We scheduled a Covid vaccine appointment with this clinic (Sponsored by Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer and CDH&E) at the Eddy from 9am-4pm today. We arrived for our 3:04pm appointment and we were informed they had packed up and left around 12:30pm. No call, no show, no cancellation....nothing, despite receiving an email confirmation yesterday. We are highly disappointed in the lack of communication and consideration to the greater community.

I highly recommend this clinic. They are knowledgeable and professional. I’ve been going here for 3 years and have seen both the doctor and nurse practitioner and they are excellent. I have had some students, from a med-tech school assist with my appointment. It’s very cool that they give the opportunity to learn, to them by letting them assist with their staff. It seems like a busy practice, but I am usually able to get an appointment pretty quickly. I see some people have not given an excellent review, but I have never had a bad experience.

Ive been at this clinic for years, Dawn is a wonderful woman but the follow-up on the patients test and result needs a lot better work, patients deserve results from expensive test.

Received COVID-19 Vaccination here, kind, knowledgeable, and caring through out the process. Was not a patient of clinic, yet still served others; thankful for the hard work and dedication by the team to vaccinate myself, and all others they have as well. Standard practices present, filling out the state, federal record forms, given a CDC records card, and having to wait 15-30 minutes with a nurse present to make sure no adverse reactions. All staff were donning full PPE, including but not limited to, disposable gowns, face shields, gloves, as well as high particulate filtration masks; not only for their protection, but for those of us coming in for our vaccinations. Much more care taken than some other sites I’ve been privy to. Patients also required to wear a mask for the duration of their appointment, including observation for the safety of others.

Do not waste your time here. I called and made an appointment over the phone, they took my info and told me they would see me for my appointment. When I arrived I was told they didnt have me in their system for an appointment and that I never pick up my paperwork before. They never told me to pick up any paperwork. When I told them that the lady at the front had the audacity to say I hung up on them before they could tell me to pick up paperwork. I sat through the entire conversation and was never rude or anything. They refused to let me see a doctor because apparently it takes too long to fill out their paperwork and see a doctor in the same day. Complete waste of time and so rude.

Would give zero stars if I could. I came in hoping to get some help with some health concerns, I tried to make it as easy as possible for my care providers by making a list of my symptoms, family history, and even brought my records. A blood test was reccomended for me to take which they LOST and had no record of, I had another test done that they couldnt give me a diagnosis for, AND they performed it wrong! Im finding out barely now 2 months later after finally getting in to another provider, and receiving the proper diagnosis. They wasted my time, blood, and what little money I had. They made me feel like I was being a difficult patient when Ive expressed nothing but little words and alot of patience for their numerous errors and lack of proper notification for tests. Seriously I feel like i am a victim of bullying. The front desk lady was short with me and hung up on me the last few times I called, the owner talked down to me when I came in for my last blood draw (waste of time) and They changed the dates on paper work for when I was diagnosed with certain things and notified, and they charged insurance for procedures they lost, or did not fully complete. They also never documented physicals. Or will not return contact to my new provider. Seriously, dont waste your time here, if only I had checked the reviews before coming to this place it would have saved me so much frustration. I do hope they get it together, because no one deserves that kind of treatment, it was a very sad experience.

Let me start with the staff, they are friendly, dedicated, professional, efficient, caring and show a genuine interest in the patients!The office is clean and well organized and the front desk staff go above and beyond to make each visit easy and stress free.Dr. Emmanuel is patient, excellent listener, cares about you not just getting you in and out. Asks questions and also goes above and beyond to assist and follow up even with phone calls personally. He takes the time to make sure he has all the information and that you understand everything. He is one of the best doctors Ive seen in 40 plus years! He has a great bedside manner and wonderful sense of humor which is comforting to me as I am a critically ill patient. He is up to date on current medical treatments and has a vast network of specialists forvreferalls for just about everything, even eye Care!Thanks to everyone for being courteous professionals that care.They accept insurance including Medicaid.

I do not recommend this office they do not value there Clients/patients and have no customer retention.

I thought Id give this office a try even though they dont have very good reviews. I recommend staying away from this office. Im disabled. I see 6 specialists whove all decided I should have a PCP to be the middle ground and ensure Im getting blood tests regularly. I made an appointment with this office. They told me to arrive at 1pm. I got to their office a few minutes early and couldnt figure out where to go. I called to ask and was told I was 30 minutes late. Nobody told me to confere early, when they made the reminder call no message was even left for me. But somehow they told me it was fault.

The staff here is amazing. Dawn is an amazing provider. Ivana is my personal favorite. They make you feel like family not just a patient. Being that Im disabled they have helped so much with everything I need. Love love love them.

Absolutely horrible place with horrible rude and unhelpful people. Dont waste your time or your hard earned money. Especially dont risk your health. It is not worth it. These people only care about money and not human beings. RUDE is an understatement. From the moment you are greeted by the most unfriendly woman in the world that works the phones and front desk you can feel that there is nothing comforting about being here. Miserable cold dead stares are all that you will be greeted by here.

More medical staffs should be as caring as this one! At times they are spread extremely thin, so you may have to remind them about a medication refill. If they can get you in last minute, they will try their best. Theyre always trying their best to give everyone the best care possible. Its difficult to find a medical office that takes Medicaid, which is one of the reasons this office is so busy. They dont make the big bucks like other offices, so the amenities are a bit rough around the edges. Theirs is obviously a labor of love and their patients appreciate them. I think theres a special place in heaven for caregivers like these.

Dawn Delahousse and her team at the Colorado primary care clinic are truly people who care about others. In my opinion they did more then Beyond what they need to do. They treat you like family. Im thankful I found them they saved my dads life!! Thank you guys

I have been going here for a while now. I love how every time I go my Dr knows right away my situation. And I feel like she really cares. I love you Dawn along with most of your staff.

Lazy staff who doesnt help patients. The Dr there doesnt help her patients and has blatantly ignored my husbands health and safely. We will me moving to sue for mal practice. Please be careful going here.

Dawn and Ivana truly care about their patients and the health of their patients! They go out of their way to help their patients overcome health problems. They truly listen. Follow up with phone calls & messages is excellent. The wait time when arriving is a bit long but I know that when I am seen they take their time and I dont mind waiting 10-15 extra minutes. They take insurance or have a self pay program that is very affordable. Usually 30 minutes is spent with me when I have an appointment which is unheard of with most Drs offices.I definitely recommend this office to my friends and most of my family attends here.

Literally the worst primary care you could pick. Go anywhere else. They know nothing about health here. It’s like playing Russian roulette with your health care. Front desk staff lies all the time to get out of doing work. Incompetent, untrustworthy. Go ANYWHERE else.

Im very pleased with the way this office and there staff have treated my wife and daughter. Dr Ivana is amazing and honestly Im a veteran who wishes I could get seen here so that at least I would get treated like a human being with respect let alone the fact I would get amazing treatment this place has the best staff and drs and they genuinely care about you and your needs as a patient. Im not even a patient myself and the Dr answers any questions I have even though my wife and daughter are ivanas patients. Thank you Colorado primary care thank you sincerely.

I am a veteran and was given this place as my new primary care center. I have called them five times the last week and a half with out them returning my calls. I think it is such poor customer service. It is very unprofessional of them not to return their clients phone calls. I plan on changing my primary care giver tomorrow. I hope that people read this review before deciding to take a chance at this clinic. The sad part is I really liked my provider I just have no idea why they will not return my phone calls.

I have visited this place about 3 times and I have had a great experience in all visits. I love Dr. Dawn Fetzko. I also want to give a big thank you to Yuni the person I spoke to on the phone. Yuni was patient and answered all my questions. Thank you!

Looking for a new PCP, I called spoke to “cindi”, so rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate.During our phone call today 5/28/19, I couldn’t hear her, she just wouldn’t speak up. Her response to a lot of my questions was “I runno”. So rude. Also; I can hear workers in the back shouting patient birthdays and addresses, Who uses this language or behavior in a professional setting!? I asked for her manager as she said she couldn’t tell if she took my insurance, and she explained she didn’t have any higher ups. They chose this woman represent this practice, so based off of my initial contact I wouldn’t even trust providers with my care here! ZERO stars.Reply to response:Please, READ the review in FULL, I said she wouldn’t speak up, as in she wasn’t loud and clear.And by “higher up” I mean manager. I asked for a manager and she said she didn’t have one. Also it was two phone calls, I had to call back after we were disconnected and she didn’t bother calling back.Thanks I found a pcp, and the amazing receptionist verified me prior to to my appointment today! appointment.Now that’s implementing customer service!

The front lady Deborah is very rude. I had an appointment at 9 a.m. she called me at 8:29am and said I should have already been there since I was a new patient. I explained to her that I was just pulling into the parking lot at 8:30. When checking in she continue to have a very poor attitude unfortunately, I will not go back to this Clinic.

Waste of time. Rescheduled and pointless referrals by Doctors to treat things they’ve seen you previously for. Save yourself a morning or afternoon and go somewhere else were they may value your time.

Here I go again. Have called 8+ times in the past two days to make an appointment. No avail I get an answering machine each time. I have left 8 messages and still no one has called back, what is the deal. Need a medication check etc. What does someone have to do. Please beware.Have a serious health issue for which a specialist is required. Specialist contacted the office November 22, 2016, and as of today November 30, 2016 has not received request records. I call the office to find out what the hold up is and Jasmine says she never received a request, saying all this before she knew who she was speaking with. This is not the first time, they seem to loose prescription refill request constantly. I told Jasmine to gather up the records (and by the way they charge you for them) put a dollar amount on them and I would be down to get them. When Jasmine was asked by my boyfriend to speak to a supervisor, she refused unless he told her the purpose of his inquiry. He told her it did not pertain to her she refused his call. The NPS are good their staff are rude, nosey, and very unhelpful.
