This location is quite nice. Front desk is very professional, met one therapist that is amazing at being understanding, empathetic, and professional.Though it took us 3 intake appointments to get a therapist and waited two more months after that to meet a psychiatrist. Thats the overall system and not this location.

Arriving at 8am is key. This location is clean and very kid friendly. We were treated kindly and with respect. Great place to start in my childs mental health journey. Its best if you go on a Tues/Thurs for kids psych

First, Belinda, at the call center. After waiting over a half hour to get a call back I spoke with Belinda. She first asked what insurance provider I had, answered the question and didnt hear about any issues with that. Then I told her where I lived and she continued to give me both locations. With that information, I also assumed there werent going to be any issues.Second, today I arrived at the closest location to me. (I arrived yesterday at 3pm to be told they were unable to see anybody for the remaining 4 hours of business when the waiting room was empty.) When I was finally able to turn in my sign in paperwork, I was told that they were unable to see me due to my insurance AND location at where I live. If properly informed over the phone, I wouldnt have wasted 48 hours dealing with this companyThird, I called Belinda back to inform her that shes been giving misleading information. She first tried to deny even speaking with me and acted as if I didnt know who I spoke to. She didnt even attempt an apology until after I told her I deserved one and would like to speak to get manager, Lauren. I left a detailed message on Laurens answering machine and am still waiting to hear back from them.I honestly dont plan on then calling me back since I dont feel this company has any integrity due to NOBODY being on the same page at any level there.Would give 0 stars if an option. Only caused more mental health problems than solved in my personal opinion.UPDATE: Lauren did in fact call back, she seems to be the only one I interacted with that went out of her way to provide USEFUL information.

My husband and I come here together, & our children are seen here as well. (We would definitely recommend this place).My husband and I used to see Michael, whoom we both loved having together! We now got signed toMr. Jessie. We love this place!

Watch CHANGELING movie by Angelina Joli ,Here you will learn how to suicide.I just do not know why I have been thrown at this Hospital , I just went to Northglenn police station to say why I was a victim at my jobs and he threw me at an Emergency room and then they sent me to this Hospital by force and I was told to take pills in order to see my son ,then left my son at a foster home since September 2016 till now with no visitation and sent bills to the collection agency,So what health is this???!!!This process is a good process for killing a Beautiful, Strong and loving Mom and they will say that she was sick and died.

Both Amanda and Ken helped me at a point when i thought there was no help left for me so once again i want to thank them and tere entire teams employed here!! You guys are incredible and i do not know what i would do without you!! keep up the awesome work you are doing to help myself and others like me that have a hard time dealing with life on a day to day basis!! Went there today as a walk-in. Waited about 30 minutes after filling out intake papers before someone told me I could be seen in about 45 minutes. Okay,went and did some errands. Back about 5 minutes before I was told I would be seen. Waited...waited...waited...waited...finally THIRTY minutes later I remind the receptionist it was now THIRTY minutes after I was told I would be seen. sShe says oh let me call her. I shook my head and started to walk out. She says are you leaving?, I think shes coming now. No she should have been coming thirty minutes ago. Awful place.

The providers here were out of line. They literally screamed at me and mistreated me. Because I was on probation, they saw me as garbage and not a patient. They misdiagnosed me and kicked me out and told me to find mental health help elsewhere and blamed me stating I was not cooperating with my own treatment. But couldnt give me examples of what I did wrong. I never missed an appointment without rescheduling. I took the medication I was prescribed. They had zero reason to just kick me out. Especially without referring me somewhere else. All they did was blame me, instead of try to treat me. Be very cautious of these providers. They are the worst mental health workers Ive ever seen. I filed a complaint with the state of CO against them.

As well as psychiatrists and therapists, they have support groups.
