Had all on 4 implants top and bottom in one day. I will say it is a long day having all teeth removed and implants placed, but the staff was very good. Dr. Goetz was great at making everything as painless as possible and did a great job. They are currently only temporary teeth but it would hard tell they are not real teeth. Looking forward to my new permanent teeth down the road.

I dont believe the front desk staff bothered to verify my benefits. That was confirmed when she said everyone with my insurance had to pay a copay for a cleaning, exam, and x-rays. Huh??? Theres no one size fits all patient insurance even from the same carrier. My insurance pays 100% for these in-network services. Now I have to wait to be reimbursed for services that I shouldnt have had to pay for. That made a bad first impression because I knew she really didnt check.As a new client I thought it unusual that Dr. Goetz didnt introduce himself when he entered the room. He said, Hi, lets take a look. He also didnt perform an oral cancer screening exam, which I thought was a standard of practice. However, the dental hygienist was very thorough and professional. After reading other reviews I think I may have received the implicit bias treatment. I certainly didnt feel the love. Im in search of a dental home. Hope springs eternal.

If I could I would give you six out of five stars! 6/5. You have completely removed my anxiety about going to the dentist. The team that I have interacted with so far Dr Martin, Dana, and Amari, and the front office staff......EVERYONE is great. Every procedure is explained. This definitely sets your mind at ease. They go out of their way to make you comfortable.I even paid attention to how the staff treats each other and in my observations theyre polite and gracious with each other which says a lot. Because of the office setup you can hear what is being said to other patients and to other staff so I know they were not putting on a show for my benefit. And I guess it doesnt hurt that they are a 5-minute drive from my house. I could walk if I wanted to. Perfect package!!!!! I definitely recommend them.

After not going to the dentist in over 10+ years I had to go to get a tooth looked at because it cracked. Dr.Martin was amazing and walked me through every step that would be done! The doctors are kind so that’s a plus the one time I went there. I also had a bonding done on my tooth but it chipped off after a day and broke more of my tooth even though I had ate nothing but smoothies, a bit disappointed about that because now I need to have more of my tooth fixed with an even bigger chip than before.

Got a tooth pulled today and the dentist and staff were amazing. They explain everything. Their equipment is advance so the experience was beyond what I could have imagined. Thanks for taking care of me!

I had my first visit at the office today & was very impressed. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and efficient, and the office was very clean. My X-rays were done quickly & painlessly, and I didn’t wait long at all to see Dr. Martin. He explained the treatment I’ll need, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable moving forward. I’m back on Thursday for the next step in my treatment, and I’m actually looking forward to it!

They do great! I get stressed when it comes to anything thing more then a teeth cleaning, and Smiles of Aurora handles it amazing. They talk me through each step and constantly ask if I am doing okay!

I had always been very nervous and scared to go to the dentist in the past. But now that I see Dr. Goetz at Smiles of Aurora, I am calm and not scared at all. He is very compassionate and caring. I used to actually hold my breath during procedures but since I have been seeing Dr. Goetz, I do not do that ever. He never causes me any pain even with a root canal. The office staff is great as well as his dental hygienist and his dental assistant.

This dentist office is a joke. They did my root canal and refuse to finish it after it has been completely paid for. I would never go to this joke of an office with terrible customer service.

Im terrified of the dentist. But I had to in the other day because my tooth is abscesses and the pain was excruciating. They dentist was so kind and understanding. Im embarrassed of my teeth but he wasnt in my face pointing out every single bad tooth. He focused on the one tooth and got me on antibiotics. I go back in Monday to have it removed. Im still really nervous cause Im not good with pain but I know Im in good hands

The first thing I noticed when walking in and sitting down in the waiting room is the family atmosphere.Dana (Dentist Hygienist) made sure I was comfortable in the Dentist chair. Dana went right to work taking pictures of my teeth and she was very efficient even showing me apicture or two. I always get greeted with a smile and friendly check in. The team there are absolutely great! Dr. Goetz is the best! He will take his time with you no matter what and even though it’s kinda hard to see because of our new way of life wearing masks, he is always smiling. . I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dentist office than I do with him and his awesome team.Dana is extremely thorough and gentle when it comes to cleaning and x-rays. The only thing I’d like to see added is another fish tank. I’m told Dana has adopted all the fish from the old office due to it being too large for the new area which is great but I do hold out hope for a smaller tank to be added in the near future. I’d love to walk in on my next visit and see a fishy swimming around, it just makes the visit a little more at ease for me. Until then, I’m treated and have always been treated with respect and kindness.I highly recommend Dr. Goetz and his team.

Best dentist around! I have been going to this office for over 20 years (previously Dr. Montminy), and I love the changes that Dr. Goetz has implemented. The office is clean, modern and the staff are all friendly and personable. Dr. Goetz takes his time to explain treatment plans, and makes sure you are comfortable and understand them.

I had a root canal done. The next day I was in sever pain. Left 3 voice mails. Two of them on the so called emergency line voice mail. 2 days later still no return call. Going to an urgent care to see if there is anything can do to help me I’m hoping I can find a different dentist that will finish the work I need done and fix whatever is causing the pain in my tooth

Dr. Goetz and Dr. Martin are excellent dentists. Ive been coming to this office since Dr. Goetz first arrived and have had nothing but good experiences. Very gentle. Explains everything and listens carefully. Recently, Dr. Martin replaced a crown and it went very smoothly. All the hygienists are skilled and professional. The front staff are, too!

I wasnt impressed at all. I went for a consultation. They charged a very questionable $98 consultation fee. When I asked what the fee was for, I was told that the doctor would perform a comprehensive evaluation. He didnt use any tools (though some were laid out), looked inside my daughters mouth for 2 minutes before telling me that they could not treat her. She is in braces and we moved here from out of state. They did not mention a fee until after I arrived. I have another consultation scheduled at a difference office and as expected, NO consultation fee. So, I wont be returning, not even for cleanings. They didnt make a good first impression. I dont trust them.

The people here are so good at what they do. Sometimes I forget I’m getting a dental procedure done. I have fallen asleep in the chair while getting a cavity filled. Twice. 10/10 will come back for another amazing nap, with the added perk of waking up with awesome teeth.

It was my first time going to the dentist after years of not having work done. My anxiety was high but I must say that the people working here are angels!! So nice and understanding of my anxiety with having my some teeth removed. They were fast, caring, informative, understanding and definitely recommend for those who are nervous about going! I must also mention I was set to have some teeth removed on a Monday and called their emergency line at almost 2am wanting to see if my appt could Be pushed up due to pain. They called me at 7:03am mind you they open at 7!! They put in on the schedule for 2:30 the same day!Thank you Dr. Martin and all the men and women I came into contact with!

Got my teethed cleaned today & the hygentist did an amazing job. I recently broke my jaw so Im limited as far as opening my mouth. She was so patient & removed all the stains from my mouth being wired shut. Dr. Goetz is always awesome & took his time examining me & giving me my options from my injury.
