I just transferred my prescription to this location because I live in the area. However, I am very disappointed with their service. I called a refill on one of my prescription on a Friday and the staff I spoke to said that she will call my doctor’s office that same day. The following Tuesday, I called to follow up and the same staff said that my doctors office didn’t reply yet. I again called on Wednesday to follow up and another staff whom I spoke to told me in a high tone” there’s nothing I can do if your doctor doesn’t reply “ I called my doctor and found out that CVS only sent the request yesterday not the same day when I called them. This location is very unreliable and I will not recommend it to anyone,

Me and my family got tested there and they said the results would come in 1-2 days. It came a week after. We needed the results to go to Puerto Rico but ended up using a different place to get tested... dont waste your time getting tested here.

This CVS is always very clean and organized when I go inside, If you have a question someone is always willing to help. Great location and close to home which is nice, the pharmacy people are very helpful and accommodating as well.

AWFUL!!!!! I wish I could give zero stars. I called the morning after I filled out a prescription transfer to confirm this would be filled for pickup later. Pharmacist confirmed, I drove to CVS that night and they tell me the prescription is out of stock? 7pm no phone call, text or email asking if I’d like to transfer it to another location so that I could pick it up. The worst problem is they didn’t even resolve my issue and said it’s already 7pm and other CVS’s won’t fill the prescription? DO NOT waste your time or money here.

I had to wait in line in the pharmacy for 40 minutes for them to tell me that they dont know how to look up my insurance with my card. in their words they didnt know how to put in the information they had to Google search it. Every other pharmacy I go to put in the information and pulls it up within minutes they refused me because they didnt know how. I know they cover me because other people I work with have the same insurance and go to CVS

Always nice and clean and good but the guy here today was amazing. Dude should get a raise. He just started talking to me. That normally annoys me but idk it just didnt with him. (The guy at the counter at just after 3)

Pharmacy is good ,but grocery stuff always not in Stock not organized, not priced correctly ,,when there is no limit the staff dont even let you buy in quantity of 3-4.I was surprised to shop here Im like what kind business you guys doing ,keep at least product in stock so people can shop while they make stop at CVS for their Grocery.it was first time shopping at this CVS i, I preffred better to go shop some where else ,still can go only for my medicines but nothing else .poor service .very slow in service

The one thing I don’t like about CVS is the fact if you have an extra bucks reward that expired the previous day they will not accept it. Every other place gives you a grace period.

This CVS is normally well stocked and very clean. Pharmacy staff is always very helpful and go the extra mile.

The regular part of the cvs is fine clean and works well but I’ve had so many problems with the pharmacy that I’ve switched locations for refills. I’d give a one star if I could just rate for the pharmacy honestly.

This is not a bad location. I’ve been living close by and uses this one frequently for the last 10 years.The service quality is not there as before and I’m not a big fan of the “NEW” layout.

CVS was a predictable and great experience, compared to the Walgreens down the street. MY WALGREEN EXPERIENCE: The Walgreens pharmacist explained to me the imposition and trouble it was to get a prescription transferred from another company (Meijer) to Walgreens, but if my prescription was simply from a Walgreens to a Walgreens, then itd be simple for them... but reluctantly asked if I wanted it filled there, to which I said I didnt want to put them in an imposition, so they simply wished me a nice day and said bye. MY CVS EXPERIENCE: CVS didnt even blink, they immediately started the process to fill the prescription without ANY sense of inconvenience. I guess CVS wants my business, whereas Walgreens sees me as a bother. CVS 5 STARS.

Like cvs better than Walgreens however lately their lines are long and the cashiers take a while to check people out. Kind of a pain when I’m running there just for milk sometimes.

This location is usually decently well kept. Its in a good spot to pop in and grab something if you dont feel like driving out to Route 59 or Route 34.

Incompetent pharmacy

Where to start...The pharmacy is incompetent to say the least. Literally have to go inside and check to ensure they are giving the correct dosages for our sons meds. They have also ran out before... Even my pediatrician warned against this location as they screw up his kids meds all the time as well.The store itself, employees are not nice. Went in this morning to pick up/argue with the pharmacy and was 10 min early brfbef they opened. Well decided to get a chocolate (paid for it) and sat in the seat by the photo place (pharmacy chairs werent open.) The manager on duty asked that I dont sit in the seat... Because someone MAY come in to use the photo thing. It was 8:50am!! I just replied if someone comes in the next 10 min I would get up.Seriously do not go here..

I was sent to this CVS by my regular CVS to have 1 of my monthly scripts filled. My CVS did not have the medication in stock (Dr had changed the strength) I dealt with a male pharmacist named Kay, last name I cannot pronounce or spell?? When asked all he said was Kay? He was so rude & judgemental. I was told earlier in the week to call on Sat to have my script filled. Thats exactly what I did & I was told theyd get it ready for me. I live 30 min from this CVS. So 6hrs after I called in to request the fill , I go to pick it up. I am greeted by Kay who tells me he will not fill my script until Mon?? Even though my ins covered it, it was day 29 of a 30 day supply, and I was told by them to call on this day to get it filled. Even after all this, this is not what made me frustrated. It wasnt even his horrible attitude, or his un neccessary judgement of me. Where was a simple phone call? A simple call to explain to me why he wanted me to wait another day to have my medication filled.. I never got that call. Instead I drove 30 minutes in a horrible rain storm to be treated like trash. This pharmacist Kay said he didnt even normally work at this CVS, he was just filling in. My suggestion to this particular CVS or any other CVS is to NEVER allow this man to have contact with your customers. Ive been going to CVS for 10 yrs. The same amount of time that Ive been seeing my Dr, who has prescribed me the same meds every month and Ive never had an issue like this and I hope to never experience it again.

THe team at the pharmacy is awesome. They take care of my wife, kids and father in law like their know us personally. I want to mention names but I dont want to miss anyone, Vanessa, Afsha, basia, are all super stars and everyone in the pharmacy is awesome. At the cashier everyone is awesome, from that girl who works two shifts In pharmacy and in front, to the African American manager lady, shes always so helpful, I wish I had her name, the store manager with his beard leads his teams wel and alsways asks how I am doing, the Indian guy raj is always nice and attentive. Im a picky customer but the teams effort is very clear. I am sorry not use names. Ill he the names of people and edit this later. The whole team is awesome. Wish milk prices were consistent! :)
