For working at a MENTAL HEALTH PLACE the girl who answered the phone sounds like she has a major attitude problem. Im sure they deal with A LOT but you have to be able to listen to understand and handle A LOT (IN THE RIGHT WAY) working in that type of profession. Tired of everyone being so rude! Absolutely no need for it. Ridiculous and could be detrimental to someone seeking HELP! Learn some phone etiquette, manners, and EMPATHY please.
