Just when I think Salon Patrick cant get any better in the quality of the services provided and the professionalism of their staff, they raise the bar even higher! I had to change my appointments at last minute due to an unexpected death in the family and McKenzie was so supportive, continued to work until she found options that would accommodate my hectic schedule.Then Kristie and Madison were awesome! They were compassionate and understanding of my situation, tag teamed my requested services and had me out the door on time, as committed. And never once did I feel they were rushing or cut corners with my pedicure or hair service. The quality was exceptional, as always!Ive been a client at Salon Patrick for about 18 months and my only regret is that I previously didnt know about this gem of a salon!

The staff at Salon Patrick, were welcoming and professional. The salon is clean, modern and well appointed. When I called to set up an appointment. I didnt know who to ask for. But they set me up with Sammy, who is about 40 years my Jr. Sammy was friendly and was so upbeat she almost sparkles. Shes knowledgeable, easy to talk to and took her job very seriously. She helped me to figure out what would be best for me with regard to my hair color. Ive been at a crossroads with regard to color and style. It was definitely time for a big change. But, I didnt know which way to go. Sammy quickly came up with a well thought out plan. Ive already booked my next appointment with Sammy.Thank you

Jessica is a friendly and very skilled hair dresser! The entire staff is welcoming as well. It’s a great place that offers many services, and hair supplies beyond hair cuts. I have been going there for years, and am happy to say that I plan on going there for many more!

Hair cut was not even, nor was it what I asked for. Highly disappointed!! Didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home. I was under the dryer so Sammy never checked my hair when it was dry. I spent $120. The color is nice. 8-6-21 Marilyn.

Madison is fantastic! She was meticulous with my pedicure and I was so relaxed that I think I fell asleep for a few minutes. She wanted to add a few highlights to my hair and they turned out beautifully! I don’t want to rave too much or else I won’t be able to get in with her the next time I need services.

This salon is a retreat from a hard day. From the welcome at the front desk, to my talented beautician, they treat you with such care and attention, you feel like a princess. Its a marvelous place.

I have been a client of Shannon’s for approximately 15 years, and this place just keeps getting better! It has been wonderful to watch them grow, and to also benefit from it! I cannot recommend this place, and the services they offer, enough!In regards COVID and the precautions the salon is taking, I feel safer here than I do at any other establishment I have visited since the pandemic began.

I will NEVER go here again. My hair was done November 2nd, and I emailed them November 8th. It dragged out so long because they are HORRIBLE at responding, and now they are refusing to partially refund me because my roots have grown out, its taken so long... and NOW theyre saying I got what I wanted. NO! Thats the whole reason I contacted them about hating what they did to my hair in the first place!I came in with brassy, yellow hair and asked for light grey color... If that was too much for my hair, then darker grey. The plan was to bleach my roots and ends to get an even-toned blonde underneath, tone it grey, then cut it. What happened? My roots were bleached, the toner didnt work, and I got my hair cut. I left with lighter yellow hair that was all different colors from root to tip, but was charged FULL PRICE for the hair I originally requested. I was offered toner to fix it, but at the same time, whoever responds to emails is dense. They keep telling me, the color you had is beautiful! No its not! Its all different colors, and I still have the same problems that I came in with: Yellow roots, yellow ends, and white-ish middle. I paid for my hair to be one, even blonde tone and grey dye. She didnt even do everything she said she would, and still charged me for everything. My hair looks absolutely horrible because of the insane amount of breakage that I have from them touching my hair. I look like Albert Einstein if my hair is up in a bun because of the breakage, it sticks out everywhere. She said to make sure my hair was in better condition to get it toned, but it STILL feels like straw. Ive dumped even more money into my hair by having to buy nice shampoo, nice conditioner, and tons of deep conditioners to try and get my hair back to health. I hesitated to go back in because of the horrible condition my hair is in. Now theyre telling me they refuse to partially refund me for their horrible work because they achieved my desired goal. No, no they did not!! After ONE WASH, my hair looked even WORSE!

I feel like I get totally professional and personalized service! The cost is high for my budget, but I keep going back because her service is excellent!This salon was recommended to me when my previous hairdresser retired. Have had 3 appointments now and all such positive experiences! It is quite a bit more expensive than my last salon, but the expertise and quality has been worth it.

Amanda is who cuts my hair, Ive also had Sammy. Both are incredibly detailed professionals. The Salon is always clean, the entire staff will do there best to accommodate your needs with a smile. Always such a stress reliever to walk into this salon. You are always greeted with a hello and a smile!

Hairdresser was Great! My issue was, that not one employee I witnessed was wearing a mask. All were wearing face shields. Face shields work together layered with masks to protect coughing and sneezing, not the close contact breathing of the virus that a mask would help shield. Face shields protect fluids and droplets. The masks add a layer of protection especially in close contact situations like hairstyling! When most people now are wearing masks to protect each other, I would expect the business to use the tools available for the best safety and protection to their customers. Unfortunately I will not return.*Thank you for your reply. My compliment stands for the hairdresser, my comment is directed to you, the owner. Wearing face Shields coupled with face masks are the ultimate protection, each has its own function. Shields alone can give some droplet protection, but being kipped up, where your breath is not shielded, is not the proper way to wear a shield. I appreciate your educating me, but I work in healthcare and am fully knowledgeable of the CDC guidelines.

I have been going to Amanda for almost two years now. Professionally I’ve never had anyone get my coloring right the first time. And when I asked her opinion on a great cut for me she was spot on. I like that she always remembers what we’ve talked about and will ask questions about what is going on. It helps that she laughs at my jokes. It is so much better than the other places I used to go to. Everyone there is friendly even when it is the end of the day times I sometimes have to schedule. The place is always clean and I’ve never had to sit and wait before I am in a chair getting my hair done. I am completely satisfied with Amanda and Salon Patrick.

I went in for an airbrush makeup session with Jaclyn. It was amazing!! The place is clean, beautiful, and so chic. The staff was friendly and super accommodating. Online appointment setting was a breeze too! Highly recommend.

So first the staff has always been friendly with me the numerous times Ive been there. But I had first came to Abbie a few years ago and shes the only person to ever achieve what Im trying to go for with my hair. She always looks over your hair and forms a game plan and doesnt just jump into the service and hope for the best. Ive never walked out of there disappointed with my hair and my whole life sometimes tends to be a disappointment. But on another note, I took my 3.5 year old daughter to get her first hair cut also with Abbie. I couldnt be more pleased. My daughter has a significant speech delay which makes some things a little harder and Abbie was absolutely amazing with her and her hair looks so pretty. I honestly cant thank her enough.

I had my hair cut and colored by Shannon last night, so I had plenty of time in the salon to observe their methods. I was extremely impressed by their level of cleanliness. When an individual got up from a chair it was immediately wiped down with disinfectant. There was no time spent congregating at the desk upon entering or leaving (payment handled while in the chair). There are obviously best practices in place, and the staff is well-trained to observe them. In this time of Covid, there aren’t many places indoors that I want to visit, but I felt completely comfortable at Patrick’s Salon. (I also got a great cut!). Highly recommend.

From the time you walk in the door and the receptionist greets you to the time you leave and the receptionist tells you to have a good day everything is professional at Salon Patrick. In this day and age everything is set up to follow CDC practices. All salon and spa services are offered. My personal hair coloring and haircuts are always perfect and I get them done by Shannon the salon owner. I would never go anywhere else.

Very nice staff! Very clean! I came in for a cut and some color and Sammi did an amazing job on my hair I just wish the fun colors in my hair lasted longer but other than that I had amazing service and was treated very good! They are following all guidelines due to the coronavirus and even come to you for payment so your not standing in the area where people come in, they disinfect everything after every customer and all wear masks or face shields!

I have been coming here for two years now and I highly recommend Alla for all your hair and nail needs. She does an excellent job with my gel manicures and express pedicures. I have gone to her for all of my hair care needs—including styling, bayalage, cutting, etc. She does such an excellent job and I have recommended her to everyone!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this salon. I’ve been to Salon Patrick since November of 2017 and there’s no other place I’d rather go to, to help me feel my best. With the recent pandemic and as a healthcare frontline worker, I am very confident in the precautions the staff are taking to ensure the health and safety of not only themselves but for each customer who walks in. Personally, I get eye lash extensions done by Jackie every two weeks faithfully. Since the salon has opened, I’ve had extension fillings, a facial and eyebrow waxing done by her. I can’t tell you enough the extra precautions taken to ensure my safety and for the customers she has after me. The salon has always delivered high quality services, but during this time, they have exceeded my expectations to instill that each person is safe and welcomed.

I’ve been coming to this salon for over 8 years and I would highly recommend everything. Young upcoming stylist Alla gives the best hair and pedis. I recommended her to everyone I know and now everyone is hooked 🔥🔥🔥

I have been a loyal customer for the last two years but after the way I was treated this morning I will never be back. I had an appointment at 9:30 this morning and got a call on my way out the door at 9:00 telling me they had to cancel my appointment..... No offers to make it right just told I could reschedule for another day..... 2 days before thanksgivings. This is not how customers should be treated!!!!

I am new to Salon Patrick as my stylist retired after going to her for over 15 years. My daughter goes to Autumn and suggested I try her. I was nervous but Autumn put me at complete ease at my consultation.I have fine, short and blonde colored hair.She LISTENED and did an awesome job on my hair!Super sweet tooooo!Also .... I for the first time ever got the hand tied hair extensions with Jen. I’m 48 and was hesitant thinking only the younger girls do this.Now I’m not sure how I lived without them.Of course I was again concerned with damage to my already short, fine and blonde hair. IT IS AMAZING!!Jen, also such a great listener with my apprehensions .... put me at ease as both poor Autumn and Jen listened quite a few times me repeat!!They are SUPER and PROFESSIONAL!With that on one last note .... Julia who is one of the receptionists.... (all are sweet but she seems to deal with me most ) is also a GEM! Sweet and patient!!!Thank you Salon Patrick ! My new go to !!!!

I tried them because we moved and I needed (or wanted) a quality hair cut. Boy, did I get it here. Typically, I critique my cut after I get home, normally finding something that can only annoy me. Dont need to do that from this salon.
