I not recommend this hair Salon,They Arruined my haircut.

I only get my hair done here. I have tried many places before but once I found this place I have remained faithful. I get my hair done by the owner,Lupita. She is patient and has reasonable prices. Be prepared to be here a couple of hours as they are always busy!

Pao does an amazing job with my hair cut. She really takes her time to make sure it looks good. If you go on a Wednesday theyll style your hair for free with your haircut.

First time and our last time! No greeting whatsoever, so I approach the first lady at the station near the entrance, and ask her where to sign in, gives me this attitude and points to a stand in the middle of the salon. I signed in for 3, my kids and I. I noticed there was a name in front, so I was thinking shouldnt be too bad of a wait. Couple minutes, 2 men walk in, they get greeted and even spoken to, possibly regular customers ?, dont know. Nonetheless, who gets called before my children and I and that guy on the list ?, the two guys! So I get up and approach the ladies who called the guys, and then one just smiles and says you will be next, so I sit, so she ends up calling my oldest, I tell her how my son wants his cut, I sit back down, and noticed an old lady walk in, she just took a seat and I said you need to sign in and she laughs and says daughter (mija) I dont need to, so I said you wont be called and will be sitting there, thinking the lady who just got done with my sons cut, she was going to call me or my other son, I go up and she says, Im going to take the older lady. I said but Im on the sheet, she says Im going to do her, and someone else will call you. So, the gay guy calls my son and calls another guy as well, so I go up there and told him, you called my son as well, his response was the other guy beat us to going up but you should be next. So, another lady calls my son and me, I go up again and says Im doing your hair and I asked then why would you call us both, she then asks a lady at the other station across to take my son. She gives this snotty ass look and says ok. So, I explain to her I want his hair similar to his brothers, so she looks at him, and asks do you think its a 1 or 2 , Im like your the hair stylist, this is your profession and should know a lot more than what I know about hair cutting, nonetheless I told her how I wanted his haircut and she rolls her eyes and starts cutting away. I end up going to the station across, I tell this lady, I just want my ends cut. She then insists, do you want to cut it shorter with a style, and I respond as nicely as I could and asked can you just do my ends please. She gives me a sassy attitude and starts cutting. My thing with this place is, why the hell is there a sign in sheet if they dont go by the damn sheet, if you are a regular good for you, you get treated ok, if you are a newcomer beware! We spent about 3 hours overall at the salon for simple haircuts. My kids cut was not even that great, I noticed the front of one of my kids cut was slanted, she tried fixing it but kept making it worse. My other sons cut in the back was slanted as well and she did fix it but the back looks weird as its a higher than normal, its not closer to the neck line and its like ear high. And my cut, well mine was great, I mean she only cut my dead ends which wasnt a lot. I paid $50 for us three. And she was expecting a tip...ha! Not that I dont tip, but they certainly didnt deserve it. This establishment is a joke along with its staff!

This place is absolutely the best.Amazing and friendly staffs giving the best services.Great environment,their charges are cheaper.

I got there, no greeting. the blonde lady went in the back to go EAT while she had customers waiting, we saw her eating & she took her sweet time. worst employee. went with another lady but shes from another salon. liked her very sweet good adittude, shes from the salon infront of mcdonalds on lake st.

I got my hair done here about a year ago and the owner fried my hair. Chunks of my hair were literally falling out. I almost cried. I asked for a balayage and she over processed my hair. It has taken me a year to get my hair healthy again and it is not 100% healthy yet. I have curly hair and for an entire year I was unable to straighten my hair because of how damaged it was. I guess you get what you pay for and I spent $120 to get my hair damaged.

The lady there was very rude and i waited 2 hours and she messed up my hairline.
