The pies are fantastic and they have eggnog almost all year round. But with most times it hasnt uppity feel to it. You cant beat their meat though unless youre butcher your own animals.

Heinens lives up to its reputation in produce, dairy & meats. I patronize the Twinsburg & Aurora locations and both provide great customer service as well.

They have a great variety of products, and for vegetarians too.

I dont usually shop at heinens because their prices are a little outrageous, but theyre produce section is phenomenal, if its something you havent had in awhile or a fruit youve been looking for you can find it there and their produce people take extra care that it is handled properly and if you have any questions they are right there to answer them and give you the update on what is the best kind for what youre looking for so as far as produce it is one of the best places around even if it is pricey

I bought Crispy Green fruit snacks, they would be something I would buy, except they are a product of China, I would not trust food products from China, there must be a domestic alternative I would not buy this again

Love the Chardon Store. My Go-to for Fresh Seafood is the Aurora store. Today i purchased the fresh Grouper & Oysters. Just so you know the young man in Seafood Dept. made THE best Fresh Shrimp- Mango salad ever! Fresh Sliced Jalapeno & other peppers, red onion, fresh cilantro & a beautiful light vinegrette, NO mayo...Hope you keep offering that deliciousness. Very great customer service. Thankyou. I should have bought 2 #s.

Never been in Heinens and paid much attention but I am beginning to like this chain. Cpean, helpful and polite staff, all the stuff I like. I just need to bounce the numbers and this may become an option. The fish market doesnt smell either...

The excellent customer service from the helpful & friendly staff at the Aurora Ohio location contributes to a consistently refreshing shopping experience. Silly me for thinking I would receive the same respectful courtesy from cashiers at a deep discount store. Lesson learned: Heinen’s values it’s customers.

Nice store, clean and big aisles. Cashiers are great too. Love going to Heinens because they always clean, not crowded and have an awesome butcher dept and bakery dept.

They usually have what Im looking for, they have an amazing bakery. The employees are always polite and helpful. Wether Im going for one thing or multiple things I always find something I didnt see the last time and wind up getting it to.

I absolutely love this grocery store. The workers are extremely helpful. The produce is the best in the area. You can find a TON of Gluten-free food options. They have fresh made sushi and a deli. The selection of produce is insane. I recently got some cherry tomatoes and they were the best I had in a long time.

Just moved here, lots of selections in groceries. Good location behind my townhouse and good hours. People working smiled and were nice. Door man loaded my cart into car, very kind. This is great service to offer. I tried homemade soup and was very good and large portion, very strong taste, I will come and get again.

Excellent food selection, variety, and everything is delicious. The made to order section is yum! Try the stir-fry! The only thing keeping this from a 5 star is the prices. They are NOT CHEAP. To me, this is not a place you do your everyday grocery shopping unless you have money. BUT its definitely worth a stop in from time to time. Grab dinner to go, or pick up something new youve never seen before. I guarantee it will be tasty!. Just understand the prices might be a little shocking at first. To be fair - there are a lot of organic, free range, locally sources items - which are expensive at almost every grocery store anyways.

$5 sushi Wednesdays are a great buy at Heinens Instacart! The regular prices range from $7.99 to $9.99 for their quality rolls. My favorite is the Golden Tempura Roll with the BBQ Smoked Salmon as a close second. Give it a try if you are in the neighborhood and are trying to wean yourself from the overly greasy fast food alternatives.

Great local grocery store, had excellent selection of prepared foods, as well as nade to order items. Their wine and beer selection is good as well. They will have samples out, as well. Great for gourmet quality foods and their produce always looks fresh!

One of our preferred 2 grocery stores. Includes bakery and beer/wine section. Its well lit and well stocked, with helpful staff and cashiers. No pharmacy, should you want a drug store in your grocery.

Love all Heinen stores! Love their organic produce, meat and other item selection that are available locally and not have to order online. Always super friendly. Prices are a bit higher than other stores, but you definitely get what you pay for and if you pay attention to their circulars, they are actually less expensive than other grocery stores many times

I love Heinens stores in general and this is an excellent example. Very, very clean, efficient, well-run and with just about the nicest people you could imagine. They have things laid out in a logical manner with lots of room in the aisles. I really cant say enough good things about this store.Dont miss: fresh, local, Ohio City Pasta as well as the great craft beer selection.

Outside of Wegmans in New York, this is hands down the best grocery chain in the country. Staff is always helpful, pleasant and will go out of their way for you, so many times staff have gone to check the back room for an item I was looking for. I dont know why anyone would shop somewhere else.

This store has great selection at a fair price.What I like best is the parking lot is set up in such a way that every parking spot is close to the door which is great when there is bad weather. Also they never let you wait in line.If an employee sees more than 3 people in line they will open another register and check you out . What I didnt like is loading my bowl for stir fry then being told they ran out of beef and was forced to choose chicken or shrimp. This is a grocery store with probably 100 of pounds of beef at the back of the store yet no beef for me ?????????

Certainly the people that work at Heinens are extremely friendly. I was asked four times how I was doing. The department workers are determined to make sure you leave Heinens a happy customer and I always have.

Heinens must only hire the best....everyone is friendly and helpful. The food has always been top notch as well. I love the parcel pickup.

Nice selection....ridiculous prices. RIDICULOUS. Everything is marked up much more than other stores. But it is quicker to get in and out than the reasonably priced stores. So sometimes you just duck it up and pay too much.
