Dont even want to call these people people so I will call them things because people dont treat other people poorly! These things have no information on my husband I got transferred to 3 different things and was told to call back tomorrow!! Ugh learn how to do your got dam jobs and Nobody is illegal on stolen land!!!

This is also a federal holding facility for legal detainees. Per federal guidelines they’re required by law to allow contact visits and will not allow the Marshall detainees to have those contact visits with their family. The Staff has mentioned that they could but that they are under staffed.....not the detainees problem or the family members attempting to see their relatives. Also when a federal detainee receives a call from their attorney the emoloyees do not answer the calls nor do they relay messages to the detainees and when the attorney also comes to visit they have to wait 30 minutes to an hour just to see their client. All these behaviors are totally unacceptable and should be investigated. Their are individuals eagerly waiting to speak to their lawyers regarding their case and with these unprofessional behaviors this can cause issues with moving forward with their case. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE!

Staff lies to the detainees, then punishes them for being upset about being lied to. Solitary is best described as a dog kennel. I am ashamed that the men & women of ICE, representatives of our grand country, treat these detainees with such disregard & disdain, as if their lives arent as important or they deserve less respect because they werent born on US soil.

How can any of us let this go on any longer?

I send important information through the mail for a relative to receive the next business day which they needed it ASAP, they recieved it the day it was suppose to get there (which the facility had to sign for it, and they did) and they did not give it right away and it was for court!! I dont understand why they make it more complicated!!!! Little things like things depend whether a person gets deported!!!! 😡😡😡😡

My husband was a federal inmate there and they transferred him to a differnt facility but sure did not send his money with him!!! Seems like a scam to me!!!

Just another group of government employees; lazy, apathetic, SLOW, incapable and ignorant with a high turn over rate. They wouldnt answer their phones, few knew much information about their own jobs details along with the very process they are hired to handle. They lie about court hearings and its dates, they give very poor directions to visitors, and treat innocent immigrants as criminals.

This contrary from the way I see my country; and that which you do to those are of the least of my family, you do to me.

Great place! Ive spent most of my life in it. Good cells for us prisoners. The court is right in the prison building. And there allowed to date. Theres a bunch of plasma TVs. Do not miss your chance to visit this magnificent place!
