was still refused to be seen because my PCP is in the VA system.....The staff really struggled with trying to figure out my insurance when a simple google search had all the answers they needed. I wouldnt trust this place with any level of medical care.

I have been here 3 times, and 2 of the 3 times I waited for an hour before I was seen by the doctor. Was strongly encouraged to see a surgeon they referred me to for a 2nd opinion. When I asked what that surgeon would be able to do differently was told nothing, but I should still go see him. Obviously gets money for patients he refers. Will not be going back.

Front desk lady is rude. Doctor Reinhardt is always a pleasure. If only his office staff was the same.

Dr Ogin is the best dr Ive ever met - he is kind, and funny, and brilliant, and TRULY cares. I feel so lucky to have found him after being in a terrible car accident - he and his amazing assistant Claudia are such good people and great at what they do!!

I love this place especially Nurse Practitioner, Don Fresques. He takes time to listen and explain everything that I don’t understand with regard to my treatment without getting impatient or rude. He treats you as one of his family members or friends instead of a just a patient. I also love his assistant Becky, she is like my sister from another mother. She tries to treat everyone with respect even if they don’t always respect her. Becky is very knowledgeable just like Dr Don. (even though he is not a doctor he might as well be, so I call him my dr) Although Becky is very busy, she finds the time to help you with whatever you are concerned about and even if it takes a couple of days to get back with you (which she states in her voice mail that she can’t always answer promptly) she doesn’t ignore or forget about your needs no matter how small they may seem. Becky is on a well deserved vacation this week and I miss her because I had a problem and I know she knows how to get me a response or an answer. I don’t know about the other doctors in this practice but Don NP and Becky are my recommendations if you’re looking for great pain management. Now with the current opioid crisis they got to war with the insurance companies to get the medication you need but sometimes as a patient we also have to fight the insurance companies along with them by also contacting them on our own behalf. Sometimes people get upset if they have to wait too long to be seen but you have to remember they are not wasting time they are giving the other patients just like yourself time to explain their pain levels and needs just like you do when you are being seen. I hate doctors that only give you fifteen minutes per appointment. This makes me feel like I’m just a number and they are trying to see how many patients they can push thru in one day. Good caregivers are hard to find. Today they have more work to do in less time and less pay. Thank you Don and Becky!

My doc don and his ast and the office staff have been wonderful to me even called me when I was in the hospital to see if I was ok not many doc do that so thank yall for taking car of me since May 2011

Do not see Dr lesnak he is a joke of a pain specialist doesnt listen to a word you say then when you tell him what works for you he prescribes you whatever he wants obviously he gets paid out to write those scripts when I told him I wasnt comfortable takin it he ignored me and I went to several pharmacies that hadnt even heard of the prescription for patches he gave me 2 didnt even carry it the one that did had no idea what it was saying they never see it prescribed needles to say I tried it with with absolutely no results or the least bit of relief when I called in I was told thats all he will be giving me this man should not be aloud to work in the medical field he is a complete joke

This is the situation I received a call from this guys letting me know that I had an appointment the 11/14/16 at 11:20 and they told me to show up 20 minutes early so I did I was waiting until 11:40 and right now its 12:09 and Im still waiting
