I love this place it’s really good the service is awesome and this guy that cuts my hair every time he does an awesome job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I called to try to get in and they spoke Spanish so I asked if they spoke English and they said no and hung up!! Rude!!

The only reason I keep going to this place is because there is an awesome barber named Leo . He does great job ! Extremely recommended .The owner is not that friendly and honestly , her customer service skills are bad . You don’t feel like a valued customer nor feel welcomed .They don’t take credit cards nor do appointments.

My best friend asked for layers, they cut her 2 layers and made her hair into a shelf

Well they trimmed the hair wrong. Theres bad service bc they look bad at us.and they say It is $15-$20 but its always the highest price.

Lady was rude like she had no patience to deal with me today wouldnt recommend it here. i can go elsewhere and be greated and treated properly i suggest customer service classes it may help your attitude

When Vero worked there she was one of the best or the only one, she knew how to make mixtures and she took care of your hair, the last time I went I was attended by a certain Maribel, MALÍSIMA !!! I did not understand what I asked him and apart he put a wrong tint on me and he did not even apologize, I was almost 8 hours for him to do the worst and apart he is not friendly, I do not know why he is said to be a stylist if he has no idea !!!! I paid a lot for the crap he made for me and when I told him that the color fell out at the first wash, they got upset and wanted to charge me more for “fixing it”.

The truth is that there are some who do a good job there. But it seems that 1 enters a funeral home ... all cold and quiet. The owner of the worst. With his bad face and bad character always ... someday change or better look for another job xk even one feels bad in the place

My sister went to get a hair cut she show the pic to the stylist the stylist didnt put the attention to review the hair cut she was anti professional since the begging when my sister arrived to the place she treat my sister in a bad way and with attitude so at the end the haircut my sister Gad ask for was a mess totally different they didnt apologize to my sister and this lady dont care about it and she didnt apologize to her my sister was crying for days since this lady make kind a boy hair completely short. Was a terrible experience people be aware when you all go to this. sister went to do a haircut and showed the photo to the stylist. The stylist did not pay attention to check the haircut, when my sister came to this place she treated my sister in a bad way. and with attitude, in the end, the haircut my Germans asked for was a totally different mess, they didnt apologize to my sister and this lady didnt care and she didnt apologize to her. My sister was crying for days. Since the cut that this lady made was quite short. It was a terrible experience and I just want people to keep in mind when all of you go to this place take precautions.

Nice clean place. The only problem is the owner (blond elderly lady behind the desk) always has a stank face on. Other than that good placeUpdateThe guys and the younger girl are the only people you should let cut your hair the older lady that cuts hair is not very nice and doesnt listen to what you want. P.SThe owner is still rude.Smile lady your job depends on customer service. When one enters his aesthetics, his face is usually the first thing that one sees, the times that I have gone he is always with a face that scares. You come back for the service of your workers and for the prices.
