I had a CT scan scheduled in the afternoon on 9/10 (to help track who these individuals are). I called the number that was given, they screened me and I walked in. I was loudly told by the lady at the front to go back outside and call, I said that I did and was then made feel like I was lying. When they figured out that I was screened already they allowed me to come in and asked me to be seated. While I waited I listened to both ladies at the front discuss their long day and hoped no one would show up for their afternoon appointments. Someone had pulled up outside and one of the ladies exclaimed “just stay away people”. Writing this now while I wait for my scan. 0 stars for office staff, will give 3 stars for scan but plan to edit later if need be.

Awesome experience. Ladies were very helpful, and accommodating. Very clean office, my son was very comfortable, in and out! Staff very personable, and engaging. Thank you, I believe the lady at the front desk was Jane. She was very engaging, helpful, and super nice.

I took my son to the doctor for increasing pain in his ankle. The doc referred us to Helth Images and said they take walk ins. We called the main # and the agent said we could walk in and asked which location we were going to. When we arrived I called from the entranceway, per their posted instructions. The woman sounded a bit short and said it would be 45 minutes to an hour, which I said was fine. While we were in the waiting room I heard the women complaining about all the walk ins. Heres the thing; 1. If someone injures themselves to the point that they need xrays, chances are that wasnt planned. So no, not everyone makes appointments. Please dont make them feel badly when they are likely already concerned. 2. I had to leave work early and get my son out of school early for the doc appointment. I would prefer to get xrays out of the way rather than having to make another appointment and make my son endure the pain that much longer.I will say that my son said the technician was nice and once he did get called back, it was less than 5 minutes.

Easy process to make an appointment - Health Images called me to setup a time shortly after my doc ordered the x-ray. I was able to get in on the same day as the order. Front Desk staff was friendly and efficient. X-ray tech was very nice and professional. Very good experience.

I needed an appointment for X-rays done on my back and hand at any of the Health Images offices. There was an office close to my doctors so while sitting in the parking lot I filled out the online forms, which were refreshingly short and concise. I then called to make an appointment and was able to get one within about 30 minutes. After arriving at their offices, I had to call from outside to let them know I had arrived. I was informed that because of the current health concerns it would be a few minutes before I could come in for my appointment. After short wait I was called back and they told me to come in. Everyone was very friendly and surprisingly the paperwork I had to fill out consisted of a few signatures and initials, instead of my past experiences of redoing all of the forms of I had already completed online, then another brief wait and I was called back to have my x-rays done.The whole experience was shorter than the time it has taken me to write this review.And the results sent back to my doctor very quickly and her recommendations were sent to me briefly after that.Let me finish by saying from past experiences I would have had to wait at least a couple of days for the results to been sent back to my doctor.Thank you Health Images for making my day!Randy

The tech was in a hurry and took pictures so fast. Not in the area, I instructed her were the lump was. My Dr. Found the lump. The tech was all over the place and did not listen to the patient--ME. My results were negative-- wonder why?

My son fractured his wrist, and the pediatrician sent us over to HealthOne for an x-ray. I tried scheduling an appointment, but I was told the clinic had walk-in hours at that time. I was sure I would be waiting forever, but our wait was short, and the x-ray tech was efficient and kind, and she took the x-ray quickly. I would also like to note that the front desk people were absolutely awesome. The clinic became very busy right as we entered, and I know the front desk people had to be stressed. They were taking calls and helping the people in the waiting room non-stop. It seemed like they couldnt catch one moment to relax. However, these employees never lost their tempers. They remained calm, polite, and friendly the entire time. They are exemplary employees. I was very impressed with them and the clinic.

Got me in quick and felt safe with their covid-19 procedures (limiting # of people within the facility). Would recommend for quality assistance

Im am beyond done with health images.First experience for an ultrasound they began the appointment by demanding I pay some $400+ saying that was the provider discount with my health insurance. Only upon insisting how they knew exactly how my claim was going to be paid did they admit it was the full billed amount because they were unable at that time to look up the exact contract. They were also applying my full deductible. I also knew other claims were being processed to meet my deductible. The only way I was able to explain to them was to ask If you rear end someone in your car - do you just write a check to the person you hit for your deductible? Of course not, you work through your insurance for them to determine the amount you owe This is how insurance is supposed to work. The reason for insurance is to pay every week in my paycheck to save money for known expenses and to have this demanded without an explanation of benefits from my insurance is appalling. My final patient responsibility? $32Next I required an MRI and asked if they had pre-certified to which they responded We dont make appointments unless we have pre-certified. On my explanation of benefits it showed an additional penalty for no authorization. I called and they obtained a retro authorization however continued to bill me the full amount (charges plus the additional penalty) . At no point did their department contact the insurance company again to have the claim reprocessed (according to insurance company) and continued to charge me for the amount plus the extra penalty for no authorization. Despite the agreement from their billing department that if an authorization was obtained they should reprocess, their internal billing department (why is that even a thing?) Did not contact the insurance to have the claim reprocessed. I am beyond frustrated that the member who is unable to do the authorization is being held in the middle and the provider is actually incentivized to not obtain authorization. (Less time on the phone and documents and they get their money anyway through the member).

The tech wasnt very nice. She showed little compassion and understanding. She didnt try to help me adjust position, especially since Id just had shoulder surgery 24h prior. So were clear Im speaking about US tech. CT tech were the polar opposite. Kind, considerate and understanding.

The staff was polite, courteous and very efficient. My wait was just under 10 minutes. It was a pleasant experience.

From the moment I walked in until I left, I was treated in a very professional manner. Alexa is very professional and courteous, and she excels at imaging and I highly recommend her. Her personality and ability to talk to patients while doing her job is amazing.

Awesome experience. Treated with professionalism and care. Have deep veins and a hard stick. Had a specialist on hand that handled Us types, and she got it on first stick.

I was not looking forward to an MRI. However, I was in enough pain to get it done. It wasnt so bad! The staff were warm and caring. They have wonderful headphones and every kind of music I like. The freshly warmed blanket also helped to minimize my discomfort. I know that the technician was careful to get the pictures that the radiographer would need. Other than the fact that my knee was totally captured for just over 15 minutes, there are no complaints. Thank you for your service and caring.

Over the years I have had 4 MRIs with Health Images and I am consistently pleased with the entire experience. I travel 3+ hours to have imagining done there because it is worth it. The staff is friendly and professional. They contact you very quickly using a variety of channels to help you schedule. They have a wide range of appointment times and locations. At the actual office, there is little waiting and the staff is kind and efficient. I was a bit nervous for this last appointment and the technician made a couple of simple adjustments to calm my nerves and make it a very easy procedure. I will need routine MRIs every other year and plan to continue to drive to Denver just to use Health Images.

All things considered it was a good experience, for a MRI with contrast. The MRI technician was especially good. He explained the process and kept me updated on what was going to happen and how many more stages I had left. May God forbid I need another one, but if I do this would be the place Id go again.

Everyone at Health images was so friendly and personable. Along with that, they were all extremely professional. They explained things to me as to what to expect and made me feel very comfortable in having an MRI done. Ive had several MRIs at other facilities but this one was the best by far. I will always select this site for any other testing that I need in the future.

Despite the extra precautions taken for Covid-19, every step of our visit was smooth and easy. Everyone was helpful, accommodating and in a cheerful mood. They helped put my young son at ease for his x-ray.

I was pricing out my CT scan at the hospital I work at vs Health Images. The staff at the center were very gracious to give me pricing information while I researched this. They kept my order on file for weeks while I was trying to get information from my hospital on price. I never heard back from University on their costs- such a disappointment. I work nights so daytime activities are a struggle. Lisa scheduled me early to work with getting off my night shift and she was very kind from scheduling to check in! Kind face early in the morning after a long night. Mike, my tech, was professional. I keep tabs on names as I too work in health care. Usually you only hear complaints. Hopefully I dont need more tests, but if I do Health Images will be my choice.

Very good place to get your MRI done. Extreme cautions for COVID, friendly staff, clean environment, faster service. Got my MRI in a CD within 2 minutes before I leave and got the report in an email the same day.

My experience was a good one. From the front desk to the nurse that explained the procedure to me, they were all very nice and professional. When I had questions, they would answer them. They put me at ease and was done before I knew it.

I dont wish for anyone the reasons why Ive had to be here twice in one month, but I was happy to go the second time because they are so nice. On that occasion I didnt have an appointment and only waited about 10 minutes to be taken back for a neck x-ray. Its a new office with comfortable chairs, a TV, drinks and snacks! I might just show up & pretend to wait! The front desk is outstanding, professional and friendly, super fast at checking and explaining insurance. I stopped by for copies of my MRI, one taken at another office, and it was done while I waited, only a couple minutes even though I didnt call before, I just showed up. There are nice changing rooms with lockers for your stuff, so you dont have to worry about anyone stealing your phone or the last $12.00 you have. Everything was sparkling clean. I accidentally left in my hearing aids and tremble due to a medical condition, but the technicians were kind and patient with me. I like the convenience of the office at Southlands, because I live nearby and its a good excuse to browse at the bookstore. Other patients chatted and joked with all the staff, its a good place to go. Thank you!

Quick, easy and efficient. I was called for my sons x-ray before I even got home from his doctor appointment. They were nice enough to tell me right away that my insurance in out of network and asked if I was interested in paying cash, which was still less then what it would cost with insurance if I were to take him somewhere else. It was easy when I went it, a few papers to fill out and they took him back in less then five minutes. It was worth it to write a review because service like this is unheard of. The gentlemen was gentle with my son during the xray and the ladies at the front desk were cordial and professional.

I called and the lady who answered the phone offered to call and get my referral for me! less then an hour later I called health images and they said they just had it sent to them. Great customer service, especially for a busy father who doesnt have time to sit on the phone! that small act of kindness made my day

I went in for my MRI and was greeted with the brightest most sincere smile. The young woman was patient with me while I asked questions about the forms I had to sign. The technician was kind and understanding that I move slow. I will always come here for my scans!

My doctor told me to go here because she wanted me to have a scan asap. I walked in and they already knew what I was there for, I was called back immediately, my technician was very nice and thorough! Then I sat on my own couch until I talked to my Dr.on the phone about the results! all in 30 minutes! I felt like VIP. top notch treatment.

I was scheduled for a scan and I received a call saying they had to cancel it for an emergency. I am not writing the review because they cancelled my appointment last minute, they deserve a nice review because how it was handled by the staff. I came in and I received a nice hand written note with a gift card, the receptionist was very sincere and apologetic. Very professional!

My wife went to this location to get a couple of ultrasounds done, the technicians were great and she had no issues with them at all. Even the office staff was great. However their billing department which handles processing the insurance claims and bill SUCK big time. My reason is that we were never told that the ultra sounds would not be covered by insurance, but actually what happened is that we had not met our deductible which is fine; and were responsible for the payment of $779.00. Instead of Health Images sending us a bill they just sent us to collection. I was shocked to get a collection notice which we paid on time so no negative action posted to our credit reports. We called the billing department 3 times and the automatic response was they were out for training. never got an answer why that happened. Great on the front end not so good on the billing.

This used to be my go to for x-rays for my family. The x-ray lady is rude, rough and has terrible communication skills. never again. everyone else has always been nice. she needs to be taught bedside manner and compassion.

I was cautious to go here because of the midlevel rating but I needed an MRI on my knee and this was the most convenient location. Im glad I went against the ratings on this one. They got me in first thing next day. The staff was friendly and helpful and didnt rush me (even though I was late--on time for appointment but needed to fill out forms). They hot me right in, explained the procedure and we were done before I knew it. Professional, friendly, helpful, quick and also had good office snacks 😉. I hope to NEVER need another MRI but will chose to go here if I do!

Ive been here several times in the past few months, everyone is very pleasant except for Nicole. She is unfriendly and acts like youre bothering her. Even having to deal with her on the phone is painful. Maybe a back office job away from customers would be a better fit. If it wasnt for her I would give 5 stars!

So I had an appointment time and came early. Buy the lady before me had her hips MRId apparently a two hour process. It is my turn and she has to be redone because the tech did the wrong hip. So they had to reschedule everyone behind her. Dont use this facility. This could have been avoided if he read the order first. She knew what side she needed done and they had that discussion. They told me it was the doctors fault he ordered the wrong side. Hope she finds a new doctor, lucky he wasnt operating.

I thought this was a pleasant experience, until I got billed for a scan I paid for at the time of service. The scan cost me $267, I paid the day the scan was done, and now Health Images is denying that I ever paid and is billing me the full total of the visit!! This location is running a SCAM, and you shouldnt have tests done here under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! They are dishonest cheaters out to make a quick buck and scam you in the process!!

I was here yesterday after fasting for 4 hours. I arrived at 1:25 for a 1:30 appointment. I sat there until 1:50 with no one calling me back or telling me they were running late. I went up to the front desk.The women were gathered behind the desks so it took a few minutes of standing there, so they could finish their apparently hilarious conversation. Someone finally walked up to the desks,and I said do you know how much longer this is going to take I need to pick my daughter up from school soon. They said 2 more mins. So I sat there another 15 and finally had to leave. As I walked out I said I would need to reschedule. They said ok ill cancell you,but no apology for waisting my time and gas and day. Idk about you but when I am sick and have been throwing up bile and having abdominal pain for weeks already. And I am very worried something is really wrong I expect some customer service !!!!
