Dr. Ho is incredible! And the assistants: Arlene, Nora, Maria and Bridgett at the front desk... they are incredible too! Everyone makes you feel like family! Weve been coming here for years and couldnt see going anywhere else.

Dr. Azim, Youssef, Arlene and Bridgett were great. They made me feel welcome and comfortable from the minute I arrived. They explained my treatment thoroughly and asked often if I was ok. I would highly recommend and Im looking forward to my next cleaning.

I loved Carmen at the reception desk. She has such a beautiful presence and a soft tone of voice. She is EXTREMELY helpful and kind. She helped me fill the forms. I had so many questions but she never showed irritability or annoyance. I loved that about her. Every one was very nice but she just stands out. I am so glad I came for my 6 month cleaning and met such a caring personality. I will make my second appointment at Ashton hoping to meet Carmen.

I had to have some dental work done that I’ve been putting off for a while. I’m not crazy about going to the dentist but the staff at Ashton Dental are excellent. Dr. Ho is super efficient and does frequent checks about how I’m doing during the procedures. The assistant Arlene is thorough and explains everything. The front staff (Jajaira and Carmen) are also very friendly.My entire family goes to this dentist (starting with my mom, who has had no issues with Medicare). I’m glad I found a good place to go that is near my house. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here since 2007. The staff are always changing but I really love the new staff. Not that I didn’t like the old staff. But the new staff are really nice and friendly. Dr. Azimi is super cool and very down to earth. The assistants are very nice too. I really like Arlene. She is very sweet. She normally does my cleaning. Yasmin and Maria are great too. They do my son’s cleaning. The receptionist Bridgett is very nice too. And the office manager Cecy is very helpful. I really enjoy coming here. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a great and friendly dental service.

Ive been coming here for about 6 months and the service here is excellent! I really love Dr.Ho, shes very gentle and thorough and her assistants are well trained. If you are looking for great results and a friendly staff this is the place to go.

My dentist for the past 20 years retired and I dreaded looking for a new one. What a pleasant surprise to find Ashton Dental. It’s close and during my initial visit I had X-rays taken and a teeth cleaning. The staff there, office manager Carmen, dental assistant Arlene and Dr Azimi couldn’t have been more accommodating. Best of all, they are on my dental insurance plan and close to home. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Amazing visit for my kids! Everyone was so patient with them! Jajaira , bridgette , and Carmen were so helpful in the front even put on a movie on for them! And Arlene and dr. Finally, a dental office where I can get ALL my work done (extractions, root canals), without being sent elsewhere! I absolutely love how Ashton Dental follows your insurance so closely and doesn’t stick you with any payment surprises. Dr. Ho and her staff are so professional and the front desk girls are kind & funny (especially Brandy)! I have had TONS of dental work done all my life and I can honestly say that this is one of the best places I have ever been to. I have already brought my friend here (and he loves it) as well as my son. Oh, not to forget to mention, my teeth look fabulous!! I can smile again! By the way, they took my medicaid/state insurance. Better hurry before their patient list fills up.

Dont go here for any service! Our first bad experience was last year, my kids got their cleanings and we waited another hour, and still they didnt call me back for mt cleaning. Told them we couldnt wait any longer and Id have to come back. They were very rude that I wanted to leave, even though it was an hour and a half after my appointment time and they still werent able to see me.I gave them another chance and we went in for our cleanings today. The kids went fine. After my x-rays the dentist told me hed like me to come back in for a deep cleaning and to get some cavities filled. I then waited in the room for 15 min before the office manager came back with paperwork. She starts showing me the figures they have come up with for future dental work(2 cavities & a deep cleaning), which was way too high ($3000 after insurance paid!!) I told her I could not pay that amount and would just like to continue my routine cleaning. She then said that the dentist would not give me a routine cleaning, which is what I was there for because I wouldnt agree to future dental work. She did not even check with him, just refused to allow me to have my cleaning done. So I got up to leave and she followed me in to the entry, I asked her for our dental records. She laughed and said she didnt have them all together and couldnt do it. So I said she could send them to me, she had the worst attitude and was so rude. While filling out the paperwork I finally told her she was being unnecessarily rude. She said she was not, smiled and said shed email my records. The entire interaction was very uncomfortable. I felt like they were inflating my bill, trying to get more money out of me and when I refused, they refused my routine teeth cleaning, which is what I went in for. After many unprofessional interactions over the 3 years we went there, we will NOT be going back & will be looking for a friendly, honest & professional dentist!

Aston dental! Exceptional service for both adult and child dental care. Great customer service from Brandy (front desk mgr) with a willingness to go the extra mile. Many people are having financial challenges and they are able to help with payment plans to ensure that you are able to fufill all your dental needs without worries. Root canal, extractions, cleanings, orthodontic referrals. Also they have Covid-19 safety measures in place when you walk in the door which is greatly appreciated and puts your mind at ease.

I have searched and searched for a dental office that would listen to my needs instead of a sales pitch. I found in this office. Brandie at the front made me feel like I had been a patient forever. The doctor was kind and explained everything and gave me options on treatment. Will be back and refer my friends and family!

My appointment was specifically made to get my cavities filled. Once I arrived I waited 30min in the waiting room, got my X-rays, just for Dr. Azimi to tell me I would have to come back and get my cavities filled... that he “didn’t have the time” to fill them... HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM?? He rushed through the entire interaction and brushed me off. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I’d give Dr. Azimi and this place ZERO stars if I could.

I dont understand the bad reviewers from a few years ago. This place was great! I was in and out like a snap of a finger. They are professional but in a friendly way which I prefer. I wish i remembered names. The dental hygienist assistant was friendly and made sure to ask if i was okay and comfortable throughout my cleaning and small filling. The doctor was very quick and gentle with cleaning and with the filling. They give you a heads up on everything they do. My teeth are happy😁

I haven’t seen a dentist in some time and I was really nervous going in. But after I sat down and the assistant Arlen made me feel really comfortable. Called me 6pm Friday night to confirm schedule for next morning at 11am. Tell the rude woman that I dont feel comfortable coming in due to the covid. She proceeds to immediately tell me that I will have to pay a $25 cancelation fee for not canceling within 24 hours. Not my fault you didnt notify me in advanced. Says if I dont pay they will send me to collections. Very rude and unprofessional. Place is trashy and doesnt have up to date equipment. Do not reccomend unless you are desperate.

Marla, hiba, and Dr. Azimi, were absolutely amazing. they were very very helpful and genuinely interested in helping me out with my headaches and trouble sleeping. Even helping me look into a sleep study so that I can better understand how to get better sleep. Staff is super fun, professional, and comforting!

I had a cracked filling so I went to Ashton Dental to see if they could help me. I have to say Dr.Sean and the entire staff are an incredible group of people! Stay away from this place! This Indian guy is a waste of time! Basic dentist that wont prescribe the proper medication for a severe broken tooth, drove 25 min for nothing, i could of stayed home and took Tylenol didnt need to pay out of pocket to be told that, and he left bone in after the extraction which I had to then see an oral surgeon because of his mistake.

I recently came to Ashton dental for a tooth emergency. Dr. Olu was excellent. She made me feel very comfortable. I didnt have a dentist in the area before this experience. Since she was so amazing I am now a reagular patient. I Have came back 3 times and its always been great. The front desk is always a pleasure and I like how they confirm every appointment.

I started going to Aston Dental about two years ago and was treated kindly and respectfully, but about three months ago new staff was put in place and they are horrible. They are rude and judgmental. I felt belittle while they got off on whatever power trip the lower staff members got off on. The DDS was pleasant and truly feel sorry for the employees she has to put up with.

I had an app last week for extraction. The dr Olu was great she did awesome with her assistant Estela shes very friendly too, she explains to me about the dental pass for people with out insurance like my mom. I really recommend this office. Please dont change all this personal workers are very nice people there Thanks🕧👍

My family and Ive been going to Ashton Dental for last 3-4 years for routine checkup, cleaning and deep cleaning. Entire staff and doctors are very nice to us and they treat us with good care. We have been visiting Dr. Neelam Aloor and she was outstanding and took care of us so well all the time so that we dont have to panic while going to a dentist. Another advantage is, its location, its very close to our place.

I have been going to this place for over 2 yrs. My last visit was September 2016 at which time the receptionist told me I owed nothingbecause I have two dental insurance plans. Yesterday I got a mail saying I have a huge bill from December 2015 . Never before have I heard of this bill. They have sent me several appointment reminders but never sent a bill until yesterday. Their explanation made no sense. Really awful service!
