Went to this dentist after having a terrible experience at another dentist. Im one of those people who avoid going to the dentist as long as possible until I have something go wrong. I had to go to one asap. I am very glad that I picked this place! Right away they make you feel as comfortable as possible. Office ladies were very kind and personable. The doctor gave me options that I didnt know would be possible. He explained things so I can understand. Hygienist was also very kind and explained things very through and answered any questions that I had. Overall I had a great first experience and I cant believe Im saying this, but Im looking forward to going back and moving forward in the right direction to getting my teeth better

I called and got an appointment right away to see a dentist about a mouth issue which came up suddenly. The dentist was thorough and came up with a conservative plan to address my issue. I appreciate that he didnt rush to a procedure and had time to discuss my options with me. He also made sure I was comfortable and reassured me if things changed, they would be there for me when next steps were needed.

Dr. Diab is awesome! I was so nervous about extracting my impacted teeth, but he took out all 3 in about 30minutes. He made it so seamless. I’m so grateful for such an awesome service.

Wonderful experience on my first visit. Spotlessly clean office with caring and very friendly staff. The Dentists are extremely knowledgeable and they have the most modern X-ray and scanning equipment. If that’s not enough, the best part is that they are experienced in dental implants and are have exceptionally reasonable prices. I love the fact that they don’t price gouge their customers, in fact they have the lowest price for dental implants from ANY other dentists in the area(and for that matter, the state). I saw their add for $1999.00 for dental implants and was skeptical so I made an appointment to see if it was true... IT IS! They are true to their word, if you need an implant (or any dental work) this is definitely the place to go. Don’t even think about it, make an appointment! You won’t be disappointed! Your mouth and especially your pocket book will be very happy. This place is doing a public service because many people put off dental work like implants because they can’t afford it, but here is a rare place where they may have an opportunity to afford it. And even if price is not a consideration, this is definitely the place to go.

Everyone here is sooooo nice and accommodating!! I moved to shorewood which is 45 minutes away but will continue to come here because of the people. They even sent me a Starbucks gift card for referring my husband to them! I’ve never had that before happen to me! Love this place and would highly recommend to anyone!!!

The staff there are so very friendly and so professional, they make sure you doing fine and if you anything. The Dentist will review your charts ahead of time, so when he sees you he knows what to ask and look for. They make you feel like one of dental group as family.

I’ve never consistently been to the dentist. Everyone hates the dentist! But Smile More Dental has a great team that really takes care of everyone that walks through the door. The front desk staff is nice and informative. Tip, my hygienist, is awesome and she makes me feel great even when I’m not keeping up as I should with my dental care. The doctors are thorough. Then at the end of your care you get treats and a treatment plan from the office manager. It’s a great process, a great team, and a great environment. I highly recommend Smile More Dental

Awesome experience. Got my cleaning done by Tip and she was super nice and made my cleaning enjoyable as can be and quick. Dr. Diab and his assistant Gina were amazing in removing two teeth. Going to the dentist can be a chore but smile more dental make it enjoyable and easy going.

Ive been here for a regular cleaning/checkup, for a whitening session, and to get a filling. Each time, the team has been very kind and accommodating. I also brought my 5 year old daughter here for a checkup and they were fabulous at easing her mind and making her comfortable. She did great. Had a bridge done, first ever. My only drawback was not knowing what the first bridge would be like. Other than that, after it was removed for the permanent one, the dentist explained what to expect and that I may see tooth discomfort for a couple weeks. He was spot on. I no longer have any aches or discomfort. The Jordanian doctor took his time and explained what was going on. This was done at the Aurora office and the total crew were kind and concerned. During the 6 week ordeal, they phoned often to see how I was doing. Recommend

My 16 year old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled on her very first visit to smile more. The whole experience from start to finish was great, minus the pain that follows and is totally out of their control. The girls at the front were very welcoming and the Dentist called shortly after her procedure to check on her and see if we had questions. I can’t say better thing about this facility. Dealing with an unpleasant event such as dental pain, the staff and Dr. Chris made everything as comfortable as could be. From the moment I walked in everyone was accommodating and welcoming. My wisdom teeth had been killing me for weeks! I called and instantly got an apt for the next week. Ayanna and the front desk staff were excellent. They even followed up with me. Dr. Chris was amazing! He examined me and pulled my teeth that day. He as well as the 2 ladies that prepared me, were attentive, kind, and professional. The location of the office had me skeptical I admit. However, as someone that works in the medical field, the office was clean, modern, and safe. The surgery was fairly priced and they even accepted my insurance. I most definitely will be returning for any future needs.

Ive had to two take my 2 year old son in twice, once with each doctor. Im overwhelmed by how compassionate and thorough both of the doctors are. Despite his age, they have no problem stopping and explaining everything to his curious mind. I highly recommend them to anyone with young children. The doctors and staff have a patience that is hard to find!!!

Run away from this place!!! They advertised for free whitening with exam and regular cleaning but ended up just gave me exam and refused to give me a regular cleaning. Instead they tried to sell me on deep cleaning which is usually done by dental specialist, periodontist and charge me >$1000.00 for the service. Of course I refused. They earned the cool ~$400.00 for half an hour service of dental exam and x-ray. If I can give them zero star, I will.

Smile More Dental is probably one of the best places Ive ever been for anything that helps you take care of yourself. Amazing!!! They are the best dentists and all around best staff I have ever been to at a dental office. I broke my tooth and was in extreme pain. They were able to get me in and was able to fix the problem. I had an infection and was in a a lot of pain following the extraction and they got me in same day and made me feel 100 times better. Such great care and compassion for their patients. Love them!!! Best experience ever with the unfortunate situation I was put in with my tooth. I would highly recommend them and both Docs are amazing kind and gentle!!! Biggest thanks to them for being AMAZING!!

Couldnt get my bottom dentures to stay in more than 8hrs no matter what I did and couldnt eat a lot of foods I truly loved. I went here feeling hopeless and they were able to help me by turning my bottom dentures into Dental Implants for a VERY fantastic workable price. I had an extremely positive experience here. The administration and receptionist staff were exceptionally warm and inviting. Dr Diab could not have been kinder and his ability to describe and inform which procedures would give me the most benefit was not only professional but also in tune with my level of dentistry. I felt he cared for his patients on every level, from finances to each available procedure. He showed me which procedures would probably waste my money to the procedures I could get by and to procedures that would give me what I didnt know I could have. The financial staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable to all my finance options. All in all, an excellent experience and I cant wait to go back.

But the first time I went to Dr. Safi and expressed my fears, he and his staff made it their business to put me at ease. They made my children feel at ease and were absolutely wonderful with them. Every visit that Ive had so far has been absolutely painless. As long as Im in Illinois, I will never see another dental office!

Came in the next day after a night with a terrible toothache. The staff was so welcoming when I arrived. They walked me through my first tooth pulling. The dentist has hands of an angel. Definitely found my preferred dentist.

I took my kids to the dentist for the first time, and I couldnt have picked a better place! Everyone was so welcoming, they have an activity table for the kids to play with in the waiting area, not that there was much time to play because we were quickly taken back to start our exams which was totally awesome. Then there are tvs in the exam rooms that allowed the kids to pick something fun to watch, they thought the tvs on the ceilings were the coolest! The assistants were wonderful, explained everything to the kids and made sure they were happy and comfortable the whole time. The doctor was gentle, kind, and informative. The kids, and I loved the whole experience from start to finish, my kids are already looking forward to their next visit!

And Ive been to the dentist in a few years these guys were very friendly very welcoming very open very honest that help you with your insurance they tell you about plans if you dont have insurance they dont judge you for not being at the dentist forever they are the most honest people Ive ever went with the least amount of judgy dentist Ive ever met and they had Netflix playing in the lobby and in the room while you waited. I I high recommend that recommend people visit them.

I went in yesterday for a cleaning and exam and the staff was super nice and the assistant that cleaned my teeth did such a wonderful job! Dr. Diab did my exam and presented everything I needed in a really attainable way, Im excited to get my smile to where I want it to be!

Dr. Diab and the staff at Smile More Dental are awesome. Dr. Diab is everything you could want in a dentist: hes knowledgeable, experienced, he doesnt BS you about the work you need done but he doesnt put you down for having bad teeth, hes quick, hes efficient, and does everything to make sure youre as comfortable as can be, plus hes funny. The front desk is super polite and makes you feel very welcome and the office has a nice clean, modern look. The assistants do a great job of making you feel at ease, even if youre nervous. Plus, you get to watch Netflix while you lay back and get your teeth drilled, so thats pretty rad.
