Anazing. Love this place. ❤

I wanted to get my daughter a trim and to straighten her hair. First, it was very expensive just for a trim. $25. Second, it was cut ver crooked. Lop sided and long on one side. It was a terrible experience. I dont recommend it at all.

The wife goes at least once a month.Never complains.

I used to go here many years ago, the Ethel did an ok job but her employee was rude, last time I was there I waited for an hour and I had an appointment her employee got her friend before me. I left crying because I was also a regular that spend a lot of money at this place. I call Ethel the owner the next day and she said she would cut my hair for free, so I went the next day I regret it !!!!! She cut my hair in a minute destroying it !!!! It look like she use a kitchen knife to cut my hair! I never went back ! You want a great clean place with real professionals DONT GO THERE!!!!

Worst decision I’ve ever made, I asked for layers and a trim got the worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten. Disgusting

I absolutely love this place Ive been getting my haircut with Ethel for the past 14 years! My sisters hair and mine is curly, and to know that Im getting a haircut by someone with the same type of hair is comforting since not a lot of people know how to cut curly hair. The staff is amazing they always listen to your needs! My husband gets his haircut from Oralia, and says he likes the way she does his sideburns. So as you could see we definitely have our favorites. Yes, sometimes there is a long waiting time to get a haircut, but maybe its because there that good!👍

Its cheap but unfortunately bad. I needed a small trim and I accepted doing layers. The hairdresser was watching tv and pulling my hair aggressively, I noticed how she was cutting my hair randomly, the layers turned out uneven and now my hair looks terrible, with no shape at all you can tell that one side looks longer than the other. I dont recommend it.

I went to Latinas salon January to correct my hair my little cousin ruined. I didnt know what the ladys names are but the lady with the pretty curly hair fixed it. I really enjoyed her doing my hair. She fixed the patches of different blond colors I had. My goal is to have platinum blond hair or grey she told me to come back in a month. Life happened couldnt go til April 1st. The same lady who took care of me the 1st time wasnt there so the lady with short dark hair took care of me but she left me orange hair told me after the 1st wash itll even out its been 3 washes still have patches in my hair, my roots are orange & some of the bottom hair is orange too. I would have given them 5stars but the 2nd time going is like the way my hair was when my cousin ruined it. Not sure if Id go back.

If you have curly hair and need someone that knows what they’re doing, this is the place to go to! I absolutely love it here. From the haircut, to the service, and the best blow out in town.

Ive been coming here for nearly 6 years and have always gotten my hair cut from oralia. She is beyond amazing and always exceeds my expectations. She is thorough and knows how to do a more than a fantastic job!

If I could give them no stars I would.Waited and waited to have my daughter’s haircut. Other customers arrived after us and they where helped first because they knew the hairdresser(and no they had no appointment). Very unprofessional. When It was finally our turn this lady cut my daughters hair in less than 10 min just brushed it and cut straight across it looked matted and terrible. She still had the audacity to charge me 20 dollars. A month later and my daughters hair won’t grow. Shes never had these problems on the contrary she always had long beautiful hair. Needless to say I will not be returning to Latina’s Salon II.

Great service and very friendly. I been going for almost 8 years and alway leave very satisfied with my cut. They know how make you look your best.

Worst salon Ive ever been to, they cut my horrible hair. I had to pay a lot of money because they ruined my hair.

A place not to return.Poor customer service.Yes, because I took my 3 children and the lady who cut the hair of two of them, 6 and 11 years old ...Instead of just telling them to turn down the camera or turn over there ... he shoved his head at them in a bad way. How rude. But hey. It does not return and already.

Enter for a cut Oralia asses me pass I design that I expect you only have two clients before I wait for more than an hour and then I leave with an appointment and can not attend and if I want I have to wait another hour more no service and no customer service

I do not recommend taking children to get a haircut here. If I could give it 0 stars but you cant.So that they choose this profession if they are not going to have ways to serve people. I took my 2 children and a lady with short hair did a very bad job and she was of a genius that not even anyone could stand her. The truth is that I never return to this place. Very bad experience and for people who want to be treated badly go to Latina salon in Abilene. See if the manager sees this message and tells her staff that she can have better deals for clients. Very disappointed with this room.
