This is an Urgent care facility and should be used as such. I went there with a real emergency & was treated with a high level of professionalism. The Drs & & nurses on duty were extremely thorough and referred me over to specialists for additional treatment.

Even with the long wait, which is expected right now, they took wonderful care of my daughter. They were so good with her, answered all my questions and help to make my daughter feel better. Thank you so much

One of the best urgent care facilities Ive been to. The nurses and doctors were really nice and professional. The wait time was fairly short given that I came in without an appointment.

The staff was very nice. There was a young woman in training there who was very sweet and the person she was shadowing was also very respectful and kind. The receptionist was nice as well. The nurse practitioner that I saw was not so much. She seemed hurried, did not listen to my concerns very well. Refuse to run a blood test on me even though it was indicated from my symptoms. Was in a hurry to get me out of the clinic as soon as possible. Referred to me having Medicaid and saying that I needed to go to one of their clinics instead. In all honesty I dont think I recall anyone ever saying the word Medicaid as many times as this woman did. It was upsetting and frustrating to say the least. I would not recommend this clinic for anyone with Medicaid seeking help. As of this review my appointment was June 27th 2021.

Thoroughly impressed! Had no idea we had Covid. Thought it was sinus and smoke in the air. Emily immediately recognized that it was more serious than a simple sinus infection. Rapid test confirmed Covid. We are fully vaccinated and rule followers. This isnt something to mess with.

I was in yesterday to be seen for Sinusitis and had an extremely pleasant experience. I saw Dr. Stinchfield and he was very personable and made sure I have the medication I need to start feeling better. I highly recommend going here!

This urgent care is HIGHLY disorganized and incompetence runs throughout. Save your time and energy and go somewhere else! If I could give it less than one star I would.

They got me in right away! The PA I worked with have me a gentle and thorough exam and sent me home with meds. Exactly what I expect

Best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. Very fast, was in and out with X-rays done and a brace for my daughter in less than 2 hours with a full waiting room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

They have NO respect for others time. When a patient is late they make them reschedule the appointment -- which is fair -- but they would happily waste others peoples time, even encourage it.My doctor at the main hospital wanted blood work to be done, but since it is a little far from where I live, I was told I can check with the Quincy location to see if they can draw the blood for me.I called on 05/04/2021 at 3:24 pm for a 3 minute call. I spoke with a lady (forgot to write her name down), explained my situation and inquired if I could get my blood drawn at their location. She supposedly checked something and told me that they can draw the labs. She added that I dont need to schedule an appointment; it would be a walk-in. I even asked how late they are open till and got an answer. Finally, I ended the call by letting her know Im on my way and will see them in a bit.I showed up at 4:40 pm. To my bewilderment, when I went to the place the lady at the reception said she would need to check to see if they can do the blood work! I told her I spoke with them an hour ago and I was confirmed they can draw the labs I needed. She returned 20 minutes later only to tell me they cant do my blood work. That they dont have the tubes for the test. What happened within an hour that all of a sudden you couldnt do the tests?Why do you jerk around your patients like that? I came in during rush hour, wasted an hour and a half of my time to get there only to be told to go back home. What was the point of assuring me on the phone? Why dont you provide competent training to your staff? Why couldnt the lady on the phone get off her chair, check with whomever the boss is that the reception talked to, before giving me an absolute answer that you can do my labs?If she wasnt sure, or didnt want to bother getting off her chair, she couldve said, Im not sure we can only let you know when you get here, and I wouldve planned accordingly. Why was she confident that my labs -- which I assumed she looked into -- could be done at the location?Healthcare is built on trust. So can I trust the urgent care the next time Im desperate/stupid enough and need to come in? What if tomorrow I come in and a doctor or nurse tells me one thing. Do I need to go to another facility to confirm if what they said was right or not? Can you provide a list of people whom I can trust at the facility in writing so that I can hold you accountable, because I know the people on the phone cant be trusted? Being a healthcare facility, receiving funding from the state, you have no right to jerk people around and provide nonsensical information.

Do not trust this urgent care for Women’s Health! I went because I couldn’t wait any longer for my doctors appointment. And I knew I just needed antibiotics since I had the issue before but the PA ran all these unnecessary tests and wouldn’t prescribe me anything to help my suffering! I had to immediately call my doctors office who had access to the same tests since they are apart so UC health, and they did not understand why he would not give me the treatment I needed and they prescribed me what he should’ve. He was going to wait 48 hours but I obviously came there to be treated before then! What a waste of money! The PA also made me feel horrible about myself because he did not understand women’s health properly I felt so judged. Don’t go here!

The worst patient care experience I have ever had in my life. Almost two full days in the hospital and no one could tell me what was wrong or what they were going to o to help me.

I had a great experience! Everyone was nice and didn’t have attitudes even though it was the end of the day. All of the staff was helpful and listened to my needs and concerns. UCHealth Urgent Care at Quincy and Buckley is a great place to go if you’re in need of care. All of the staff is very respectful and takes the utmost care of their patients.

Ive been to this urgent care facility three or four times in the past year for either myself or one of my children. The doctors and nurse practitioners are amazing. The wait times are extremely short especially if you reserve your time online. I love that they will even text you when it is your time to come in.

I went to Urgent Care on Quincy Street in Aurora, CO. The staff and doctors were so helpful and friendly. I changed my primary care to this location.

Dr Gerber was kind and attentive and the staff was as well. Making an appointment on line was easy and after checking in upon arrival, I waited less than 5 min to be seen. I will take my family here as needed.

Theu all were so nice. They fixed me right up!!

Everyone was super nice and really helpful. They got me back for an appointment immediately and the doctor took her time explaining what she thought was going on and answering any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back here in the future for all of my urgent care needs.

Saw Dr. Gerber yesterday about a fractured coccyx. He was incredibly nice and so was the rad tech, though I can’t remember her name. Great people!

My husband and I made an unexpected visit here last night for a few sutures after he was bitten by the refrigerator. We can not thank them enough for their help! Awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, confident, a sense of humor in the bedside manner, overall great experience last night with the group on shift last night! This will be our go to for all future urgent care visits as the need arises. I definitely recommend this facility. These kind people are much appreciated by my husband and me!

I went in on December 17 for an ankle sprain. I had to wait about 30 minutes but there were two patients ahead of me. I found the staff to be helpful and caring. The Nurse Practitioner and the X-ray tech did a great job and answered all of my questions. It turns out I broke the ankle and required surgery, but I got the urgent care in a timely fashion.

I had several questions regarding self-pay and they were answered directly and completely. UCHealth Urgent Care facility exceeded my expectations! Head and shoulders over the other urgent care facilities I visited that afternoon.

UC Health sucks they always trying to avoid you even the urgent care, you better move on if you see this review !!

I highly recommended this facility. The staff is attentive and efficient and everything was just so easy. Plus the app gave me access to bloodwork results and notes from the PA. They called me to discuss my test results and called in my prescriptions for me! I had a good experience.

I have been to other urgent care places and this place was far the worst ! I waited over 2 hours just to have somebody spend less than 2 minutes looking at my infected arm. They did not clean it , treat it or bandage it I would definitely not recommend this facility.

I have already sent my review directly to UC Health but in short the attending physician was short, unresponsive and made zero effort at even pretending to be congenial. The rest of the staff was great (so thumbs up to them) but apparently I was just wasting the time of the person I went there to see.

Funny the bad reviews for this place. People seem to think they should be getting great personalized care from someone they’re seeing when they’re sick and the doctors don’t have any idea what you’re like when your well.I’ve been here about 3 times when I haven’t wanted to wait for a doctors appointment. treated within about a half hour. Once ended up going to the emergency room instead because I wasn’t getting better but that’s not their fault - just my body wasn’t getting better so had to go to a more expensive place.Great place to go if you need to see a doctor in a hurry. But don’t expect primary care type care - this isn’t a clinic that knows your history or much about you.

Talk about rude and most likely prejudice. I went in due to a wrist injury and the staff in the back (nurse/ nursing aid) had this uptight personality during the entire visit. Youre suppose to make patients feel comfortable and at ease, in times of pain. I went in for a wrist injury, without even looking at my wrist or asking how I felt... the nurse comes in and says, time for your xray. Like gee okay, have you even asked me if I am in any pain? Then after my xray tells me, its just an injury and gives me a note for work, that says: I can return to work the next day without any restrictions. I literally cannot move my left hand, so much for their medical expertise. I cant wait until one of them falls and sees how it feels about returning to work without any restrictions. Oh yeah, the lady who hands me my doctors note for work says, Here you be. Do I look like I dont speak proper English or is it just your pretentious attitude and probably sorry life that makes you judge people based off of race or momentary weakness. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I dont even think they correctly diagnosed my wrist.

There was no wait to be seen. I left feeling much more at ease than i went in. They addressed all my concerns and helped me find a primary care doctor for follow up treatment. Best urgent care i have been to.

I have zero understanding of how a medical care facility can deny someone who is in a high risk group a face mask when they have stock on Hand.I understand priority based on symptoms, however just because you cannot visually witness my symptoms does not change my risk level.This is unacceptable and outright careless!This company doesnt actually care about your health, just the illusion of care only for profit like the majority of Western medicine... Disappointing

Excellent, fast service. In and out very quickly and friendly staff.

In and out pretty quick, I mean from door to pharmacy it was 40 minutes. unfriendly, rude and apathetic for sure. Also impossible to get a hold of on the phone after the fact that they told me to call if I things weren’t clearing up, to find out culture results on samples taken. Shouldn’t they be the ones reaching out with results? I had to make 2 phone calls and after being hung up on the first time, the phone rang on cycle 20 times before someone named Vanessa picked it up, told me they were too busy to talk with me and had me leave a voicemail for an MA, that has yet to be answered. And just like the apathy during my visit, no one cares that I’m still experiencing my symptoms AFTER a round of antibiotics. Called my primary care and another urgent care (Thornton) in the uchealth network to get results and They told me that unless I was seen in their office even though they could see the test results they could not discuss them with me. Their response was “OK well keep trying!” Like?If you absolutely need to go to urgent care for an emergency go, but in general avoid this one, I’d get away from UCHealth all together if I could.

The bedside manner from the people who saw me was awful. Compassion would have been nice. They were rude and I walked away feeling like they weren’t listening to why I was there. I have never been to an urgent care before and if given a choice, I’d go to an emergency room first.

Dont bother. 1 doctor for urgent care during the day. Expected to wait 1 hour to be seen and not even notified of the kind of wait beforehand. Could go to another facility and be seen faster.

Walked in at 11am. By 12:55pm I asked how mich longer my wait would be. I was told another half and hour. I must have walked in on their lunch break. I told the front desk nurse to cancel me in the que. I went down the street to NextCare and was seen within 15 min. Sad that a friend that works for UCHealth told me to go there. They are definitely going to hear about this.

Absolutely disgusted with the nurse and doctor there. Took my partner there last week for strep as she had all the tell tale signs of it. We asked them to send the strep test to a lab to test all strands of strep and both the nurse and doctor refused and lied and said they don’t do that for adults anymore because the tests come back negative. She was only given a steroid for an upper respiratory infection they diagnosed, however during her exam was told her lungs are clear and healthy. She’s still extremely ill and we call and ask for them to fill a prescription for antibiotics and tell us we would have to come back and pay again! Why? She’s been sick 2 weeks without improvement!! Doctor and nurse talked to us like we weren’t knowledgeable on it and ignored our request to be treated as strep. They have no concern to treat it even though we are willing to pay for the meds. Absolutely unbelievable.

Their receptionist Vanessa is absolutely awful. Shes so rude and talks down to you, and has absolutely no customer service skills. Ive always used this place as my go to urgent care but now I wont be going back.
