I absolutely loved my massage from Andrea. She has the unique ability to listen to my input and adjust the pressure shes applying which makes for a very enjoyable experience. She also DIDNT do the worst two things a massage therapist can do: breath in my face or talk the whole time. A massage with Andrea is money well spent!Joe Beasley

My boyfriend and I came in for a couples massage yesterday. We had Andrea and Debania and had a great experience! Andrea did some amazing deep tissue work on me, and I feel like Ive been destroyed and rebuilt in the best way. Weve already pre-booked our next one.

4 hours of heaven, an awesome pedicure, thanks Michelle Peper. A wonderful smoked salmon lunch, a fabulous 60 minute message with hot towels & hot stones, OMG!!! Followed by a full facial, DeBania is amazing at what she does. A fabulous experience, loved it ladies!!!

We booked a 4 person spa day, for a bachelorette weekend! When we got there the place is small, cramped, the walls were dirty and on one of the doors there looked liked there was a blood stain. The carpet was stained, the walls were stained and our 3 robes....yes 3 for 4 people were oddly stained in awkward places. The 4th person got to walk around wrapped in a sheer sheet. When we were greeted the therapists behaved unprofessional not to mention were unprofessionally dressed...one had a huge hole in the crotch of her leggings. If you are looking forward to a nice deep tissue 90 minute massage, please put those hopes and dreams in the trash, preferably the visible open trash cans located throughout the tiny musty establishment.We were told to undress and would be given a few minutes to get comfortable in the bed. They need to learn how to count because they barged in with no notice after about 45 seconds.Now to the facial, first off, none of the tools were sanitized. I work at a salon and know where to look to make sure sanitization is being done! Oh... lets talk about the lack of licenses posted... like none... anywhere... I dont know what the lady put on my face because well, she never spoke a word the entire time and then left the room multiple times for upwards of ten minutes! Long story short, my facial was terrible.Massages...we were asked the firmness we wanted. My massage therapist delivered, but my teammate got the softest worst rub down of her life. I had to make up for it later with a proper massage. Can we talk about the bottle of store bought virgin olive oil? Ive been to king soopers and know you guys got us the cheap stuff. At least splurge and baste us up with the top shelf oil if youre going to the grocery store for your supplies. How was the 90 minute massage, you ask??? Great, if you mean 50 minutes, because thats how long it lasted. Would have been nice to have been told that at the beginning of our time there. We were told it was due to staffing issues. but Im confused how a 60 minute facial and 30 minute foot reflexology (never got it) doesnt equal our other 2 friends having a 90 minute massage during the same time and then swapping... we paid 200$ for it. I mean, if it was staffing, sorry we only gave you a month and a half notice. Our bad...After we were changed into our spa robes we were escorted into the public atrium in the business building to use the bathroom... while wearing no shoes.After our spa day not equaling 3 hours of spa we paid for. We were given some shady lunch service on nasty place mats. Oh... did I mention my masseuse left near the end of my already short massage to go get the lunch? Anyways, the food was tasty. I mean this is Cherry Creek. I guess we assumed the spa would be good as its in a posh area of Denver. At least they got us good food. But thats only because it came from a different restaurant. Their champagne??? It was That cheap Andre brand you can buy on a budget. They opened a new bottle and served it mixed with an already opened bottle. I asked them To keep the bottle at the table... they didnt. The location we ate in was a business park atrium area. Super sketch if you ask me... we were uncomfortable by the whole experience.Well, we went to pay, and this is where the owner finally explained how they were understaffed to give us the package we booked a long time ago. We decided to not fight it and just pay the 200$. Then the lady asked us if wed like to leave a 20% tip. We politely declined. I work at a salon and always tell clients to tip what theyre comfortable with. The signs posted everywhere you Went in this establishment encouraging you to tip generously should have been enough. The establishment also shouldnt be in control of adding my tip. Most places let you write it in. I found that to be very unprofessional! We will not be going to this place ever again. Ive been to cheaper places that are far better. If we could we would give this place zero stars.

Best couples massage in town! Andrea and DeBania do amazing work on the bodies. Yes, there are some techniques that are unique but really make a difference in how the body feels. They know what they are doing and they do it well. We have pre-booked a few more after the 1st experience and each time it continues to get better. Sometimes with couples massages, the challenge is finding 2 great therapists, so both people have a great experience. We feel that finding Andrea and DeBania was a great win for us. Keep up the great work Andrea and DeBania!

Me and a friend took a girlfriend trip. We came all the way from Dallas Texas and Indianapolis Indiana. We scheduled, way in advance, a 10:00am appointment. After our uber dropped us off, not only were they not ready for our appt., they were closed!!! At 10:00 am theyre closed??? If you are excepting 10:00 appts, why arent you opened before 10? I received an email to say that they except our appt times and would we like to add an extra $40 to include lunch. Ummm how about you get order in your own business before serving a $40 lunch, because clearly, youre not ready. Too far to come to a closed appt!
