Bad. Scammers. Poor quality products. Very pushy. Ive been there a couple of times now, tried to give them a second chance. Both times have been bad. Not only do they not follow their own price board but also dont have any hygiene. They charge me so much more than what their board says and when I question them why they charge me more they just laugh it off and say oh my board is old. They are very pushy into selling you other services and when you decline they insult you by saying passive aggressive comments. They pushed the eyebrow threading and ended up cutting me so bad. The following visit I said no thread just wax. They got upset and were talking among themselves. The wax products ended up leaving burning marks on my eye lids.

Worst experience, unnecessarily they made to take a 100 dollar service. For nose clean up and face waxing I paid 130. Eyebrows 15 $ side chin 15 $, tinting 15 $, nose steam 15$, clean up 15$, nose wax 15$, upper lip 15$. All the services were done in 10 minutes and i paid 130$. I visited them only for eyebrows and they lured into all this without telling me the prices. Practically she forced me to say yes. It’s a big Scam...... Scam... ladies please check reviews before you go. The worst place and the waxing was too brutal on my face. Hard wax is the best. Waxing hair with muslin strip omg it leaves scars. Don’t even waste your time coming here. The women working are very sketchy about the prices and the eyelash extensions I got were some of the worst lashes I’ve ever seen. I honestly shouldn’t of even paid for it they were so bad I had to rip them off that same day. Even my eyebrows were poorly done. The lashes were super bad quality too I could have gotten a pair of strip lashes from dollar tree and it would have looked better

This place is a SCAM! Came for a $10 eyebrow clean up and they kept insisting that I get a FREE service so that I come back, so after the 5 th time she insisted I said ok, well then while cleaning my eyebrows (that was the ONLY REASON I CAME FOR) they removed some hairs close to my forehead and some hairs close to my cheeks. She only asked if it was ok if she took some of this hairs off WITHOUT LETING ME KNOW I WAS GETTING CHARGED $15 (for cleaning up my forehead) and an extra $10 or so to clean up around my cheeks. It’s not about the money it’s about how they want to PLAY people. STAY AWAY FROM HERE OR BE PREPARED TO PAY FOR THE HIDDEN FEES

Very pushy to make you accept more services.I only needed eyebrow tinting. I was talked into eyelash tinting that I didn’t really want and my eyes were burning afterward. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I came in specifically for an eyebrow tinting. She put me on the chair and she specifically told me “ I have to clean up before tinting” so I obviously think it’s part of the eyebrow tinting package. She never specified that it was going to be 2 different charges and the point of paying she also skipped over the fact that she was charging me for the eyebrow threading. They are very persistent even if you say no they continue and continue pressuring you into waxing everything. Worse experience ever. Not to say but the eyebrow tinting was horribly done.

Eyebrow Threading:I was casually walking by with my boyfriend and one of the ladies working there caught my attention and offered a $7.99 coupon for eyebrow threading, which was great. There were two ladies working there... Luckily the lady that attended me was very nice and polite. I was very satisfied with how well she cleaned my eyebrows. I would come here again.

Not transparent with the prices. The lady said she’ll massage my head and did not even said that the 3 minute will cost me $15.00. They keep offering services that you did not avail. I came in just to get my eyebrows waxed, and ended up paying $90, since they did not tell me that I will even pay for the massage. Be careful with these people as they are a scam.. also, they did facial on me without applying steam to open the pores. Furthermore, they said that they can do a better job than a dermatologist when it comes to cleaning my face. I am totally disappointed with this pretentious people. They only care about your money not the service they offer.

I just got done getting my eyebrows done and I should’ve gone with my instinct with the bad reviews. Thought I should just give this place a chance and it was the worst decision! The lady messed up my eyebrows I told her I didn’t want them thin and she didn’t listen to me and they don’t only look thin but they are out of shape!I won’t be coming back to this place.

Went there today, with my friends and one of them decided to get their eyebrow waxed. The lady was incredibly persuasive to us to pay more money for more services. Not to mention she ripped my friend’s skin which left her with a large scab. We decided to go back and try explaining what would be a more reasonable price and what they could have done better next time for future customers. She was extremely defensive and offered my friend cooling gel. When my friend felt uncomfortable in the chair she asked to leave and got up, before she could step off the chair the lady pushed her back and complained about our attitude with comments such as “next time don’t hurt”, “sorry but not extremely sorry”, and countless others. It’s been about 2 and a half hours since we’ve been there and my friend is still in pain. if you decide to come here, don’t. They will give you more insecurities even after you go there to lower them. It even got to the point where we probably could have done it better for a cheaper price by ourselves. Overall all I have to say is to avoid sketchy places, and people who seem to be persuasive to you.

I like how they did my eyebrow threading. It is very clean inside the salon.

I got my lash extensions done here fee days ago. They told me the lashes will last 3 weeks if i takegood care of them. I did take care of them. The lashes still fell out little each day 3 days after I got them done.

I got done the threading for my eyebrows and henna tattoo and eyelash extensions and I really liked it. The services were amazing! I would really recommend trying.

I came to this salon and at first the lady was welcoming and she was really nice but the second time I walked in she was rude. I got my arms and armpits waxed. She used a roll on wax and she did it super fast in a rush and then she did it on my sister without cleaning the roll on wax roller. She was also being rude to my sister and then I left the salon my arms looked fine at first but a couple days later I started breaking out. I had a rash all over my shoulders and breaking out terribly. My whole arm was bad. My sisters arms were even worse. We spent over a $100 on medication for both our arms. We have scars all over them. This salon in general is very unhygienic and the lady is rude. I will never come back.

I got eyelash extensions and they only lasted for 3 days. I get extensions on a regular and they at least last 2 weeks. They did a horrible job and over charge for everything. They are always trying to persuade you to get other services as well after you already declined.

Unsanitary. The woman did not wash her hands after the previous client, and I can’t recall if she did use hand sanitizer. She wiped the tears from the corner of my eye while doing my eyelash extensions, touching my water line, with her bare hands with out wearing gloves. Today, my eye lid has been hurting while blinking and is red & swollen. Never again. Not worth the risk of health.

Came here asking for an eyebrow wax, and the lady pulled out THREAD. I said I wanted a wax again and she insisted that threading is better. I have very acne prone skin, which is why I was so hesitant because I know my skin is sensitive. After she threaded my eyebrows, she moved to my upper lip and began threading it. I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS. She then tried to do my lower lip and I repeatedly said I did not want it. I did not see her wash or sanitize her hands once, and sure enough I broke out. I had completely clear skin two days ago, and now I’m broken out on my forehead and above my lip where she threaded. The ladies also kept trying to sell additional treatments and products. Now I’m out an extra $10 for something I didn’t want and just made my skin look worse

They always give me great pointers on my brow health and shape. Definitely worth a visit if youre at the mall.

Lady messed up my eyebrows worst experience ever . After so much time of letting them grow out . She also did not wash her hands and kept asking me to do more services. Even asked for extra tip after a bad job.

Worst experience ever!! I got eyelash extensions yesterday and the lady did not even leave them right. She was in a rush ready to leave. The other lady said she’d fix them and which she didn’t. I told her the corner was not sticking and looked so uneven. She overcharged me. She didn’t even care and didn’t want to fix it. She had attitude and that should not be allowed when working in a business like that. She tried to kick my sister out because she was eating and which she wasn’t. She told her to get out and was also rushing. Will never come back again and hope nobody’s goes to this sucky place!!
