Great prices for people with No insurance. The guy that helped me with the MRI. Was super nice!!You could tell the equipment was old he was apologizing before I even went in. But I just got comfortable and basically took a nap. I would go back if I need to.

Called to verify I could walk in for a chest X-ray at the Broadway location and was told yes. Upon arriving I was informed that they were not able to do chest X-rays at that location! Conflicting information but the gal behind the counter was very helpful and got me registered for the Aurora location. Had to wait 20 minutes at Aurora but all went well. I would recommend this place for the affordable procedure and the nice help.

Great place , great staff, in and out quickly, you can park 30 feet from the front desk.I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a CT mammogram or whatever else they do x-rays

Staff was wonderful! Front office was kind and inviting and the medical staff made me very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. This will be my “GO TO” annual mammogram center from now on! Thanks ladies!😉

Caprice and the x-ray/MRI techs (Brianna? and Chris?) were very nice which is not common enough these days. Even though I had to.wait a lot longer than expected, it was a very good experience overall because of them, especially Caprice.

If you are uninsured, this is a very affordable option. If you are insured, find another clinic. I was told to show up 30 min early for an appt that ended up being an hour later than scheduled. The worst part however was they failed to run my insurance to verify benefits before my appointment so were requiring the entire amount cash up front despite insurance on the phone verifying coverage and being willing to fax over any documentation needed to verify my benefits. They required my insurance to actually call their billing office and wait on hold over an hour. Since I took the day off work for this appointment i ended up having to self pay everything just to get the imaging done and then continue the coverage battle afterwards.

It was easy to get the appointment at the time I wanted all online. The people were very nice and I was in and out with no waiting! Would gladly go back for other diagnostics as needed!

I do not appreciate the scheduling department hanging up on me while I was trying to verify what was needed for my appointment the next day. I had received constant calls from several different agents providing differing instructions. The person I spoke with in the scheduling department was rude and hung up on me. Needless to say, I canceled my appointment and scheduled with a different provider. Being referred for things like this can be so scary and rude customer service does not help!I gave three stars despite the experience above because Kaprice is the kindest and most understanding person I spoke with throughout this entire process. Kaprice, please know that your kindness was very comforting.

I used SimonMed about five times for different imaging and have always had a good experience. This time was no different. I called and scheduled the appointment, filled out a little more paperwork in the office and was in and out relatively quickly.Only downside is their online scheduling tool. I tried it first, but found it was quicker to call.

SimonMed was an amazing experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient; my entire visit only took 20 minutes. Their prices are super affordable, with or without insurance. I would recommend SimonMed to everyone.

Caprice was so sweet and easy to work with. She was professional and stayed busy every minute. If she wasnt working with a customer, she was cleaning and disinfecting to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. This business will remain a success with her working there. Typically when companies offer the lowest cost for things (in my case an MRI) their staff is below average. Not the case at Simon Med. Great job Caprise! Chris did a great job too. Ill definitely refer this place to anyone I know needing an MRI.

The receptionist working 3/30/21 is amazing at her job. She multitasked check ins, payments, paperwork and was even making conversation with me. She made me feel less nervous about my appointment. Everyone was great but the receptionist amazing. She deserves a raise.

My first visit and I was super happy with everyone there. The girl at the front desk was adorable and did a great job of welcoming me and getting paperwork taken care of . I will definitely use them again

I had an excellent experience at SimonMed Imaging in Aurora. The staff were happy and professional when I arrived and helped me get in the door with my broken knee. The technician, Mark, was very professional and empathetic while I was getting imaging. I was moved a few times during the MRI and a new coil was added because the doc wanted to get the best pictures and that really showed me that I was being cared for correctly and it didn’t take more than 20 minutes. Lastly, the price was the best part. Under $300 out of pocket for a same day MRI!! I would go again if needed and would recommend asking your doc to give you a referral. I think it is easy to forget that you are allowed to get your imaging anywhere you want. If you want fast, professional and affordable, I would choose Simon Med

Came in for an MRI on my injured shoulder. Receptionists checked me in quickly. MRI tech was professional and made sure I understood everything that would be happening. In and out in about an hour for my test.

Everyone was great at the Aurora office but I tried probably a dozen times to get an appointment. I called a couple of times and gave up after half an hour wait. I could only go so far on the website because I was supposed to choose which DEXA test I wanted. I called my doctor to ask and she wasnt familiar with the choices. You had my doctors orders so why ask that and shut down the process? Plus my data was never saved. I entered it multiple times trying to schedule an appointment. I even have a logon and nothing was saved. So then I called the 866 number. The recorded message just sent me to the website with no option of talking to a person. Finally I tried just pressing zero. After a long wait I got a person whose first language was definitely not English and I had to give him all of the information again! This is far beyond name and address..,its insurance info, insurance address from the back of my card (which did Not match any of your options on the website or for the operator) my doctors info etc all with someone who barely speaks English. The poor guy even had a speech impediment. Then it was time to schedule my appointment. He asked which facility I wanted to go to. I told him the one in Centennial. He asked if I had the address which I didnt because I hadnt used SimonMed before. When he got to the office it turns out they didnt have the DEXA machine. Then we went to another on Broadway and they didnt have the machine either. Finally he searched for a facility with DEXA capability and scheduled my appointment with the Aurora facility. I listened to a recording that said to avoid Calcium supplements for 24 hours before and wear loose clothes without metal. I followed the instructions accurately and drove to the office. When I got there I was asked to fill out some paperwork identical to the info I had already entered into the website and told the scheduler on the phone. Turns out none of that was in her system. When I was called back the technician asked if I had avoided Calcium and Vitamin D. No one and no where was I ever asked to avoid Vitamin D. He said it might skew the data. I chose to have the test done anyway. My experience with your company was terrible. I will never return.

Very professional staff and fast service. They made sure I was comfortable before and during the MRI and that I had a good experience at their facility. I paid $300 cash for the MRI At the office without needing to deal with insurance, that’s the way our medical industry should work!

After driving 3 hours to the location we found out the type of image needed was not available there.The receptionist was friendly but unfortunately we turned around and drove the 3 hours home.

Very happy with my experience except that it would have been nice if you had offered the disc for my Doctor. Having no need for the service before, I did not know my Doctor expected it or that it was available. A phone call asking for a disc left me with directions to go to your website and fill out the form there. Offered, it would have been taken care of that day. Otherwise pleasant, efficient and personable.

The staff was competent. However my experience was horrible. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour after my appointment time for my biopsy. They never even apologized for making me wait so long. Once the biopsy was over, the physician told me he thought the pathology results would show cancer. I was then rushed out so fast that I could barely get dressed and was not even given my care instructions. I had to look up care instructions online for care after my biopsy. I used instructions from another provider as their website doesnt have any. I was shaking and crying and they just wanted me gone. No time to get dressed, no time to infirm me on how to deal with 9 new punctures in my body. Just take your clothes and leave. I guess they were running behind because they started my appointment over an hour late. So the end result was cold and heartless. It was an awful experience from beginning to end. I will do anything to abound being here again.

I highly recommend Simon Med Imaging in Aurora. Getting an appointment was easy. The facility was clean with up-to-date technology.The staff was also very helpful and kind.

My experience at the Aurora location was excellent. All staff was professional and clarified entire process very coherently; payment due , actual procedure and results were explained. Don’t assume costs for scans are the same or even similar at Different imaging locations - it was well worth my time to enquire and compare cost estimates. Simonmed provides quality at a reasonable price.

They got insurance approval right awaythe staff was awesomeThey need to put a clothes rod and hangers in the lockers just throwing your clothes in the bottom of a box just doesnt work for anything not wash and wear even our gym has hooks to hang clothes .
