I absolutely love my hair!!! Before going, I had gotten my hair colored and didnt like it so I put in box dye. I told Jenny and she worked her magic to work it out of my hair. And now its soooo beautiful!!!! I recommend coming to this salon. All their stylists are so professional, clean, and knowledgeable. 👍

Amy was amazing! She gave me the color I wanted when other salons did not. My appointment ran after closing, and she still took her time blow drying and curling my hair until it looked gorgeous! She was super friendly, and I could tell the other stylists were also by their great report with their customers. The salon was super clean and each chair has dividers so there is social distancing. Amazing and talented colorist! She completed exactly what I asked for. Color is great and hair feels strong, shiny, and soft.She finished a full balayage from brown hair, and toned it in around two hours. Which is just excellent.I am disappointed that she will be leaving the salon soon to move, but she reassured me I would be in great hands should I come in for a touch up later on.

The worst service ever. Never come backthe stylist almost tripped and hit me. I had to wait 30 minutes.for the service. I had a credit .for prior service they charged twice. But they can keep it. I will never come back.

This salon is so awesome. Everyone is so nice, and I felt welcomed and comfortable. They do temp checks and you can see that they clean all the time. Jenny was my stylist and my hair looks soooo good. I wanted a crazy pink color and she talked to me about how what I wanted needed a few steps to get through, talked me through everything (even warning me that it would look crazy for a minute hahaha) and I left with hair that was perfect. Bonus the shampoo she used smelled so good. Great gift to myself!

I really enjoyed the personalities of everyone who worked there. However, the quality of service was not worth it. There was gaps of color on my fingers and my cuticles were mutilated to where a couple of my fingers hurt. There was also some people in our group who were charged more than others for the same services.

I’ve never had a good experience at any hair salons before but Adrianna really took her time with my really thick hair, and made sure it was even and looked good. Overall I would definitely recommend coming here and asking for Adrianna, best salon experience I’ve ever had for sure!

This salon is a hidden gem.Jenny was great! She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Very easy to make conversation with (and not the awkward kind) my hair looks awesome and is so thin (which is what I wanted!) I found out 24 hours before my appointment that I was pregnant and therefore couldnt get my hair colored. I was worried when tellong Jenny my appointment time would be cut in half she would be upset or have some attitude(Ive had that before else where) but she was so sweet and understanding! I will be coming to this salon as long as I am in the Denver Metro area!

Ive been with Kelsey for 2 years now. Every time she dyes my hair or even just a cut, she does an amazing job. Coworkers and friends praise my haircut after each session. Shes amazing and personal. I would highly recommend this place!

I do love the scalp massages, this place is great at those. They do tend to do well with the basics and more common styles and hair, but for me personally,I get better styling service at the Aveda school in the 16th street mall than I do here. The stylist are nice, great personalities. I know I have a few gray hairs, so that is supposed to mean longer set time, which they did not do last time I was there and I needed to go back two days later to get my color touched up. I went in for a bang cut, and i can tell after showering and styling my hair myself that she didnt subsection enough hair for the bangs and she didntquite blend the side swept bangs into the face frame properly. I need to see if the school is open again. Students with instructors do a better job when it comes to more unique hairlines or hair types. Sometimes I forget that I was selected to be a cosmetology instructor at one of Avedas top schools in Ann Arbor, MI. I see things that most miss, but going to the salon is also my zen moment, a time for me to relax and just let things go. Ill get my bangs and face frame touched up at the school in downtown later now that they are open again.

Ok so gotta say I’m very happy with Kelsey !! She fixed my hair several months back when I thought I could bleach and color my hair pink.... yea not very smart. Thankfully she fixed that. This time I wanted to restore my super faded blue hair. Even though there was a mishap with how my appt was scheduled, Kelsey was still able to work me in. I was so sad and scared when I thought I would have to reschedule because We weren’t going to have enough time. But that wasn’t the case!!! After everything was said and done my hair was beautiful transformed. Kelsey had amazing communication during my visit as she had other clients scheduled. She gave me a few pointers and tips on styling My new cut. The service was even cheaper than I was anticipating considering EVERYTHING she did. The best part she gave me exactly what I wanted to the T.

I’ve been seeing Jenny for awhile now and am always very happy when I leave her chair. She knows how my hair works with color and has given me the cutest cut to help with grow out, taking into consideration not only my hair type, but my preferences in terms of styling (I hate blow drying!). Despite my hair being at an awkward phase in growing out, I get a ton of compliments on the cut she gave me. She’s awesome, the salon is cute and clean, and they have convenient appointments. I have nothing but good things to say about Jenny and Obsessed, highly recommend!

Edit (please read review before edit): The response from the owner is very unprofessional. This matter was discussed between Amy and I over the phone two weeks ago. In the conversation we both agreed that it was partially a misunderstanding on my part and partially a misunderstanding on their part. The entire phone call was civil and I never tried to be rude to them or the other staff. I just wanted my problem to be addressed with them. I thought that the issue was over, but the reply from the owner suggests that they still have ongoing problems with the issue I had. It is very unprofessional for a business owner to slander someone who had a bad experience two weeks after the issue had been resolved. Thank you.Got my hair and lashes done today. The people there are so friendly, but I do have to say, their skills just aren’t there for me. I wanted a half and half dye job of red and blonde. I had silver before and after discussing with Jenny how I wanted a brighter red on one side and a more pale blonde (I even had a picture of exactly what I wanted). After seeing the end result, she just kept one side of my hair gray, which I did not want; and the other side was like a washed out burgundy. She also didn’t wash our part of the bleach on the side of my head, the bleach that was at the bottom 3 inches of my head, and the dye on the bottom three inches of my head (by the base of my neck). Didn’t find out about it until getting in the car after sitting there for 2 and a half hours after my hair, getting my lashes done. Kayla did my lashes. I had asked for some lashes that were going to look more natural, but also come to like a cat eye shape at the end. Definitely didn’t look anything at all like the picture she showed me she’d do. After the whole time getting them done, I got to see them and they looked like two giant caterpillars on my eyes. It doesn’t look natural at all and I honestly want to get them removed. It’s an embarrassment to let myself go out with my eyes looking like that and I can’t wear my hair up outside of my house because the part where she didn’t wash out the bleach left it really really pale blonde and splotchy, which doesn’t match the gray she did on that side. Sorry, I will not be coming back.

Loved my experience at Obsessed! The salon is really nice inside and every station is private and comfortable. Patrick cut and styled my hair and went above and beyond what I was expecting. First and foremost, Patrick is wonderful.He has an ability to make one feel completely comfortable while their (hair) fate is in his hands, if even for a moment.I appreciated how he took his time with me and walked me through the whole process; given, I was nervous walking in due to having long healthy hair, but needing a some serious trimming and reshaping of layers.Patrick was able to read me very well and ease my anxiety by talking me through every step during the process, explaining his vision(based on our consultation), what products he was using, why he was using a product, how he was cutting my hair, and how he was styling it.Moreover, he left me with pretty and playful long layers that give my fine hair volume.(I have a lot of hair but it’s fine in texture.)Truly, Patrick was able to make me feel special and like I was most important. (How everyone should feel when getting their hair done!)Next, at Obsessed Salon, they truly are a breath of fresh air compared to other salons I have been to.They are super informative and don’t hide their coloring station in the back. I love how I was able to see the whole process being done and how he showed me every product he used (even the shampoo and conditioner) before using.Even though I didn’t get my hair colored/bleached, and won’t be in the future, it was refreshing to see a salon that doesn’t mix their colors in a mysterious mixing room, using only God knows what in those mixing bowls, then applying those unknown chemicals to your hair...no thank you!Personally, I like to see what’s going on. It’s my hair, my crown and glory, and at Obsessed Salon, they understand that.Inside Obsessed is decorated very tasteful and the energy inside their salon is warm and inviting; they cater to men and women equally, making this salon a good choice, no matter your sex.Bottom line: Good vibes, talented artists, and a unisex environment. 👍

This was my first time at Obsessed and I’ve been looking for a “home” salon for almost a year now and I think I’ve finally found it! Amy was seriously amazing. I have had my hair a fashion color for years, and decided it was time to dye it brown to match the rest of my hair (and its natural color). I was scared it was going to look blotchy and wouldnt match but Amy matched the color PERFECTLY to my natural color and Im absolutely in love with it. Im obsessed with this salon! My last appointment is today because Im moving out of state. But now Im starting to think it might be worth the short flight from Phoenix just to keep Kayla as my stylist! She is fantastic at hair design and Ive always left the salon thrilled with the results. Not only is Kayla very good at what she does, shes got a nice personality to boot. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and the vibe there is just positive. I dont generally like going to the salon, but in this case its something I look forward to.

I enjoyed my mini facial and microdermabrasion experience at Obsessed. The woman did a great job, and the room was soothing with some great calming music. All of the products smell great, and my skin feels so clean after. I am taking away a star because the entire experience only lasted 20 minutes. From their online description- a mini facial is supposed to be 30 minutes. So, I’m not sure what happened, but that is the reason for only 4 stars.

AMY, the new owner, is fantastic. I have had 2 haircuts from her. Both times I have gotten what I wanted in the cut and style.Update: I have now had 5 cuts. I am letting my hair grow out but still want it to look good. Amy continues to give me great cuts while being contentious of the look I am trying to achieve. Highly recommend this business!!

I went to get my hair colored and to get my lashes done. My hair came out great and everyone was very nice. This was the first time getting lashes done and I followed all the directions. Didnt touch them, didnt get them wet for 72 hours etc. Everytime I brushed them at lease 5 would fall out and I was losing about 15 a day. About 4 or 5 days later so many had fallen out that they looked wonky so all I had to do was literally pull on them and they all came off without taking my lashes with them. Would deffinetly recommend for hair but for lashes not so much 😕

Chose this location due to it being an Aveda salon and Im very happy with the results! My stylist knew how to cater to my hair style and issues.I received an all over hair cut, olaplex treatment, hair cut and mini facial.Loved that their services include a complimentary add on service: either 3 step mini facial, aromatherapy scalp shoulder and neck massage, or hand massage.They were super friendly and did a great job!! Very happy!!

Walked in not knowing they prefer bookings ahead of time but they still welcomed me in and got my hair and pedi done! Im so in love with my haircut even if i was unable to keep the new part, it still looks amazing. And the nail specialist that did my pedi, was awesome. Theyre on the pricier side but so worth it and Ill definitely be back!
