I had two appointments and the stylist was late, they wanted me to go with another person. Also I made appointment for treatment and haircut, they told me its for blow dry.It was totally inconvenient and tried to blame me instead.

Absolutely hated the layers and had to get them fixed elsewhere. The staff in not friendly— very judgy. And wouldn’t it be nice if the receptionist actually knew which service is which
