I went to get have hair extensions sewn in, at first they charged way to much, especially since I brought the hair extensions, thread, and needle. I Have straight loose hair and asked them to make it look natural. When it was done there were bumps in my hair because of how thick they made the braids when I asked for small braids so it wouldn’t be noticeable. My hair is also long and instead of only braiding part of it and let the rest loose to look natural they sewed that to my other hair that was braided making it really thick. I told them about the noticeable bumps but instead of fixing it they just tried to add a strand of extensions and cover it. I thought at first it was to make it volumous but it didn’t do that well, also it was a blue ombré I wanted almost blended in but it was obvious where my natural hair ended. I wasn’t able to say anything during the process because I couldn’t see what was going on since I didn’t have my glasses on and the mirror wasn’t in a spot that if I had been wearing glasses I could’ve seen. Also a different lady came in asking to make an appointment and asked the cost for braids or twisted hair, she told them she had her own hair she’d bring in and they told her $200 for it and she said she would bring her own hair ( we assumed it would cost less) but They told her that whether she brings in her own hair or not the cost would be the same, it wasn’t until she started leaving did they think of taking down the price but she just left knowing she’d be ripped off either way. I was really excited for the extensions and had high hopes but I can’t say I was impressed very much☹️

I just got my hair braided and it looks amazing. I have had my hair done several times and i have always been satisfied. My daughter even gets her hair braided here The ladies here are very professional. Very reasonable prices. Well returnagain and again.!

Called Tuesday and made an appointment for Friday at 10:30. When I got there the woman didnt know about my appointment. After searching her phone for the appointment she told me to have a seat. She seemed annoyed when I had some difficulty understanding her because of her accent. On the phone I asked for Sengalese twists and I was quoted one price but it increased $20 because twists are more work than braids. So I said lets do box braids at the price quoted. When I arrived two ladies were working on one customer. So closer to 11 oclock the lead lady instructed the other one to start on my hair. About 2:30 she walked out!!! My hair wasnt finished, the lead lady said shell be back. The lead lady finished her customer and told me to sit in the chair and she started on my hair. Meanwhile another customer came in and sat down to wait. At 4:10 my braider returned and she started on the waiting customer. I was finally finished at 7:03pm...8.5hrs for box braids. If youre looking for a professional shop keep looking. They can do braids, cornrows but not much else. I was told they cant do flat twists and my box braids are too big for micros but too small for box. Ive gone there numerous times for micros and cornrows. Theyve done a decent job. This shop use to be a busy shop with lots of people working there and tons of customers. Today theres one lead person and what I would call floaters because they are so inconsistent. This is my last visit to this shop and I continued to use them simply because it was close to home.

Dont go to them!!!!! I have been getting my hair braided for years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I am a good returning customer , but I will never go there again. Very poor service and braiders are not experienced. 200.00 micros looked a mess within a few weeks. Not human hair and tricked me with the back of my head looked like large box braids. Very Bad SERVICE!!!!!

Love loved my hairstyle and so do everyone else will be going back soon
