I needed a next day appointment for a tooth issue and had no dentist. I reached out to this office on their website and with luck they had a cancellation the next day and were able to schedule me. I was completely blown away the minute I stepped into their pristine office. The office staff was immediately welcoming and friendly. The dental staff and Dr. Rankin were not only professional but very kind and nonjudgmental at my complete noncompliance with regular dental visits. Their compassionate help today has me forever indebted to this practice and made me a new believer that dental care is important and can be a great experience. Thank you 🙏. I’m spreading the word!

The dentist does great. So I am sad that the front desk experience isnt very good. Just be sure you get an appointment confirmation and dont just take their word for it. I had an appointment a week in advance, but when I called to check they said they had no appointment in their books.

We’ve been going here for two years. We had United Concordia FEDVIP, and for some reason this office doesn’t work well with this dental insurance company. The first year we went (in 2019) it was fine but then all of a sudden in 2020 we had so many billing issues and had to pay much out of pocket expenses (even after signing off on the cost “prior to a procedure taking place”). It was all blamed on United Concordia and that they were planning to END their contract with them. We were patient at first but then when it kept happening we were done! Today my husband missed an appointment that was made 6 months ago at his last cleaning Appt and was charged $50. This is the reason that I’m writing this review today!! The final draw for us!! As if they didn’t receive enough from the insurance company and us!! Taking our business elsewhere. Tanya D.

Have been going there for about two years. For cleanings and at some point my moler chipped with a pretty sharp point. I told them to check it out and they said it will grind down. Yet they proceeded to drill into the opposite moler and the one behind there. The first was mentioned to me but not my very back moler. Which I had no problems until they put a filling in. When I got X-rays they scanned me 4 times on one side because they didnt aline it properly. And they already had done the scan a year ago, I know im young but that many is just ridiculous.I do really appreciate the customer service but it does seem like they are about profit rather than their customers healthcare.

This is by far the best dentist Ive ever been to. Between an autoimmune disease, bad genetics, six kids, and poor care I have many challenges. Mike embraced those challenges and made me feel comfortable. My severe anxiety was at ease and him and are so kind and relatable. The office is immaculate. The work is fantastic and he provided many options to determine what would work best for me. I had a tooth break and he came in on his day off!

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Easy to schedule, my appointment was very thorough, the hygienists and doctors are very professional and friendly. I did not feel rushed at all during my appointment, they had TVs to watch while they cleaned my teeth and answered all of my questions! When I walked in I was greeted immediately and they even had my name ready on a welcome board at the front desk! I even got a thank you gift as I was leaving! Dr Rankin and Mingle have been my dentisits since 2008. I moved to Florida a year and a half ago and came back to go to them for my dental care. I still live in Florida currently but will never use another dentist. They are the BEST at what they do. They care about their patients. They are qualified, professional, and personable. Most of all? My two boys have been going to Dr. Rankin and Dr. Mingle since they were toddlers. They are so comfortable with the dentist because of the great treatment they have always gotten from everyone in the practice. We go every six month and have never had a bad experience. Their office is professional and comfortable. We have referred them to many of our friends and family and will continue to do so.

This dentist is very good. They listened to some requests I had and were very accommodating. Very professional and friendly. The hygienist was awesome, extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them.

We switched on the recommendation of my sister in law. I couldn’t be happier. I took my 12 year old son and they took the time to show him things and really explain to him what was going on and now he can better his habits at home. It was an amazing experience and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I can’t wait for my appointment!

At my age, Ive been to a few dentists in my life. Like most people, going to the dentist is about as much fun as the DMV. Dr. Mingle has made every trip to see him comfortable and amazing. He and his staff have always treated me with respect and they have never made me feel bad for any problems that they have had to deal with. I was sent here when my regular dentist was too busy to see me. This is modern dentist office with a friendly and helpful staff. It is impressive when they know about your dental insurance before you arrive.Dr. Rankin did a top job with my current problem. I think I am now too busy to go back to my old regular dentist.

The reviews can be deceiving. I scheduled an appointment about a month ago for cleaning for August 28 at 8am. I arrived on the scheduled date and they tell me that I am not on the schedule because they switched to a new appointment system and most likely missed my schedule. I had to shuffle meetings around today to make my appointment. This doesn’t and shouldn’t happen in a professional place. 5 stars my ***. ZERO STARS!!!

I have known Dr. Rankin since she was a wee sprout working at the Gap. I was so pleased to see who she had become. Her practice has such lovely people who are dedicated and committed to comfort and quality. I am very picky about my dental care and have found it so difficult to find a reputable dentist. Dr. Mingle has been my dentist for over a year now and my experience has been wonderful. I went thru a dental hiatus while in college, so when I set my appointment I was a little nervous. His exam and staff were great and it was a very smooth process, because of my hiatus I needed some minor work done. Dr. Mingle explained everything really well, and we ultimately decided to watch one and fix the others. As of today we are still watching because it is still small and has not changed, I appreciate the desire not to over treat. I also use their cash discount plan, which is really competitive and perform far above any dental office I have been too!

It is not often that you find a completely wonderful ubiquitous experience, but that is exactly how it goes at Rankin and Mingle. From the prompt and courteous engagement when you walk in the door, minimal wait times, and empathetic and professional treatment from the practitioners. Dr. Mingle and the whole staff has always provided me with such a completely amicable environment each and every time I have been in. Today, I was supposed to have 2 fillings done; one on a cracked crown and another on a chip on my tooth. He was able to do the whole thing without injecting anesthesia and in a very timely manner with the laser. NO pain and I am so happy with the results. This entire team is dedicated to patient care and it shows. Like most people I have a legitimate fear of the dentist. It was immediately haulted as soon as I entered the waiting room. The staff was not only unbelievably professional but comforting as well. Ive been going to Rankin & Mingle Dentistry for nearly 15 years and every experience Ive had there has been fantastic. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, professional, and clearly happy to be there AND happy to help you, from the front desk, to the hygienists, to the doctors.I saw Melissa as my hygienist today (for the first time) and she was perfect. Shes gentle and did a great job cleaning my teeth, while also giving me lots of clear guidance on how to improve my dental care at home for some problem areas. Ive also seen Janiece and Alana in the past and they are both superb hygienists as well.Both Doctors Rankin and Mingle are always a pleasure to chat with, and very thorough and systematic about ensuring you get the best care possible. Im not always the easiest case, as I have a burden of lots of old fillings and dental work from my youth that can present some challenges. And despite having an x-ray that lights up like a Christmas tree, theyve always taken great care of me, and been very thoughtful and conservative in my proposed treatments to maintain the healthiest teeth and gums for the long run.I trust their judgement completely and would recommend them to anyone who needs a great dentist. I just moved to Parker and didnt have a dentist. I hadnt every had any real dental problems, so I went to a chain location and they told me I had a cracked tooth that needed a crown. After the crown was in, I was in extreme pain. I went back in and they couldnt fix it. I elevated the issue and they still couldnt fix my pain. I finally called my old dentist and asked for a recommendation of someone that could fix my pain. He recommended Dr. Rankin. On my first visit I was treated with such great care. They replaced my crown as they found it was left way high and also was not a match in color of my teeth. It took a couple of days, as I was severely bruised, but the pain did go away. I continue to use Dr. Rankin. My kids and I are treated well at their practice. Also, I was able to go back to the chain location, and talked to them about Dr. Rankins fix to my problem they created, and they refunded me my money.

I was just in for a cleaning and everyone there did their usual terrific job. To give you an idea of how much I like R&M, I drive down from Broomfield, about 50 to 60 minutes each way. Top notch technically and a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere make the drive worthwhile.

The technician was so patient to take her time cleaning where necessary, and Dr. Rankin was quick and to the point! Great experience!

Extremely friendly staff, very knowledgeable hygenists and dentists, and the location is extremely clean and well kept. Dr. Mingle also explained things he felt were more important and things that could be held off to a later time and I spent a very reasonable amount as opposed to what I was thinking I was going to be spending.
