So, the first time I went in, they seemed really cool. I got the membership and everything was fine. They double charged me. I went back in and got a refund for the second charge.After a few months, I realized that I wasn’t making it in often enough for the membership to be a benefit for me, so I asked to cancel it AS I WAS MAKING A PURCHASE. I was told that I wasn’t even in the system because “new ownership” even though I had just been charged for it the day before. I had him take my name down with the intent to make sure it was cancelled and I was no longer being charged for something that I apparently couldn’t even use if I wanted to.I have been charged 2 more times. I even emailed who I’m assuming is the owner because his contact info is on the invoices, with no response and a third charge was attempted just today, but was declined because my bank put a block on it.Maybe this will get someone’s attention.STOP CHARGING ME MONEY FOR SOMETHING I HAVE TRIED TO CANCEL TWICE AND YOUR EMPLOYEE SAYS I DON’T EVEN HAVE!UPDATE 09/20/20:Guess who tried to charge me again! The way this business is run is a joke.

These guys are great! My go to store for Supplements, meal plans and ready to eat meals.

Used to love the Aurora store on Parker, however , over the last year the service has really declined. The shelves seem to empty in comparison to what they used to be. Almost every time I call to schedule cryotherapy they are out of nitrogen. Myself and several family members signed up for their monthly program. After a couple months my mother decided she wasn’t going to use it like she thought she would. We canceled and then she was charged again the following month. When I called to make sure it was canceled they said there was not a card on file (yet she was charged??) , so they couldn’t refund her. She was then charged again the second month after canceling. The employee I spoke with said we are not the only ones experiencing this problem and she could come in and get store credit. When we went to the store the manager was rude and unfriendly. He said “that happens a lot here”.

This place is great they have everything you need. Knowledgeable staff, great supplements, meals, protein bars etc., great training facility, personal training, cryotherapy, red light therapy, massage, and lot of other high tech body scanning devices that are worth checking out .

Stopped by Saturday during regular business hours and their door was just locked. Pretty cool to pay for a membership and they cant open their business on time.

This place is the best. Pure professionals and full of knowledge to help your gains. The meal plans are so good too. Youll never catch my fridge without at least 2. If you havent been yet, get your butt in!!

My girlfriend and I have been going to the Fit Republic Parker/Quincy location for about a year now and absolutely love their service, the helped us find a protein mix that met our needs and has now become our favorite protein mix. Alex (employee) is extremely nice to work with and also very knowledgeable/helpful, definitely recommend you check this location out!

I love this place. The protien donuts are amazing and so are the employees. It keeps me coming back for more. I definitely recommend to come here and trying their sweets if your really strict on your eating.

Was looking for some low-carb treats and found some here. The sales guy was helpful and super nice. Didnt care for the low-carb donuts but the peanut butter muscle bites are the bomb! Will be back for more.

Staff is incredibly informative about how to manage your health and fitness regimen. They also really know everything about what they are selling; I.e. Most importantly, they dont believe in fads, just facts. One of the employees actually steered me away from a more expensive product simply because of the name brand. I got a better product with a lesser price. Because of their products (with proper diet and training of course) I have seen dramatic positive results. I will continue to go here, and I will always go here before GNC.

I have been there a few times, and there are going to be a few points I will make in comparison to other shops. First, this place has their key product lines. Personally I love this, because you dont have 20 different product names to look from. Everything is extremely clean, you never have to worry about things being dirty and dusty, or unorganized. Those who work there know about fitness and how to reach goals. In 10 minutes you can receive an education on nutrition, supplements, other products, and overall steps to achieve your goals. I wont speculate on other companies, but every time you walk in, you get that feeling that everyone cares. The Aurora location is great for everything I need.

Its been 20 years since my last go at weightlifting, and the products at fit republic are awesome. At 45 I am recovering quickly from heavy workouts and continue to lower my body fat percentage. The products I use include Reign pre-workout, matrix whey blend and thermo pills.
